Abstract

The research focused on MAN Kepulauan Selayar students' level of understanding of the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (UU ITE) and how religious norms influence their attitudes to using digital technology. Selayar Islands, with its distinctive social, cultural, and spiritual characteristics, provides a relevant context for exploring digital literacy in an area with unique educational challenges. Using descriptive methods, a multiple choice test was used to measure students' understanding of the ITE Law. In contrast, a Likert scale questionnaire was used to assess the influence of religious norms on their attitudes. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively to provide a comprehensive picture of students' digital literacy. The results showed that the average score of students' understanding of the ITE Law was 74, which was classified as a High category. Ranking analysis revealed that class XII students had the highest score of 80.77 (High category), followed by class XI with a score of 74.83 (High category), and class X with a score of 66.4 (Medium category). In addition, the average percentage of students' answers in the questionnaire shows a value of 79.42%, which is classified as Influential in reflecting the influence of religious norms on students' attitudes toward using digital technology. This finding shows that although students' level of understanding of the ITE Law is relatively good, there are differences in the level of understanding between grades. In addition, religious norms have a significant influence on students' attitudes toward the responsible use of digital technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi untuk pemilihan program studi melalui serangkaian tahapan, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga desain dan pengembangan sistem. Aplikasi tersebut memfasilitasi pengguna dalam memilih program studi dengan mempertimbangkan faktor seperti jurusan, rumpun ilmu, sub rumpun ilmu, dan bidang ilmu. Pengembangan front-end dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi HTML5, CSS, dan JavaScript, sedangkan back-end dikerjakan menggunakan PHP dan MySQLi dengan menerapkan metode Forward Chaining. Uji coba sistem dilakukan melalui pengujian Black Box dengan menguji 5 skenario yang telah ditetapkan, dan hasilnya menunjukkan kelancaran dalam fungsionalitas sistem. Aplikasi diuji oleh 20 siswa dari SMA Swasta Muhammadiyah Selayar, dengan rincian 6 berasal dari jurusan IPA dan 14 dari IPS. Dalam implementasinya, siswa memilih program studi, dan hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa Ilmu Manajemen dan Ilmu Ekonomi menjadi pilihan terbanyak. Penelitian ini memiliki potensi sebagai referensi bagi pembaca yang ingin mengembangkan aplikasi serupa. Selain itu, konsep aplikasi ini juga dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan berbasis Android, serta dapat diadaptasi untuk berbagai jurusan, termasuk di lingkungan SMK.

Abstract

Presensi kehadiran merupakan aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan. Presensi dosen menjadi tolok ukur sejauh mana kehadiran dosen dalam menyampaikan materi kepada mahasiswa. Presensi kehadiran dosen merupakan salah satu penunjang yang dapat diartikan sebagai informasi tentang bagaimana kedisiplinan dosen pengampu yang bersangkutan. Selain itu, penting adanya informasi kehadiran bagi pimpinan untuk mengetahui dan memantau kehadiran dosen pengampu di kampus secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi/perangkat lunak presensi mengajar dosen pada Program Studi Ilmu Komputer Institut Teknologi Sains dan Bisnis Muhammadiyah Selayar dan untuk mengetahui kualitas perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan ditinjau dari aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan penggunaan Aplikasi Presensi Mengajar Dosen Pada Program Studi Ilmu Komputer Institut Teknologi Sains dan Bisnis Muhammadiyah Selayar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan waterfall yang terdiri atas lima langkah yaitu, analisis dan definisi kebutuhan, desain sistem dan perangkat lunak, implementasi dan pengujian unit, integrasi dan pengujian sistem, dan operasi dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian validitas yang dilakukan oleh dua validator menunjukkan perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan termasuk pada kategori sangat valid. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tingkat kepraktisan dan keefektifan berdasarkan aspek kemudahan penggunaan, ketepatan penggunaan, dan kepuasan, menunjukkan hasil perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan termasuk pada kategori sangat praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) find out the results of the steps for developing an offline-based internet simulator in junior high schools in the Selayar Islands Regency, and b) find out whether the development of an offline-based internet simulator is valid, practical and effective for use in junior high schools in the Selayar Islands Regency. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The development stages used refer to the waterfall development model which consists of five steps, namely:a) requirements analysis and definition, b) system and software design, c) implementation and unit testing, d) system integration and testing, and e) operations and maintenance. The results of the study: a) At the stage of needs analysis and definition, needs analysis and curriculum analysis were carried out. Needs analysis is done by means of observation and interviews with subject teachers, and curriculum analysis is done by analyzing the applicable curriculum. b) At the system and software design stage, it is determined the content that will be provided on the product to be developed, and the product design is made in the form of a diagram. c) At the stage of implementation and unit testing, the software is made based on the software design that has been made previously. At this stage, testing the functions contained in the software by expert validators is also carried out. d) At the stage of integration and system testing, limited testing is carried out and improvements are made to the software in accordance with the results of the limited trial. e) At the operation and maintenance stage, field testing is carried out and improvements are made based on the results of field trials. The results of validity testing conducted by 2 expert validators indicate that the software developed is included in the very valid category. The results of small group trials indicate the level of practicality of the software developed is included in the practical category, while the level of effectiveness of the software developed is included in the effective category. Abstract

This research aims to design and test a web-based information system for ship data collection at the Port of Benteng Selayar. This system is expected to improve the performance of the staff of the Class III Port Management Unit of the Selayar Fortress and make it easier for the public, especially residents of the Selayar Islands Regency, to access ship schedule information at the port. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) methods to produce and test the effectiveness of the developed products. The results of the study show that this system is able to replace the manual method previously used in collecting ship data, reduce errors in making reports, and make it easier for the public to access ship schedules. The system test uses the ISO 25010 standard with eight test aspects, where the results show that the developed information system meets excellent quality standards, including aspects of functionality, reliability, performance efficiency, usability, portability, security, compatibility, and maintenance. The system has been tested using WAPT, GTMetrix, and Quttera software, and tested on a variety of different devices and browsers. Based on the results of the trial, this information system is suitable for use by port managers and the community.
