Abstract

Background: Home Industry Air Minum Darussalam (AMIDAS) Gontor is the only industry that produces mineral water located in Ponorogo, East Java managed by the business unit Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo. In general, the production process at AMIDAS Gontor is divided into three main activities; packaging, warehousing, and shipping. The three main activities of this work are still done manually by workers, so workers doing repetitive movements or incorrect work postures can pose a risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Objectives: This study aims to describe the MSDs factor among workers in the Air Minum Darussalam (AMIDAS) Gontor household industry. Research Methods: This research is descriptive research. The population in this study is all workers in the Air Minum Darussalam (AMIDAS) Gontor who require 25 people with data collection techniques using the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) questionnaire and the Nordic Body Map (NBM) instrument.Results: The measurement results of the work posture describe related to the risk of MSDs showed that workers in the Air Minum Darussalam (AMIDAS) Gontor household industry majority as many as 7 people with a percentage (28%) experienced high complaints that received a level 4 action score. In addition, workers have experienced 12 minor complaints (48%), 5 moderate complaints (20%), and 8 high complaints (32%). The average complaints of MSDs in workers in the Home Industry Air Minum Darussalam (AMIDAS) Gontor the majority of which experienced high complaints are found on the back (65%), compared to the lowest complaints found in the left ankle (38%). Conclusion: To overcome the problem of work posture that occurs, it is recommended that the manager or manager of the company provide hand pallets so that they can be used to facilitate workers in doing their jobs, as well as implement a rolling system for workers. Abstract

ABSTRAK Institusi Pendidikan memiliki beberapa risiko potensi bahaya salah satunya adalah kebakaran pada gedung. Dengan adanya potensi bahaya tersebut maka sebaiknya harus dikendalikan dengan tepat agar tidak menyebabkan sakit, cedera, dan bahkan kecelakaan yang serius serta mencegah timbulnya kerusakan pada alat dan lingkungan. Tim Pengabdian bermaksud untuk mengadakan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat khususnya pada civitas akademik di Poltekkes Malang sebanyak 26 responden dengan tema “Pelatihan Penggunaan APAR Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Penggunaan Apar Dan Kesiapsiagan Kebakaran Pada Civitas Akademik di Poltekkes Malang tahun 2023’. Prosedur kegiatan pengabdian masyakarat melalui beberapa tahapan dimana tahap pertama adalah tahap persiapan, tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu Kegiatan pre-test, Penyampaian materi dengan Ceramah, Diskusi dan demonstrasi menggunakan Apar dan fire blanket serta Kegiatan evaluasi post- test. Berdasarkan hasil Pre-test dan Post-test kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman secara keseluruhan yaitu 12%. Adapun kenaikan tingkat paling tinggi pada materi jenis APAR sebanyak 19% dan teknik cara memadamkan api sebanyak 7%, dengan adanya kegiatan ini civitas akademik dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill dalam menggunakan APAR maupun fire blanket sebagai bentuk kesiapsiagan dalam menghadapi bencana terutama kebakaran. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membentuk struktur organisasi Tanggap darurat di tingkat Poltekkes Malang yang akan di usulkan dan disahkan oleh Direktur Kata Kunci: APAR; civitas akademik; kebakaran ABSTRACTEducational institutions have several potential hazard risks, one of which is a fire in the building. With this potential danger, it should be controlled appropriately so as not to cause pain, injury, and even serious accidents and prevent damage to equipment and the environment. The Community Service Team intends to hold community service, especially for the academic community at the Malang Poltekkes as many as 26 respondents with the theme "Training on the Use of Fire Extinguisher to Improve the Ability to Use Fire Extinguisher and Fire Preparedness in the Academic Community at the Malang Poltekkes in 2023'. The procedure for community service activities goes through several stages where the first  stage is the preparation stage, the second stage is the implementation of activities, namely pre-test activities, material delivery with lectures, discussions and demonstrations using APAR  and fire blankets  and post-test evaluation activities. Based on the results of the  Pre-test  and Post-test questionnaires showed that there was an increase in overall understanding of 12%. The highest level increase in fire extinguisher type material as much as 19% and techniques for extinguishing fires as much as 7%, with this activity the academic community can increase knowledge and skills in using fire extinguishers and fire blankets as  a form of preparedness in dealing with disasters, especially fires. Abstract

AbstrakLatar Belakang: Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan suatu peristiwa di jalan raya yang tidak diduga dan tidak disengaja. Dalam Global Status Report on Road Safety pada tahun 2015 lebih dari 1,25 juta korban tewas dalam kecelakaan lalu lintas dan 50 juta orang mengalami luka berat setiap tahunnya. Menurut data Kepolisian, di Indonesia, rata-rata 3 orang meninggal setiap jam akibat kecelakaan jalan. Kondisi kegawatdaruratan dapat terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan dimana saja termasuk di jalan raya. Ojek online merupakan profesi yang dituntut bekerja lebih banyak di jalan sehingga berpotensi menghadapi kondisi kegawatdaruratan. Tujuan: untuk mengembangkan peran serta prodi sarjana terapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dasar P3K berbasis penerapan keselamatan berkendara pada Komunitas Angkutan Online pekerja di Kota Malang. Metode Pelaksanaan: Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2022. Partisipan terdiri driver ojek online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan 3 tahapan yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pembuatan laporan.Hasil: Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pemaparan materi dan praktek terkait penanganan pertama saat kecelakaan terjadi. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat merupakan pengemudi angkutan online yang berjumlah 23 orang dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 83% dan 17% sisanya berjenis kelamin perempuan. Kesimpulan: Pengemudi angkutan online dapat memahami secara umum tentang P3K, pengemudi angkutan online mampu mempraktekkan langkah-langkah pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan (P3K) dengan benar dan tepat, serta terjalinnya kerjasama antar komunitas pengemudi angkutan online dengan Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang. Kata kunci: pengabdian masyarakat: sosialisasi; pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan; pengemudi angkut online: malang. Abstract Background: A traffic accident is an unexpected and unintentional road event. According to police data, in Indonesia, an average of 3 people die every hour due to road accidents. Emergency conditions can occur suddenly and anywhere including on the highway. Online motorcycle taxi is a profession that is required to work more on the road so that it has the potential to face emergency conditions. Objective: to develop the role of the applied undergraduate program of occupational safety and health of the Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang in improving basic first aid skills based on the application of driving safety in the Online Transportation Community of workers in Malang City. Method of Implementation: Community service carried out in December 2022. Participants consist of online motorcycle taxi drivers. The research method used in this community service uses 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the report writing stage. Results: Activities are carried out with material presentation and practice related to the first handling when an accident occurs. Participants in community service activities are online transportation drivers totaling 23 people with 83% male gender and the remaining 17% are female. Conclusion: Online transportation drivers can understand in general about first aid, online transportation drivers are able to practice the steps of first aid in accidents (P3K) correctly and precisely, and the establishment of cooperation between the online transportation driver community and the Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang. Keywords: community service: socialization; first aid in accidents; online transport drivers: malang.
