Abstract

The research aims to facilitate the process of processing library data in the form of database storage, resulting in accurate reports, in pandemic times where all employees are required to do their duties from home so that staff in the field of services and technology, staffing, and governance have difficulty processing library data. Although it has used a computer as a means of support, the processing of data libraries is still stored using Ms.office, resulting in ineffectiveness in the work. The application of the information system has helped employees in accelerating the creation and submission of reports carried out in the Ministry of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province using descriptive methods. The number of visitors who come on average is 51 people/day, and for the month as many as1,224 people. So the total number of visitors in 2020 is 14,688 people.Web-Based Library Governance Information System at the Ministry of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province can provide convenience in processing Data Library and assist employees in doing their work from home (WFH)

Abstract

The rapid growth of technology has an impact on the world of marketing, marketing trends are switching from offline to online. The level of consumption of Gorontalo people continues to increase, but the market will only look crowded on any given day or ahead of the religious big day only. The current condition, the quiet interest of prospective buyers due to the easy access of technology in online shopping should be used as an opportunity to increase sales of market traders. In addition to selling conventional merchandise can also sell online. The purpose of this research is to produce a website-based e-market application that allows traders in the central market to sell online and increase revenue and reduce operational costs.An e-commerce app called E-market. This e-market itself is not the first time because already e-markets that work with BRI that can be accessed https://e-pasar.bri.co.id/ but after being searched deeper into the website the Central market is not included in the digital market. The results of this study were later implemented in gorontalo Central Market traders with the intention of increasing their sales through online transactions, by not leaving the old sales system (Offline).

Abstract

Combined Farmer Group (Gapoktan) is a combination of several farmer groups that partner and jointly doing business in the field of agribusiness to achieve income and increase production of farming for members and other farmers. The Provincial Agricultural Office of Gorontalo has the duty to carry out the formulation, implementation of policies, monitoring and evaluation in the field of agricultural extension. One of the counseling is done at the Combined Farmer Group in Gorontalo province.This research aims to facilitate the search of Gapoktan location which will be given assistance and agricultural extension in Gorontalo Province region and designing mapping of location of gapoktan based on android At Gorontalo Provincial Agricultural Service In order to search location and time used more effective and efficient and easier for people to get information related with more detailed gapoktan. Abstract

Kartu Menuju Sehat  is part of a government program in the context of handling poverty that is always updated every year receiving data, so that assistance reaches the hands of the poor, the data collection of families must be as expected, although many parameters / indicators of poverty result in less effective poverty management programs.         The results of the analysis of the data of poor families after re-verification conducted by Dutohe Village, Kabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango District, showed that the cause of the misidentification of poor families was due to errors during the data collection process, errors in the calculation process, and due to fraud during the data collection. This study designed a decision support system using the Technique For Others Reference Method by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in the Verification process Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) in order to produce the right and accurate decision making that involves the privacy value or preference value of the KMS recipient. The results showed an increase in terms of effectiveness and efficiency in card verification processing

Abstract

Museum Provinsi Gorontalo yang disebut juga dengan Museum Popa Eyato merupakan museum yang dibangun oleh Provinsi Gorontalo. Fakta saat ini menunjukkan bahwa sekarang ini minat untuk mendatangi museum khususnya museum Popa Eyato masih sangat kurang dikarenakan dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini yang lebih memilih mengunjungi tempat atau lokasi yang modern seperti pusat perbelanjaan, Mall dan Café. Namun kondisi Negara yang saat ini masih mengalami pandemi Covid 19 sangat tidak memungkinkan juga untuk masyarakat atau wisatawan untuk dapat mengunjungi lokasi wisata khususnya museum. Selain itu kendala lainnya yaitu pelayanan yang ada di museum juga mempengaruhi minat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi museum. Pelayanan yang dimaksud adalah memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi tentunya. Informasi yang diinginkan oleh wisatawan harus diberikan oleh tour guide (pemandu) yang tentunya memahami tentang info sejarah dari benda/artefak yang terdapat dimuseum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi tour guide museum berbasis android untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pelayanan Museum Popa Eyato Provinsi Gorontalo serta memperkecil peluang pengerusakan dan pencurian data. Selain itu posisi SDM dapat digantikan dengan teknologi virtual sebagai tour guide agar masyarakat atau wisatawan dapat melihat informasi dari obyek sejarah melalui platform mobile

Abstract

The Student Executive Board (BEM) is among the organizations in universities formed by students. Through BEM, students can learn to socialize, politics and democracy. Every year Ichsan University conducts BEM ELECTION activities to elect BEM Presidential Candidates. In the process, there is a problem where the BEM ELECTIONS have decreased student political participation because students have to come to campus, and the process of recapitulation of vote counting is quite long. The purpose of the study was to design a web-based e-voting application that all active students can use to participate in the UNISAN BEM ELECTION without having to come directly to campus. The process and results of the UNISAN BEM ELECTIONS were fast, effective and transparent. Data collection techniques carried out observations, interviews and literature studies with system development using the waterfall method. The system design is in the form of a UML diagram. Creation with PHP and MySQL languages for databases. The test results resulted in cyclomatic complexity. In the calculation of cyclomatic complexity, if V(G) = E-N+2, the result is equal to V(G) = P+1. The results of the UNISAN BEM ELECTION research were fast, effective and transparent.

Abstract

Child-Friendly School is a program aimed at achieving safe, clean, healthy, caring, and environmentally conscious conditions that ensure the fulfillment of children's rights and protection from violence, discrimination, and other forms of mistreatment while they are in educational institutions. It also supports children's participation, particularly in planning, policies, learning, and supervision. One of the objectives of developing the Child-Friendly School Policy is to fulfill, guarantee, and protect children's rights, as well as to ensure that educational institutions can develop children's interests, talents, and abilities, and prepare them to be responsible for a tolerant, respectful, collaborative life for progress and a spirit of peace. The research aims to design a Web-based Decision Support System for Selecting Child-Friendly Schools in the Education Office of Gorontalo City using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research adopts the Waterfall method as the research approach and conducts Whitebox and Blackbox testing for the system. The research findings indicate that the system can facilitate schools applying for child-friendly school certification from the Education Office of Gorontalo City. It provides a transparent ranking output based on the assessment of predetermined criteria weights. The system can perform quick, accurate, and precise weighting calculations using the SAW decision support method, and it provides information on the suitability status based on the weight values derived from the matrix summation after the 'SAW method' button is processed

Abstract

PT Hasjrat Abadi has collaborated with a financing institution to provide opportunities for vehicle ownership through credit facilities. The credit system offered by the financing institution can boost vehicle sales. However, before that, the lender must conduct a thorough consumer data analysis. This is crucial to ensure that potential customers can repay the approved vehicle loans, thereby avoiding the risk of loan defaults in the future. The process of consumer data analysis is time-consuming due to the abundance of documents involved. Additionally, field surveys are necessary to validate consumer data by applying the 5C Bank Principles (character, capital, capacity, collateral, and condition). Research Objective By implementing the Electre (Elimination and Choice Translation Reality) method in the decision support system, we can provide quick, accurate, and precise information to determine whether potential customers are eligible to purchase vehicles from PT Hasjrat Abadi through credit. This method utilizes the 5C Bank Principles (character, capital, capacity, collateral, and condition) to evaluate consumers. The method used is Research and Development (R&D), which aims to develop specific products and test their effectiveness. The research findings indicate that this system can enhance the services provided to customers at PT Hasjrat Abadi's branch in Gorontalo. Based on the data input by credit analysts, it was found that only 50 percent of the total potential customer data could be approved using the Electre method for credit applications. This facilitates faster, more accurate, and more reliable decision-making for customers.
