Abstract

Background: The Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) pre-S1, pre-S2, and S region are essentially known for virus infection and replication. Eight genotypes (A to H) and nine subtypes (adw2, adw4, ayw1, ayw2, ayw3, ayw4, adrq+, adrq-, and ayr) of HBV have been identified worldwide. The aim of this study was to analyze HBV genetic variation in pre-S1, pre-S2, and S region, and to determine genotype and subtype of 09IDSKAB-3 HBV isolate from Men Who Have Sex With Men community in Surakarta. Methods: 09IDSAKAB-3 HBV DNA extraction was used as a template for amplication of pre-S1, pre-S2, and S region. The sequence results were then aligned by Clustal W with all of reference sequences reported in GenBank/DDBJ/EMNL. Genetic variation in pre-S1, pre-S2, and S region were identified using MEGA 4.0. HBV genotype and subgenotype were identified by phylogenetic analysis. HBV subtype was deduced on the basis of the predicted amino acid sequences of HBsAg. Results: Based on BLAST search in GenBank, 09IDSKAB-3 isolate was classified into genotype B3. D27E variation was found in pre-S1 region, and there were not genetic variation in pre-S2 and S region. Phylogenetic tree showed that 09IDSKAB-3 isolate was classified into genotype B3. Based on the basis of predicted amino acid sequences of HBsAg, 09IDSKAB-3 isolate was classified into subtype adw2. Conclusions: Overall, only D27E variation was found in this study. 09IDSKAB-3 isolate was classified into genoytpe B3 and subtype adw2. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Kajian Pestisida Nabati terhadap Hama Ulat Penggulung Daun (Lamprosema indicata) pada Tanaman Kacang Tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.)  bertujuan untuk mengkaji pestisida nabati terhadap hama ulat penggulung daun (Lamprosema indicata) pada tanaman kacang tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Februari  2021 sampai bulan  Mei 2021, di Ds. Sekarputih Kec. Widodaren Kab. Ngawi Jawa Timur, dengan ketinggian tempat 500 mdpl. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Perancangan Dasar Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 10 macam perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali. Adapun perlakuannya yaitu P0, P1K1, P1K2, P1K3, P2K1, P2K2, P2K3, P3K1, P3K2, P3K3. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf nyata 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gejala serangan hama ulat penggulung daun (Lamprosema indicata) muncul merata pada umur 30 hari setelah tanam. Perlakuan pestisida nabati daun pepaya 52,5 ml/L (P2K3) mampu menekan intensitas serangan hama ulat penggulung daun dengan rata-rata yaitu 18,89, sehingga memberikan hasil yang optimal. Perlakuan pestisida nabati daun pepaya 52,5 ml/L (P2K3) pada tanaman kacang tanah memberikan hasil tertinggi pada jumlah polong dengan rata-rata 21,83 buah, berat polong kering per tanaman dengan rata-rata 37,17 gr, berat polong kering per petak 140,00 gr, berat biji kering per petak 135,67 gr dan berat 100 biji dengan rata-rata 54,33 gr.

Dimana dalam hal yang melatar belakangi penulis skripsi ini adalah permasalah yang timbul karena tingkat kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi dan banyak perusahaan industri yang lalai karena tidak memenuhi faktor - faktor untuk melindungi tenaga kerja dalam perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Berdasarkan hal ini rumusan masalah yaitu, Bagaimana peran Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Mojokerto dalam perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berdasarkan pasal 13 ayat 2 huruf d Peraturan Bupati Mojokerto Nomor 63 Tahun 2016 oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Mojokerto? Serta Apa faktor penghambat dan solusi dalam perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di Kabupaten Mojokerto? Dimana untuk menjawab permasalahan diatas ini, maka menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum yuridis empiris. Serta menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan Teknik Deskritif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pelaporan dan pengawasan masih kurang, dimana proses pengawasan yang tidak sesuai dengan jadwal. Untuk menunjang kinerja para pengawas ketenagakerjaan agar dapat berjalan lebih efektif maka solusinya dilakukan penambahan jumlah pegawai pengawasan. Kata Kunci: Peran, Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Perlindungan, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. AbstractThis research studies the role of the Department of Labour over providing security and health cover according to Article 13 Paragraph 2 letter d of Regent Regulation of Mojokerto Number 63 of 2016. This research was initiated due to the increasing incidence of an accident at work and the fact that several companies fail to meet the requirement to provide security and health cover for labors. This research observes the role of the Department of Labour of the Regency of Mojokerto in giving security and health cover according to Article 13 Paragraph 2 letter D of Regent Regulation of Mojokerto Number 63 of 2016 by the Department of Labour in the Regency of Mojokerto? And what are the impeding factors and solutions regarding the provision of the security and health cover for workers in the Regency of Mojokerto? To give answers to the research problems mentioned, this research employed empirical- juridical legal research with a qualitative approach followed by descriptive analysis. The result reveals that there is a lack of supervision, in which the supervisory process taken has not been in line with the schedule. The solution is that more numbers of supervisory agencies are needed for more effective supervision. Keywords: role, Department of Labour, protection, security, and health cover for worker

Abstract

Generasi Millenial adalah generasi yang tidak memiliki batas waktu yang pasti untuk awal atau akhir dari era generasi ini. Namun para peneliti serta ahli biasanya menggunakan batas waktu untuk mengelompokkan generasi millenial mulai awal tahun 80-an ke atas dengan karakter berani, inovatif, dan modern. Dalam generasi ini banyak diperbincangkan mulai dari segi pendidikan, moral dan budaya, etika kerja, pertahanan mental, serta kemudahan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi generasi millenial serta faktor yang mempengaruhi moral generasi millenial di Desa Baru, Kecamatan Pancur Batu guna untuk mewujudkan good citizenship. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dan data yang diperoleh dari wawancara secara langsung di lokasi penelitian dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang baik. Adapun informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 20 orang generasi millenial khususnya generasi Z yang berusia antara 14-19 tahun. Instrumen penelitian berupa panduan wawancara terstruktur kepada narasumber yang pertama berkaitan dengan demografi, meliputi nama, usia, jenis keamin, dan jenjang pendidikan. Kemudian menangkap persepsi orang-orang yang sedang diwawancarai tentang perilaku dan kondisi secara pribadi serta lingkungannya sebagai generasi Z. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpukan bahwa kondisi generasi millenial di Desa Baru terlihat masih kurang baik dari segi moral dan akhlak nya yang disebabkan oleh gadget, pengaruh lingkungan pertemanan atau teman sebayanya, dan pola asuh orang tua.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused all countries to implement strategies to suppress its spread, one of which is Indonesia, especially DKI Jakarta, which has implemented Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) since April 10 2020. Apart from being able to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus, PSBB is thought to have an impact on the environment, especially air quality in DKI Jakarta. According to research from the BMKG, Jakarta's air quality has improved over the last 5 years with the implementation of the PSBB. Besides analyzing the effect of the PSBB on air quality in DKI Jakarta, this research also aims to help governments in every region of Indonesia that do not have air quality monitoring stations. The method used in this study is to utilize Imagery from Sentinel-5P to measure concentrations of NO2, CO and SO2 gases validated using field data and utilize the NOAA Satellite acquired with Ventusky to analyze the effect of wind on the distribution of air pollution due to the PSBB. The results showed that the ratio of the average concentrations of NO2, CO and SO2 gases in DKI Jakarta decreased respectively to 27.70% ; 10.20% ; 42.06%. This shows an increase in air quality in DKI Jakarta due to the implementation of the PSBB. Comparison of the average concentrations of NO2, CO and SO2 gases in DKI Jakarta during the PSBB and after the PSBB increased slightly respectively to 11.92% ; 1.89% ; 35.84%. This shows that there is a decrease in air quality in DKI Jakarta which was caused after the implementation of the PSBB. Wind also affects the concentration of NO2, CO and SO2 gases. This is evidenced by the results of the correlation where the gas concentration is low when the wind speed is high, and vice versa. It was concluded that during the COVID-19 pandemic the concentrations of NO2, CO and SO2 in DKI Jakarta decreased and slightly increased after the PSBB, and wind could affect the distribution of these gases.

Abstract

Pediculosis capitis is a common disease in Indonesia. The study aims to identify the shaming determinan with the incidence of pedicuinfirmcapitis in the village of gourd bay district monastery district, the serdang deli district. The study was carried out from December 16 to 17, 2023. Studies using primary data analysed by handing out questionnaires of 229 children. Data collection USES an interview sampling technique and USES a questionnaire consisting of questions about identity, body weight, how to get the disease in any way or treatment for the disease. The analysis of the data on this study is done using a descriptive method. The study was a quantitative study with a conceptual analysis that used a c-square test. As many as 125 respondents had suffered from backups and 70 of those who had hair lice affected their friends. In this study, shampooing becomes the reason children are subjected to kuples by the number of one week at 41 reponden 1x a week, 103 respondents at 2x-3x a week, 81 responders >3x a week, and 4 respondents daily shampooing. Next to those who did not treat me as many as 107 respondents while 56 reponden treated me with a comb of ticks, 42 reponden with peditox, 4 of those with hair cuts, 1 of olive oil, 2 of those with just shampooing, and 17 of those with magic chalk. It can then be deduced from study that the factors that caused the respondents to become Pediculosis capitis were those that resulted from irregular shampooing, the transmission of the family, and the transmission of a friend.

Abstract

Environmental problems become actual and interesting issues to discuss. Environmental problems are not only in water, soil and living things but also include air pollution. One of the environmental solutions can use bioremediation, Educational Institutions can also participate in environmental solutions by becoming a green campus. The purpose of this study is to see the potential of bioremediation of tree-level plant vegetation UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta as an alternative solution to environmental problems towards a green campus. This research was conducted from July-October 2023, plant classification was carried out thoroughly in the campus area, then a meta-analysis was carried out for its potential as bioremediation and green campus potential. Based on the results of research at the UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta campus, there are 58 types of plants with a total of 670 plants with the most types of plants red shoots (Syzygium paniculatum Gaertn.) 12% and Ketapang kencana (Terminalia mantaly) 11%. Furthermore, the results of the meta-analysis found that the potential for vegetation bioremediation at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta as phytoremediation where plants act as bioremediation agents, while the potential of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta as a green campus based on the UI GreenMetric Guidelines 2022 Standards has met several criteria and indicators of green campus achievements, but to become a green campus requires the participation of various parties, both leaders and the academic community and students so that UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta can get the title of green campus.

Abstract

Aerotropolis yang menggambarkan bagaimana bandara dapat menjadi inti perkembangan kota dengan fasilitas pendukungnya. Dengan contoh Bandara Soekarno-Hatta di Jakarta sebagai kasus nyata, bandara ini telah berkembang menjadi sebuah kota dengan aktivitas yang sibuk. Keberhasilan penerapan konsep aerotropolis dapat dilihat dari negara-negara maju. Namun, pengembangan aerotropolis juga menimbulkan potensi dampak negatif pada lingkungan. Di Kulon Progo, Indonesia, pengembangan aerotropolis berbasis Agroaerotropolis dilakukan di sekitar Bandara Yogyakarta International Airport dengan konsep SmartCity. Ini mencakup area persawahan, pedesaan, dan perbukitan. Penggunaan arsitektur hemat energi menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi dampak pemanasan global dalam pengembangan aerotropolis di Kulon Progo dan perkembangan CBD di Kota Wates. Penggunaan energi alternatif, desain yang responsif terhadap iklim, serta pendidikan dan kesadaran tentang efisiensi energi menjadi langkah kunci dalam mencapai tujuan penekanan emisi gas rumah kaca dan perlindungan lingkungan. Prinsip perancangan arsitektur hemat energi yang diterapkan pada bangunan perkantoran dalam konsep aerotropolis, termasuk konfigurasi bangunan, orientasi, fasad, sistem operasional, dan tingkat kenyamanan. Penggunaan energi terbarukan, seperti panel surya, dan sistem otomatis berperan penting dalam mencapai efisiensi energi yang tinggi. Selain itu, perhitungan penghematan energi menggunakan aplikasi EDGE sebagai ukuran keberhasilan pengembangan bangunan hemat energi. Diharapkan, penerapan arsitektur hemat energi dapat menjadi solusi dalam menghadapi tantangan lingkungan dan pemanasan global dalam pengembangan aerotropolis di berbagai wilayah.
