Abstract

Perkembangan pertumbuhan Pembangunan UMKM merupakan salah satu unsur penggerak yang sangat penting bagi pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali Kota Lahat. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan Karang Taruna  Desa Talang Tangsi kecamatan pajar bulan Kabupaten Lahat, Provinsi sumatera selatan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Membantu masyarakat Kecamatan pajar bulan  dalam pemberdayaan  pembuatan extrak Kunyit Asam  untuk meningkatkan UMKM Karang Tarunan desa Talang tangsi, Provinsi sumatera selatan , membantu kreativitas karang taruna dalam membuat produk extrak kunyit Asem, dan membantu membina berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu dengan melakukan sosialisasi, pengajaran, aplikasi dan evaluasi. Hasil pemahaman dari peserta PKM mengenai materi yang diberikan adalah Sangat Paham 15 orang, Paham 15 orang, Kurang Paham 7 orang, dan tidak paham 3 orang

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work procedures, human relations, work welfare and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on the work performance of Lahat Trade Service employees. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests and coefficients of determination. Work procedures have a significant effect on the work performance of Lahat Trade Service employees. Human Relations Have a Significant Influence on the Work Performance of Lahat Trade Service Employees. Work Welfare Has a Significant Influence on the Work Performance of Lahat Trade Service Employees. Work Discipline Has a Significant Influence on the Work Performance of Lahat Trade Service Employees. Work Procedures, Human Relations, Work Welfare and Work Discipline Have a Significant Influence Together on the Work Performance of Lahat Trade Service Employees. Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of education level and work performance on job promotion at the Serelo Lahat College of Economics. This research uses a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all 160 employees of STIE Serelo Lahat. The random sampling method used took 25% of the respondents, so the total sample was 40 people. The research results found that there was a significant influence of work performance (X1) on job promotion (Y) with analysis of the t-calculated value of work performance (X1) of 6.699> t-table value at the actual level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom n-2 = 38 obtained t-table = 2.024 or with a significant level of 0.000 (P-value < 0.05 and there is also an essential influence between the level of education (X2) on promotion (Y) and the analysis of the t-calculated value of the level of education (X2) of 3.762> t-table value at a fundamental level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom n-2 = 38 obtained t-table = 2.024 or with a sizeable significant level of 0.001 (P-value < 0.05). There is a significant correlation between work performance and The level of education that influences job promotion. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between work performance and education level on job promotion. Keywords: level of education, work performance, promotion

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and competence on the performance of Talang Tangsi Village officials, Lahat Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 randomly selected village officials. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to identify the extent to which work discipline and competence influence performance. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of village officials, with a regression coefficient value of 0.45. This indicates that increasing work discipline will improve the performance of village officials. Competence also shows a significant positive influence on performance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.38. These findings underline the importance of competency development as a key factor in increasing the effectiveness of village officials' performance. Overall, this research concludes that both work discipline and competency play an important role in determining the performance of Talang Tangsi Village officials. In conclusion, based on the research results, it can be concluded that work discipline and competence have a significant effect together on the performance of Tangsi Village officials, Lahat Regency.
