Abstract

Pencucian uang (money laundering) merupakan salah satu jenis kejahatan yang paling dominan dilakukan dan banyak digunakan oleh pihak-pihak tertentu dengan maksud memperkaya diri tanpa ketahuan aparat penegak hukum. Pencucian uang menjadi kejahatan yang mendunia dan merupakan bagian dari kejahatan yang terorganisir (organized crime)Penelitian hukum normatif adalah pendekatan penelitian di bidang hukum yang berfokus pada analisis terhadap norma-norma hukum yang berlaku. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami, menafsirkan, dan mengkritisi norma-norma hukum serta dampaknya terhadap sistem hukum dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach) yaitu pendekatan ini berdasarkan pandangan-pandangan dan doktrin-doktrin yang berkembang dalam ilmu hukum. Penyidikan tindak pidana pencucian uang dilakukan oleh penyidik tindak pidana asal sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum acara dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Yang dimaksud dengan “penyidik tindak pidana asal” adalah pejabat dari instansi yang oleh Undang-undang diberi kewenangan untuk melakukan penyidikan, yaitu Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, Kejaksaan, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN), serta Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia.Transaksi keuangan yang mencurigakan diawali dari transaksi yang tidak memiliki tujuan ekonomis dan bisnis yang jelas, menggunakan uang tunai dalam jumlah yang relatif besar dan/atau dilakukan secara berulang-ulang di luar kewajaran, dan aktivitas transaksi nasabah di luar kebiasaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam menanamkan sikap sosial siswa pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Kota Makassar, (2) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penanaman karakter peduli sosial siswa melalui pembelajaran IPAS, (3) mengetahui bagaimana penanaman sikap disiplin, toleransi, kerjasama, atau gotong royong, tanggung jawab, dan percaya diri siswa melalui yang pembelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini dengan pedoman wawancara yang dibagikan pada narasumber penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa, serta orang tua diUPT SPF SD Inpres Perumas Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Peranan guru yang dilakukan guru di sekolah untuk perkembangan sikap sosial siswa, saat menjalankan berbagai peran sebagai pengajar, informator, organisator, motator, pengarah, fasilitator, mediator,dan serta evaluator, terlebih lagi guru adalah seorang teladan pendidik yang menjadi tokoh panutan, dan identifikasi siswa (i) dan lingkungannya. (2) Faktor pendukung orang tua dan guru juga menjadi penghambat dalam menanamkan sikap sosial pada siswa, di era modern saat ini gadget juga merupakan penghambat bagi siswa dalam berinteraksi dan juga penghambat dalam menanamkan sikap sosial kepada siswa, karena gadget dapat membuat siswa menjadi seorang yang indidualis dan tidak mau bergaul kepada teman-teman sebayanya. (3) Menanamkan sikap sosial melalui pembelajaran di kelas IPAS sangatlah baik guru dilakukan menumbuhkan sikap sosial apalagi di dalam pembelajaran IPAS banyak terdapat materi-materi yang cocok untuk guru dalam menanamkan sikap sosial. This study aims to( 1) To find out how the role of teachers in instilling students' social attitudes in learning natural and social sciences UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas Makassar City,(2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling students' social character through IPAS learning, (3) To find out how the cultivation of discipline, tolerance, cooperation, or mutual cooperation, responsibility, and self-confidence of students through IPAS learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This data collection technique uses interview guidelines distributed to the sources of this research, namely the principal, teachers, and students, as well as parents at SPF SD Inpres Perumas Makassar. The results showed that, 1) The role of teachers carried out by teachers in schools for the development of students' social attitudes, while carrying out various roles as teachers, informators, organisers, motivators, directors, facilitators, mediators, and evaluators, moreover teachers are role models of educators who become role models, and identification of students (i) and their environment. 2) Supporting factors for parents and teachers are also an obstacle in instilling social attitudes in students, in today's modern era gadgets are also an obstacle for students in interacting and also an obstacle in instilling social attitudes in students, because gadgets can make students become individualists and do not want to mingle with their peers. 3) Instilling social attitudes through learning in IPAS classes is very good for teachers to do to foster social attitudes, especially in IPAS learning there are many materials that are suitable for teachers to instil social attitudes.

Abstract

Abstrak – Rumput laut merupakan salah satu potensi yang ada di Desa Laikang dan menjadi sumber mata pencaharian utama masyarakat Desa Laikang. Besarnya potensi rumput laut Desa Laikang sejauh ini belum dapat memberikan kontribusi peningkatan ekonomi yang siginifikan bagi masyarakat Desa Laikang karena sering kali mengalami kerugian besar. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena ketersediaan fasilitas pengeringan yang kurang memadai dan proses pengeringan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat masih konvensional. Sehingga proses pengeringan dapat mengurangi kualitas rumput laut karena terkontaminasi dengan debu, tanah, pasir, air hujan dan partikel lain serta ganguan hama yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan rumput laut. Selain itu proses pengeringan juga sering kali terhambat karena cuaca yang kurang mendukung apalagi saat terjadi hujan maka proses pengeringan tidak dapat dilakukan yang menyebabkan kerusakan karena terjadi proses fermentasi rumput laut. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra maka tim pengabdi memberikan solusi yaitu penerapan teknologi solar dryer dengan sistem hybrid energi gas LPG tipe dome berbasis IoT untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas rumput laut, mempercepat proses pengeringan serta kegiatan pengeringan tidak bergantung pada cuaca yang sulit diprediksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa proses pengeringan dengan penerapan teknologi solar dryer dengan sistem hybrid energi gas LPG dapat mempersingkat proses pengeringan dengan hanya mengeringkan sekitar 1-2 hari serta proses pengeringan dapat dilakukan saat malam hari, cuaca kurang baik atau bahkan saat terjadi hujan dengan memanfaatkan energi panas dari hasil pembakaran gas LPG yang kemudian energi panas tersebut dialirkan masuk kedalam ruang pengering melalui blower. Hasil kegiatan juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dengan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 40,43% dan kerampilan sebesar 41.33% dalam penerapan solar dryer dengan sistem hybrid energi gas LPG berbasis IoT.Kata kunci: Solar Dryer, Hybrid, Teknologi Pengering Rumput Laut, Gas LPG, Internet of Things.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digolongkan kepada penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatan hasil belajar materi “Gaya di Sekitar Kita” Pada Pelajaran IPA siswa kelas IV B Sekolah Dasar Negeri 010 Tanjungpinang Timur tahun 2023/2024. Peneliti memberi tindakan kepada subjek yang diteliti yaitu siswa kelas IV B yang berjumlah 36 siswa. yang terdin dari siswa laki-laki 15 orang dan siswa perempuan 21 orang Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SDN 010 Tanjungpinang Timur tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 bahwa penggunaan media audio visual pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya disekitar kita siswa kelas IV SDN 010 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hal ini dilihat dari hasil observasi guru observasi siswa, dan nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I pertemuan pertama mendapatkan nilai 82,02. pertemuan kedua nilal 84,81 pertemuan ketiga memperoleh nilai 86,02 Observasi guru pertemuan pertama pada siklus II mendapatkan nilai 87,08, pertemuan kedua nilai 88,43 pertemuan ketiga memperoleh nilai 98,15 Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dapat dilihat pada siklus I pertemuan pertama hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 69,09 pertemuan kedua hasil nilai aktivitas siswa 73,84 pertemuan ketiga hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 78,89 Pada pertemuan pertama siklus II hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 85,17 pertemuan kedua hasli nilai aktivitas siswa 90,60 pertemuan ketiga hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 97,31. Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya di sekitar kita kelas IV B telah meningkat dapat dilihat dari hasil pra siklu, siklus I dan siklus II Hasil belajar tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan perbandingan pra siklus memiliki nilai rata-rata 69,58 terdapat 15 siswa yang tuntas 42. Siklus I memiliki hasil rata-rata 75,00 terdapat 20 siswa yang tuntas 56 Siklus II memiliki nilai rata-rats 86,67 terdapat 33 orang yang tuntas atau 92 Berdasarkan hasil ketuntasan belajar dan nilai rata-rata siswa dengan menggunakan Media audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV B pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya di sekitar kita. Abstract

Globalization forces Islamic education as a system to continue to develop and adapt to the times, as well as proof that Islam has the principle of "Shólihun fí kulli zamánin wa makánin wa ummah". Therefore, the modernization and enculturation of Islamic education culture is an interesting issue to discuss. In this article, we will discuss theoretically using qualitative methods through library research on the modernization and enculturation of Islamic education culture in Indonesia. Critically, based on the data obtained in the form of qualitative data from various reading sources, books, articles, research, scientific publications and manuscripts for analysis. The results of the discussion show that Islamic education in Indonesia has experienced a clash of two paradigms, namely on the one hand it is affected by weternization and on the other hand it is affected by Arabization. With these two paradigms of view, Indonesian Islamic education creates its own Islamic "culture" that carries Indonesianness by internalizing Islamic values ??but at the same time has Middle-Eastern cultural values ??as the source of Islam itself and Western culture as the center of modernism.

Abstract

The pond-based scientific approach is a scientific approach for students in the aquaculture area, which requires the support of local wisdom-based learning media. With the many scientific approaches that exist, it does not make it difficult for students to raise local wisdom, namely aquaculture, to be used as research in obtaining student learning outcomes. The scientific approach can also provide learning motivation to students so that students are motivated to study harder in lifting student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the literature review related to the pond-based scientific approach and learning motivation in improving student learning outcomes. The research method chosen is descriptive quantitative by first testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, partial (t) and simultaneous (f) testing using the help of SPSS Ver,- 2023 software for windows. Data collection was carried out by interview, documentation and questionnaires distributed to respondents who had a population of 200 respondents of SDN 37 Bulu-Bulu, Pangkajene District and the sample was taken by random sampling using 15% of the population totaling 30 respondents of SDN Bulu-bulu students, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency. The results of the study partially test or test (t) and simultaneous test (f) pond-based scientific approach has a significant effect on student learning outcomes SDN 37 Bulu-bulu Pangkajene District Pangkep Regency. Then the partial test or test (t) or simultaneous test (f) student learning motivation has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students of SDN 37 Bulu-bulu, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the policy implementation of the business capital provision program through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as an effort to empower the community's economy in Era Baru Village, Tellulimpoe District. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method in this study uses a type of Non probability sampling with Purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the business capital provision program in Era Baru Village has succeeded in empowering the community by increasing income through BUMDES which manages various types of businesses. The research generated new insights into the effectiveness of village business management, including financial transparency and business sustainability. In addition, the findings provide practical recommendations for the development of empowerment models that can be applied in other villages, as well as encouraging increased capacity of managers and community participation in program planning and implementation

Abstract

The research aims to determine 1) the relationship between the principal's leadership and student competency at SD Negeri 18 Tumampua I, Pangakajene District, Pangkep Regency, 2) the relationship between teacher professionalism and student competency at SD Negeri 18 Tumampua I, Pangakajene District, Pangkajene Regency, 3) the relationship between the principal's leadership and teacher professionalism on student competency at SD Negeri 18 Tumampua I, Pangakajene District, Pangkep Regency. Pangkep. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research location is SD Negeri 18 Tumampua I, Pangakajene District, Pangkep Regency. The population in this research is all students, where the sample is 62 students. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument testing, analytical prerequisite testing, descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. The results of the research show that 1) there is a relationship between principal leadership and student competency at SD Negeri 18 Tumampua I, Pangakajene District, Pangkep Regency based on a sig value of 0.020 0.05, 2) there is a relationship between teacher professionalism and student competency at SD Negeri 18 Tumampua I, Pangakajene District, Pangkep Regency based on a sig value of 0.031 0.05, 3) Student Competence and Teacher Professionalism have a "medium" relationship with Student Teacher Competency at Tumampua I Public Elementary School, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to find out 1. To find out the influence of local wisdom-based video media on high class students at Raulo State Elementary School. 2) To find out the description of the implementation of economic activity concept material in science and science learning for high class students at Raulo State Elementary School. And 3) To analyze the influence of video media based on local wisdom of agricultural mutual cooperation with the concept of economic activity on high class students' science and science learning outcomes at Raulo State Elementary School.  This type of research is quantitative research.  The population of this study was all high class students, namely 43 students in grades 4, 5 and 6 at SD Negeri Raulo. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling technique so that the entire population becomes the research sample. Data collection techniques use research questionnaires, observation and documentation, while data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The research results show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of Video Media Based on Local Wisdom of Agricultural Mutual Cooperation with the Concept of Economic Activities on the science and science learning outcomes of high class students at Raulo State Elementary School. Local culture-based learning media not only helps students understand concepts contextually, but also instills social and cultural values that are relevant to students' daily lives.

Abstract

This research aims 1) To increase the learning motivation of class X students through Ice Breaking at SMKS Muhammadiyah Bungoro. 2) To improve the learning outcomes of class X students through Ice Breaking at SMKS Muhammadiyah Bungoro.  The research motto used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consists of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study was carried out on class X students at SMKS Muhammadiyah Bungoro which amounted to 25 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were carried out by means of observation, documentation, and written tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is a percentage descriptive analysis in the form of data obtained from 1) the percentage of student learning motivation and 2) the improvement of learning outcomes obtained from the average score of pretest and posttest student learning outcomes before and after the implementation of Ice Breaking.  The results of this study show that 1) Students' learning motivation before and after ice breaking has increased. 2) The learning outcomes of students before and after the ice breaking were increased. This can be seen in the learning process showing greater student learning motivation in learning activities which is shown by the behavior of actively answering questions, the amount of interest in attending lessons and great attention to project subjects. Student learning outcomes have increased, namely 50.08 in the initial condition, 66.60 in Cycle I, and 77.80 in Cycle. In addition, the number of students who meet the KKTP has also increased, namely 10 students in the initial condition, 12 students in Cycle I, and 20 students in Cycle II.
