Abstract

The rapidly evolving industrial landscape, particularly in the Bekasi and Karawang regions, requires organizations to manage their human resources optimally, as employee job. satisfaction. is a key factor. in maintaining. performance. and productivity. However, high work pressure, coupled with suboptimal leadership styles and work facilities, often leads to job dissatisfaction among industrial employees, which can result in decreased employee performance and, for Generation Z employees, a higher risk of turnover. This study. aims. to analyze whether leadership styles and work facilities influence the job satisfaction. of industrial employe.es. Thei research method employed was a quantitativei approachi using accidental sampling. Primary data were collected throughi the distributioni of questionnairesi to Generation Z industrial employees in Bekasi and Karawang Regencies using the Lemeshow formula, with a sample size of 245 respondents. Datai analysisi was conductedi using Structural Equatioin Modeling (SEM) with the assistancei of SmartPLS software. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendationsi for companies on how to improve employee job satisfaction through the implementationi of effective leadershipi styles and the provision of adequate workplace facilities. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has an effect on job satisfaction, and workplace facilities also have an effect on job satisfaction.
