Abstract

Background: Cognitive failure is a problem in carrying out daily activities of nurses in hospitals, because it can reduce nurse performance and productivity. Aims: This research was conducted to predict stress factors, poor sleep quality, secondary trauma and work-related fatigue on nurses' cognitive failure in the workplace. Methods: This research is quantitative research with a survey design. Data was collected using a questionnaire from respondents aimed at nurses at the hospital. The sampling technique uses purpose sampling technique and the sample size is 202. This research uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. Results: Based on the analysis of the results, the research results show: stress has a significant effect on cognitive failure, poor sleep quality has a significant effect on cognitive failure, secondary trauma has a significant effect on cognitive failure and work-related fatigue has an insignificant effect on cognitive failure. Conclusion: Nurses' cognitive failure is caused by stress factors, poor sleep quality and secondary trauma.

Abstract

Background: Various problems that occur in the SatuSehat app make user satisfaction and intention to continue using the app even lower. So research on factors that can increase user satisfaction to continue using the SatuSehat app needs to be done. Aims: The purpose of this research was to investigate the willingness to persist in using the SatuSehat app. This willingness is impacted by both satisfaction and awareness of health. Additionally, satisfaction and health awareness are affected by an intermediary variable known as expected confirmation. Expected confirmation, in turn, is influenced by three factors: privacy security, system quality, and accuracy. Methods: Information was collected via surveys given to the general population meeting specific criteria and having experience with the SatuSehat app. A total of 211 individuals were included in the sample, selected through purposive sampling. To assess the validity, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with the AMOS method was employed. Results: The data analysis findings in this study indicate that both satisfaction and health awareness positively influence the intention to persist in using the app. Furthermore, expected confirmation positively affects both satisfaction and health awareness. Privacy security, system quality, and accuracy positively affect expectation confirmation. Conclusion: Individual expectations that are confirmed through the use of the app increase individual satisfaction and perceived health awareness. The high privacy security and quality of the application system in accordance with individual expectations and perceptions provide expectations for individuals to continue using the app. The accurate health information provided by the app also creates individual expectations to continue using the app.

Abstract

Online customer loyalty is important to ensure continuity of purchases at online stores. The study aims to explore and test the significance of a number of constructs in an effort to predict online customer loyalty. Literature studies suggest that online customer loyalty is closely related to the constructs of online customer satisfaction, online customer trust, and online service quality. The research was conducted using a survey design. The population and sample were online store customers. Sample data of 200 respondents were collected using purposive sampling technique and analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results of the study are: (1) online service quality affects online customer satisfaction, (2) online service quality affects online customer trust, (3) customer satisfaction has no significant effect on customer loyalty to shop at online stores, (4) online customer trust has a significant effect on online customer loyalty. The results of this study are important for online store managers in an effort to build customer loyalty.

Abstract

Background: The workplace function of nurses is an important thing that must be paid attention to by hospitals. Nurses certainly have an important function in their work in terms of health services. Employees should be able to adapt and be respected in their work environment. However, some people experience problems adapting to their work environment, resulting in low performance. Nurses' decreased function at work due to high workloads makes it difficult to control one's own behavior. This results in the implementation of the work not being optimal.Objective: This study was conducted to examine the factors that influence workplace function in nurses Method: This research is a quantitative research with a survey design. Research data was collected using a questionnaire from respondents who work as nurses in hospitals. The sampling technique used purpose sampling technique and the sample size was 200 nurses. This research uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis using AMOS and regression analysis using SPSS. Results: Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the research results show: self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on functioning at work, self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on self-destruction, self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on job craftsmanship, self-destruction has a significant effect on functioning at work. workplace, work craft has a significant influence on function in the workplace. Burnout does not moderate the relationship between self-regulatory capacity and functioning at work so it does not have a significant influence. Conclusion: Increased functioning in the workplace for nurses is influenced by optimal self regulation capacity in nurses, self-destruction which can be increasingly minimized, work craftsmanship which increases in nurses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kebosanan pada perilaku kerja yang menurunkan produktivitas yang dimoderasi faktor kepribadian dan faktor lingkungan. Penelitian ini memilih populasi di zona kerja yang memiliki tekanan kerja yang cukup tinggi dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 200 sampel. Analisis regresi yang digunakan menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara kebosanan pada perilaku kerja yang menurunkan produktivitas, ada pengaruh signifikan antara faktor kepribadian pada perilaku kerja yang menurunkan produktivitas, tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara faktor kepribadian dalam memoderasi pengaruh kebosanan pada perilaku kerja yang menurunkan produktivitas, tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara faktor lingkungan pada perilaku kerja yang menurunkan produktivitas, tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara faktor lingkungan dalam memoderasi pengaruh kebosanan pada perilaku kerja yang menurunkan produktivitas. Kata Kunci: Kebosanan, Perilaku kerja yang menurunkan produktivitas, Faktor Kepribadian, Faktor Lingkungan.
