Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman mengajar, kompetensi guru dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif melalui observasi yaitu. mengamati kondisi belajar mengajar di sekolah dan teknik penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman mengajar, kualifikasi guru dan budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba. Oleh karena itu, pengalaman mengajar, kompetensi guru dan budaya kerja dalam kinerja guru SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba penting untuk pengembangan pengetahuan, visi dan pola pikir guru dalam pendidikan sekolah, khususnya di SMA Negeri 9 Kabupaten Bulukumba The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of teaching experience, teacher competence and work culture on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba Regency. This research was designed using quantitative descriptive methods through observation, namely. observing teaching and learning conditions at school and questionnaire distribution techniques to respondents using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that teaching experience, teacher qualifications and work culture had a direct positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba. Therefore, teaching experience, teacher competence and work culture in the performance of SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba teachers are important for the development of knowledge, vision and mindset of teachers in school education, especially in SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam menanamkan sikap sosial siswa pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Kota Makassar, (2) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penanaman karakter peduli sosial siswa melalui pembelajaran IPAS, (3) mengetahui bagaimana penanaman sikap disiplin, toleransi, kerjasama, atau gotong royong, tanggung jawab, dan percaya diri siswa melalui yang pembelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini dengan pedoman wawancara yang dibagikan pada narasumber penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa, serta orang tua diUPT SPF SD Inpres Perumas Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Peranan guru yang dilakukan guru di sekolah untuk perkembangan sikap sosial siswa, saat menjalankan berbagai peran sebagai pengajar, informator, organisator, motator, pengarah, fasilitator, mediator,dan serta evaluator, terlebih lagi guru adalah seorang teladan pendidik yang menjadi tokoh panutan, dan identifikasi siswa (i) dan lingkungannya. (2) Faktor pendukung orang tua dan guru juga menjadi penghambat dalam menanamkan sikap sosial pada siswa, di era modern saat ini gadget juga merupakan penghambat bagi siswa dalam berinteraksi dan juga penghambat dalam menanamkan sikap sosial kepada siswa, karena gadget dapat membuat siswa menjadi seorang yang indidualis dan tidak mau bergaul kepada teman-teman sebayanya. (3) Menanamkan sikap sosial melalui pembelajaran di kelas IPAS sangatlah baik guru dilakukan menumbuhkan sikap sosial apalagi di dalam pembelajaran IPAS banyak terdapat materi-materi yang cocok untuk guru dalam menanamkan sikap sosial. This study aims to( 1) To find out how the role of teachers in instilling students' social attitudes in learning natural and social sciences UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Makassar City,(2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling students' social character through IPAS learning, (3) To find out how the cultivation of discipline, tolerance, cooperation, or mutual cooperation, responsibility, and self-confidence of students through IPAS learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This data collection technique uses interview guidelines distributed to the sources of this research, namely the principal, teachers, and students, as well as parents at SPF SD Inpres Perumas Makassar. The results showed that, 1) The role of teachers carried out by teachers in schools for the development of students' social attitudes, while carrying out various roles as teachers, informators, organisers, motivators, directors, facilitators, mediators, and evaluators, moreover teachers are role models of educators who become role models, and identification of students (i) and their environment. 2) Supporting factors for parents and teachers are also an obstacle in instilling social attitudes in students, in today's modern era gadgets are also an obstacle for students in interacting and also an obstacle in instilling social attitudes in students, because gadgets can make students become individualists and do not want to mingle with their peers. 3) Instilling social attitudes through learning in IPAS classes is very good for teachers to do to foster social attitudes, especially in IPAS learning there are many materials that are suitable for teachers to instil social attitudes.

Abstract

Sacred Area: The "Pakkawaruwe" Well of Life and Death in Amparita, Sidrap Regency The Tolotang Benteng community has a sacred area, an old well called the "Pakkawaruwe" well, which is a legacy of their founder La Panaungi. They believe the well water can bring success in their lives. This study aims to explain and analyze the influence of attraction to the sacred area through business success, peace of life and cultural preservation. The population in this study were the participants, especially the Tolotang Benteng Community, which amounted to ± 11,000 people in South Sulawesi Province spread across 4 districts / cities including Sidrap, Pinrang, Pare-Pare, and Makassar.The sample used in this study was 180 respondents, using NonProbability Sampling, namely Purposive Sampling or this technique, a researcher can provide an assessment of who should participate in a study. A researcher can implicitly choose a subject that is considered representative of a population. This means that the sampling technique is generally used by the media when asking for opinions from the public about something. The media will choose which subjects are considered to represent the public. As for determining the number of samples used, the researcher used the Slovin Formula with a combination of mix methods combining quantitative and qualitative approaches which were used sequentially in this study. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique used for hypothesis testing is path analysis using the help of the SPSS For Windows program. The results showed that the attraction indirectly (indire effect) had a significant effect on business success. Furthermore, the attraction directly (direct effect) has an effect, and is significant to the sacred area, and business success both directly and indirectly (direct and indirect effect) has an effect and is significant to the sacred area with a coefficient of determination of 82%. This study they recommend that religious harmony that runs well is maintained and maintained so that there is no horizontal conflict between fellow Amparita villagers Sidenreng rappang district (Sidrap).
