Abstract

The independence of the Judicial Power is a prerequisite that must be met in order workings of state law. The independence of the Judicial Power must be balanced with the principle of accountability as the manifestation of a democratic state. Judicial authority must have the freedom from all kinds of pressure and interference of the executive power, even such freedom also includes the authority of the judge to impose a decision on a ruling if it violates people's rights. The judge's decision in order to reflect the sense of justice against anyone, then law enforcement should be supported by a strong structuring.
