Abstract

The administration of village government has an organizational structure for village governance led by a head who is appointed based on community agreement with an election mechanism regulated in laws and regulations, namely Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, the village head in running the wheels of government is assisted by a secretary village officials and village government officials, the existence of village officials is often a polemic against the process of appointing and dismissing village officials considering the limited number of village officials, while many local people want village officials as a form of community service, so problems arise with the interpretation of who has the authority to appoint and dismissed village officials.

Abstract

This research presents a bibliometric exploration of publication development in entrepreneurship education, aiming to elucidate trends, research focuses, and emerging opportunities within the field. Entrepreneurship education has gained prominence as a crucial discipline in academia and practice, reflecting the growing recognition of entrepreneurship's role in economic and societal advancement. Through bibliometric analysis techniques, including citation analysis, keyword analysis, and visualization methods, a comprehensive examination of scholarly publications related to entrepreneurship education from 1977 to 2023 was conducted. The findings offer insights into publication metrics, such as citation counts, author productivity, and impact indices, providing a nuanced understanding of the scholarly landscape. Visualization of term networks and trends revealed dominant research themes, evolving concepts, and potential research directions within entrepreneurship education. Practical implications derived from this study inform educators, policymakers, practitioners, and other stakeholders about curriculum design, policy formulation, and program implementation strategies to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence in entrepreneurship education research and practice.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide understanding and community empowerment regarding land dispute resolution using mediation methods following laws and regulations to increase public legal awareness in Sirah Pulau Padang District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province. Implementing this service used technical guidance and interactive discussions—data collection methods through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Based on the evaluation results, it was found that 50.5% of the participants understood very well, 13.5% understood, 27.2% understood quite well, 5.9% did not understand, and 2.9% did not understand. The results of this service showed that the community's understanding of other options in resolving land conflicts had increased, namely using mediation methods that could save time cost and have a simple process to reach an agreement. Village heads could resolve land conflicts in the community through mediation, following applicable laws and regulations.
