Abstract

Menurut psikologis bahwa luka kanker memiliki dampak negatif pada pasien dan juga tidak mudah untuk rawat, bilamana kanker menyerang kulit. Camera flir one merupakan termografi infrared yang tehnik untuk mengukur suhu jaringan secara tidak langsung dengan mengukur pancaran sinar inframerah dari jaringan. Salah satu alat termografi infrared yang praktis digunakan adalah camera Forward looking infrared (FLIR) one yang dipasang pada smartphone. Tujuan studi ini untuk menelaah literatur terkait penggunaan Camera Flir One pada luka kanker untuk membantu dalam pengkajian kondisi luka sebelum dilakukan perawatan. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelusur melalui empat database yaitu ScinceDirect, ProQuest, Scopus dan Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kata kunci "camera flir one”, “forward looking infrared”, “wound cancer” dan “technology”. Sebanyak 5770 artikel ditemukan dan setelah di skrining ditemukan sepuluh artikel yang relevan. Hasil tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa penerapan camera flir one pada luka sangat baik dalam menganalisis dan mengkorelasikan baik suhu, kedalaman luka kanker, perkembangan serta menentukan jumlah hari yang dibutuhkan dalam penyembuhan luka kanker. Penggunaan camera flir one pada pengkajian luka pada kanker sangat membantu dalam melakukan perawatan luka pada pasien dengan kanker. Sehingga metode ini bisa di gunakan seabagai awal pengkajian luka kanker pada pelayanan kesehatan pasien kanker.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of five-finger hypnotherapy on cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The method used is a systematic review of several databases such as Scopus, PubMed, ProQuest, and EBSCOHost to search for relevant articles. The results of the study show that a total of 10 pieces have been analyzed where there are several interventions in reducing anxiety in patients, one of which is using five-finger hypnotherapy, which has proven effective in reducing anxiety levels. In conclusion, giving a finger hypnotherapy intervention can reduce anxiety in cervical cancer patients before and after chemotherapy. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Virtual Reality digital therapy on anxiety in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The research method used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The results showed a decrease in anxiety scores with an average difference (post-pre) of 10.267. The Paired Sample t-Test yielded a t-value of 0.785, df = 29, and a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means that there is a significant effect of VR digital therapy on reducing anxiety in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. In conclusion, Virtual Reality digital therapy is effective in reducing anxiety in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. This intervention can be used as a non-pharmacological complementary therapy to support the psychological care of cancer patients.   Keywords: Anxiety, Cancer, Chemotherapy, Virtual Reality

Abstract

Fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) makes cancer patients physically and psychologically disturbed. FCR is caused by cancer patients' lack of ability or competence to exercise self-control (self-efficacy) while undergoing cancer treatment. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and fear of recurrence in cervix cancer patients. The method used was cross-sectional, and it was carried out on 169 cervix cancer patients using the CBI (Cancer Behaviour Inventory) instrument to measure self-efficacy and the FCRI (Fear of Cancer Recurrence) instrument to measure fear of recurrence. The results showed that low self-efficacy 90 patients (52,3%) and high fear of cancer recurrence 89 patients (55%). The domain of coping with medication and side effects had the lowest Self-efficacy with 96 patients (56.8%) and the domain of functional impairment was the highest FCR domain with 84 patients (49.7%). However, that a significant relationship between self-efficacy and FCR in cervix cancer patients (p=0,012) with an OR 2,290. Self-efficacy is needed by cancer patients to overcome their fear of cancer recurrence. Therefore, help from health workers is needed to increase the self-efficacy of cancer patients.

Abstract

The problem faced by students is the achievement of mathematics learning outcomes, particularly in trigonometry; therefore, an innovative learning model is needed to improve trigonometry learning outcomes. One innovative learning model is the Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction (ARIAS) model. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction learning model on trigonometry learning outcomes in grade X at SMKS Kristen Padang Sappa. The research employed a pre-experimental study design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study consisted of all students at SMKS Kristen Padang Sappa. The sample comprised 21 male and female students in grade X at SMKS Kristen Padang Sappa. The Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction learning model was implemented over two sessions with trigonometry material instruction. Evaluation was conducted by examining trigonometry learning outcomes. The instrument used was an achievement test consisting of 10 essay questions. Validity testing results indicated that all 10 items were valid, with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.86, indicating high reliability. The data analysis technique employed a paired sample t-test. The findings regarding trigonometry learning outcomes showed hypothesis test results with a significance value of 0.000. Thus, there is effectiveness of the Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction learning model on trigonometry learning outcomes in grade X at SMKS Kristen Padang Sappa. ABSTRAKMasalah yang dihadapi oleh siswa adalah pencapaian hasil belajar matematika diantaranya trigonometri, maka dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran trigonometri. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang inovativ adalah model pembelajaran assurance, relevance, interest, assessment, satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran assurance, relevance, interest, assessment, satisfaction terhadap hasil belajar trigonometri di kelas X SMKS Kristen Padang Sappa. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian Pre Experimen study dengan desain penelitian one group pre test and post test design. Pupulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di SMKS Kristen Padang Sappa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah  siswa dan siswi  di kelas  X  SMKS Kristen Padang Sappa yang berjumlah 21 orang. Pemberian model pembelajaran assurance, relevance, interest, assessment, satisfaction selama dua kali pertemuan dengan pemberian materi trigonometri. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melihat hasil belajar trigonometri. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar yang terdiri dari 10 butir soal essay. Hasil uji validitas yang dilakukan menunjukan 10 item pertanyaan dinyatakan valid, dengan koefisien alpha sebesar 0,86 artinya reliabilitasnya tinggi. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan uji statistik paired sample t test. Dari hasil temuan  hasil belajar trigonometri diperoleh hasil uji hipotesis dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian terdapat Efektivitas model pembelajaran assurance, relevance, interest, assessment, satisfaction terhadap hasil belajar trigonometri di kelas X SMKS Kristen Padang Sappa.
