Abstract

The creative economy is a part of the service sector experiencing rapid development, marked by the emergence of numerous new forms of creativity. This research aims to understand the development and community participation in the creative economy in Natar tourism. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. The population consists of the community in the village of Natar. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research findings indicate that the development of hot spring tourism to the creative economy has yet to be effective due to the poor organization of vending locations and the lack of enhancement in the quality of the creative economy community. This situation reduced the attraction and interest of visitors, decreasing community participation in vending activities at the Natar Hot Spring tourist attraction. Additionally, there is a need for professional empowerment initiated by the government to amplify the existing potential, such as creating a unique brand for the Natar hot springs and marketing the outcomes of the creative economy beyond the region so that the income of participating community members is not solely dependent on the number of visitors.

Abstract

Creative economy is a concept in the new economic era that allows communities to start businesses and channel their innovative ideas to create something new and different. This research aims to understand the role of the creative economy in increasing the income of woven rope artisans in Kalianda, viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. This is a qualitative study that employs a descriptive approach. This research finds that making woven ropes is very difficult, and the wages earned differ from the weaving ropes process. However, poverty keeps the artisans engaged in weaving rope work. As observed, most woven rope artisans in Kalianda still rely on their income from crafting woven ropes to make a living. These craftsmen are reluctant to remain idle and dependent on others; they work enthusiastically to meet their livelihood needs. Keywords: Creative economy, Income, Islamic economics.

Abstract

The role of the Indonesian Waqf Board as an independent institution, born according to the mandate of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, carries a significant responsibility in advancing and developing endowments (Waqf) in Indonesia. This research is a field study employing a qualitative methodology. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, and documentation. Data validation techniques employ source triangulation. The results of this research follow the role of the Indonesian Waqf Board in Bandar Lampung City in disseminating financial waqf literacy that has yet to be maximized, as seen from the achievements or the ongoing activities that have not been consistently implemented. secondly, secondly the challenges faced by the Indonesian Waqf Board in Bandar Lampung City in enhancing financial waqf literacy including a need for a workforce and an available budget. However, if continued as before, it can still be carried out through letter distribution and the creation of brochures, banners and social media.

Abstract

Irresponsible individuals often misuse social media, but for university students, social media is essential, especially for online businesses. Students use derivatives from digital marketing, namely social media, which is supported by various applications for online business purposes. The methodology employed is descriptive qualitative research, and the data sources are primarily gathered through field research and supplemented by observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative research with a discourse analysis model. Discourse analysis primarily examines the "how" aspect of communication texts or messages. The discourse analysis focuses on analyzing the news text and understanding how the message is conveyed. The utilization of social media, which stems from digital marketing, is predominantly practiced by UIN Raden Intan students engaged in online businesses. They extensively employ social media to advance their business while recognizing the potential risks associated with social media and understanding its various aspects to prevent any detrimental outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the production process at Segar Doger Poncowati. To understand the implementation of halal certification or halal labeling for Segar Doger products in Poncowati. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of 1 small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) manager, 1 SME financial personnel, and 2 SME employees. The data analysis techniques involve data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Production consists of providing goods and services while considering the values ​​of justice and benefits for society. The research results indicate that Segar Doger's output is based on ingredients such as freshly squeezed orange juice and granulated sugar as the main components. The production equipment is relatively simple and manual. The Halal Certificate held by Segar Doger is issued by the Lampung branch of the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) and is valid for 2 years, requiring renewal every 2 years.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan gadai merupakan tradisi yang telah mengakar pada masyarakat, kebutuhan mendesak dan tidak ada keterampilan lain yang dapat dilakukan maka gadai menjadi solusi untuk memenuhi hajat seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Implementasi Akad Gadai Sawah Desa Durian, untuk mengetahui bagaimana perspektif ekonomi syariah tehadap implementasi akad gadai sawah Desa Durian. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif studi kasus (case study). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem Pelaksanaan gadai sawah Desa Durian pada umunya penggadai (rahin) mendatangi penerima gadai (murtahin) untuk meminjam sejumlah uang guna memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan sawah dijadikan sebagai barang jaminan. Dengan waktu pengembalian uang pinjaman (utang) tidak ditentukan sampai rahin mampu membayar utang tersebut. Adapun mengenai batas waktu pelunasan biasanya ditentukan dalam bentuk tahunan dan tanpa batas waktu tertentu. Hak penguasaan atau pemanfaatan sawah berada ditangan murtahin sampai pelunasan utang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya beberapa para pedagang Ikan di Pasar Ikan Gudang Lelang yang menumpuk ikannya pada sore-sore hari dengan melihat kondisi ikan yang masih banyak tersisa, sehingga para pedagang menjual ikannya dengan tumpukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan jual beli ikan secara jizāf di Pasar Ikan Gudang Lelang dan bagaimana Ekonomi Islam memandang sistem jual beli ikan secara jizāf di Pasar Ikan Gudang Lelang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dari deskripsi atau narasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik aksidental sampling. Dalam teknis analisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik Miles & Huberman. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan jula beli Jizaf di Pasar Ikan Gudang Lelang dilakukan penjual saat waktu sore atau di saat ikan masih banyak tapi belum ada pembeli, dan bisa juga dikarenakan ikan yang sudah lama, dan memang harus dihabiskan saat itu juga. Tinjauan Ekonomi Islam memandang sistem jual beli ikan secara jizāf yang dilakukan di Pasar Ikan Gudang Lelang terdapat beberapa kesalahan dalam menerapakan sistem jual belinya. Disebabkan ada beberapa syarat yang belum dipenuhi penjual dalam menerapkan sistem jual beli Jizaf.

Abstract

Landbaw Village is situated in Tanggamus Regency's Gisting District. This village created a Quranic Education Park to instill moral principles and Quranic education in children from a young age. A crucial venue for children's character development and formation is the Quranic Education Park (TPQ). From an early age, children are provided with the chance to study and explore the sacred book of the Quran, adhere to Islamic principles, and develop admirable qualities through this establishment. They are given a brief introduction to the Quran, helped to comprehend its lessons, and urged to live their lives in accordance with Islamic principles. The Landbaw village now offers the option to learn using the talaqqi method. With this method, there is direct communication between the between the teacher and the children.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Islamic microfinance distributed by PT. BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha on the income growth of small businesses. As a sharia-compliant financial institution focusing on SMEs, PT. BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha provides access to sharia-based financing for small business owners to expand and develop their businesses. This research uses qualitative and descriptive methods, focusing on the analysis of impacts on income, production capacity, distribution, and innovation after receiving financing.The research results indicate that Islamic microfinance received by small business owners significantly contributes to increasing income, expanding production capacity, and enhancing competitiveness through innovation. However, this research also reveals several challenges faced by PT. BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha, such as non-performing financing (NPF) risk and suboptimal financial management among business owners. To address these challenges, PT. BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha needs to improve risk assessment systems, strengthen digital services, and provide financial education for business owners.By overcoming these challenges, PT. BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha is expected to support the growth and development of SMEs in Indonesia through more effective and sustainable Islamic microfinance. The results of this research are expected to serve as a basis for developing better sharia financing policies to support local and national economic growth.

Abstract

The Relationship between K-Popers Boycott Action and Kpop Group Brand Purchase Intention. This study aims to examine the relationship between boycott actions taken by K-pop fans (K-popers). A purposive sampling procedure was used to select 95 respondents for this quantitative study, which focused on K-pop fans aged between 15 and 25 years old. The independent variable is Boycott Action and the dependent variable is Purchase Intention. Measured through survey completion. Using SPSS V.29 for Windows, the data analysis method utilized non-parametric statistics and simple regression tests. This can explain the relevance value of the data based on the findings of the simple linear regression test. The Boycott Action variable affects the Purchase Intention variable, according to the coefficient table which produces a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. The correlation or relationship value (R) of 50% from the output results in a coefficient of determination (R squere) value of 25.6%, The results of this study indicate that boycott action has an impact on consumer intention to buy products from companies that partner with K-pop artists.
