Abstract

From the perspective of consumer research, someone will continue to consume a service depending on the result of an appraisal that causes a satisfactory emotional response. This satisfaction is the base of an cognitive evaluation which forms the intent to repeat using a service in the future. Satisfaction is the result of an appraisal of the ability of the performance to fulfill the expectation of the service consumed. Therefore, satisfaction is a function of the discrepancy between expectation and performance. Consumers often use price as a quality clue. There is a correlation between perceived service quality and perceived price fairness that they influence satisfaction and form intention to repeat consuming a service. Research was conducted using a survey with a population of patients in a private hospital. Sample size was 200 respondents determined by purposive sampling techniques. Hypotheses were examined by the structural equation modelling method. The result of the research shows the following: there was a significant correlation between perceived service quality and perceived price fairness, perceived service quality was a significant influence in consumer satisfaction, and perceived price fairness has significant influence in revisit intention. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK:  Dalam perspektif perilaku konsumen, seseorang akan meneruskan untuk mengonsumsi sebuah jasa bergantung pada hasil penaksiran yang menimbulkan tanggapan emosional dalam bentuk kepuasan. Kepuasan ini menjadi dasar evaluasi kognitif terbentuknya niat untuk mengonsumsi ulang jasa di masa mendatang. Kepuasan merupakan hasil penaksiran bahwa kinerja mampu memenuhi harapan terhadap jasa yang dikonsumsi. Jadi kepuasan merupakan fungsi ketidak-sesuaian antara harapan dan kinerja. Konsumen seringkali menggunakan harga sebagai petunjuk kualitas. Ada korelasi antara kualitas pelayanan yang dipersepsikan dan kewajaran harga yang dipersepsikan yang berpengaruh pada kepuasan dan membentuk niat mengonsumsi ulang jasa. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan desain survey, dengan populasi adalah pasien yang berobat di rumah sakit swasta. Sampel berukuran 200 responden ditentukan dengan teknik penyampelan purposive. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan metode Pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan yang dipersepsikan dan kewajaran harga yang dipersepsikan, kualitas pelayanan yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh pada kepuasan konsumen, dan kewajaran harga yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh langsung pada niat berobat ulang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating role of the implementation plan in the relationship between medical intention and treatment decisions, examine the role of moderation of actual behavioral control in the relationship between implementation plans and treatment decisions, and examine the role of situational context moderation in the relationship between treatment plans and treatment decisions. The decision to treat a patient is important for the hospital because it determines the number of patients who will seek treatment at the hospital. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to patient or someone who want to be a patient. The research sample used amounted 200. This research use purposive sampling in Solo Raya. Hypothesis testing used regression logistic for mediating and moderating role. First hypothesis are supported but second and third hypothesis was not supported.

Abstract

Background: Mental health is important in human life because it affects the ability to think and act. Declining mental health can interfere with human life. Social media addiction and excessive use of devices can cause a decline mental health. Aims: This research was conducted to predict mental health. Mental health is predicted by depression, anxiety and stress-mediated by fatigue constructs. Decline in mental health is influenced by social media addiction experienced by users. Methods: This research is quantitative research was conducted using a survey design. Data collection used a questionnaire to respondents who use social media more than seven hours per day. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and total sample size 235 respondents . This research was tested using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis and regression analysis. Results: Based on the analysis, the research results show: fatigue has a significant effect on depression, fatigue has a significant effect on anxiety, fatigue has a significant effect on stress, fatigue mediates the relationship between social media addiction and mental disorders, and social media addiction has a significant effect on fatigue that the five hypotheses proposed are supported. Conclusion: The decline in mental health is caused by the high intensity of social media use mediated by fatigue from using devices for too long.

Abstract

Online customer loyalty is important to ensure continuity of purchases at online stores. The study aims to explore and test the significance of a number of constructs in an effort to predict online customer loyalty. Literature studies suggest that online customer loyalty is closely related to the constructs of online customer satisfaction, online customer trust, and online service quality. The research was conducted using a survey design. The population and sample were online store customers. Sample data of 200 respondents were collected using purposive sampling technique and analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results of the study are: (1) online service quality affects online customer satisfaction, (2) online service quality affects online customer trust, (3) customer satisfaction has no significant effect on customer loyalty to shop at online stores, (4) online customer trust has a significant effect on online customer loyalty. The results of this study are important for online store managers in an effort to build customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interpersonal influence on extravagant consumption with status consumption as a mediating variable. The method used is a quantitative approach with regression analysis techniques with mediating variables. Sampling using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The sample obtained was 200 respondents who used the extravaganza brand. The results showed that, (1) Interpersonal influence has a positive and significant effect on extravagant consumption, (2) Interpersonal influence has a positive and significant effect on status consumption, (3) Status consumption has a positive and significant effect on extravagant consumption, (4) Status consumption partially mediates the relationship between interpersonal influence on status consumption..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian konsumen terhadap niat beli sepeda motor listrik dengan mediasi keuntungan finansial persepsian, lingkungan persepsian, dan risiko persepsian. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan survei terhadap 202 responden pengguna kendaraan non-listrik melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbantuan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepribadian konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keuntungan finansial dan lingkungan persepsian, namun tidak signifikan terhadap risiko persepsian. Selain itu, hanya keuntungan finansial persepsian yang berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli, sedangkan lingkungan persepsian dan risiko persepsian tidak berpengaruh. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor psikologis dan persepsi ekonomis lebih dominan dalam mendorong niat beli kendaraan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada strategi pemasaran industri otomotif yang perlu menekankan keuntungan finansial serta kebijakan pemerintah dalam mempercepat adopsi sepeda motor listrik.

Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat (PHBS) adalah sekumpulan perilaku yang dipraktikkan atas dasar kesadaran untuk menolong dirinya sendiri di bidang kesehatan dan berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan kesehatan masyarakat. Setiap orang seharusnya menjalankan PHBS, namu dalam praktik kehidupan sehari-hari, masih banyak orang tidak melakukan PHBS. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh faktor-faktor yang membentuk niat untuk melakukan PHBS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel yang dipilih adalah pelaku rumah tangga. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM dan analisis regresi multinomial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa niat PHBS berpengaruh terhadap PHBS. Selain itu, kontrol keperilakuan persepsian berpengaruh pada niat PHBS dan secara langsung berpengaruh pada PHBS. Saran penelitian ke depan dilakukan dengan cakupan wilayah yang lebih luas.
