Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered unprecedented disruptions across global economies, compelling various sectors to swiftly adapt to new realities. In this context, technology start-ups emerged as pivotal actors in driving post-pandemic economic growth. This study employs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to elucidate the multifaceted role of technology start-ups in the recovery process. By systematically reviewing and analyzing a diverse corpus of scholarly literature, we uncover prevalent themes, influential authors, collaboration patterns, and keyword associations within this dynamic domain. Our findings reveal a surge in research output during the pandemic period, underscoring the urgency to understand the contributions of technology start-ups. Themes such as innovation, digital transformation, sustainable development, and global collaboration emerged prominently. Influential authors and institutions are identified, signaling thought leadership and collaborative networks. Moreover, the integration of Visualizing Output Similarities (VOS) Viewer analysis enhances our comprehension of thematic clusters and interrelationships. In conclusion, this bibliometric exploration provides insights that inform policy, industry, and academia, emphasizing the pivotal role of technology start-ups in shaping a resilient and innovative post-pandemic economic landscape.

Abstract

The integration of technology within the context of start-up enterprises has emerged as a transformative force driving innovation and growth. This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of the literature on the role of technology in propelling business innovation and growth in start-ups. Through a systematic review of scholarly articles, this study aims to uncover key trends, themes, and influential contributions in the field. The analysis employs co-citation networks, author and institution mapping, journal analysis, and keyword clustering to map the intellectual landscape of this dynamic research domain. The findings highlight the centrality of concepts such as open innovation, digital transformation, and disruptive innovation, underscoring the multidimensional interplay between technology and start-up success. Prolific authors and influential institutions are identified, showcasing the collaborative nature of research in this area. The prominence of specific journals underscores the dissemination of knowledge within the academic community. The comprehensive keyword analysis reveals prevalent themes such as business models, performance, and open innovation, as well as emerging considerations including sustainability and barriers. The insights derived from this bibliometric analysis contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex dynamics that shape the symbiotic relationship between technology, innovation, and growth in start-ups.

Abstract

This research delves into the transformation of modern culinary entrepreneurs in West Java, Indonesia, investigating the strategies they employ and the challenges they face in adapting to the demands of the modern era. Through a mixed-methods approach encompassing surveys, interviews, and case studies, the study uncovers how these entrepreneurs navigate the delicate balance between tradition and innovation. he findings offer profound insights into the dynamic interplay between cultural heritage and contemporary demands, providing actionable recommendations for both entrepreneurs and policymakers. This research contributes to the broader discourse on culinary entrepreneurship by unveiling the tapestry woven by these entrepreneurs as they redefine tradition, embrace change, and shape the culinary narrative of West Java in the modern era.

Abstract

This research explores the burgeoning phenomenon of 'Pesantrenpreneurship' within an Islamic boarding school in West Java, Indonesia. 'Pesantrenpreneurs' are individuals who engage in entrepreneurial activities within the context of the pesantren, blending religious values with innovative business pursuits. Through a mixed-methods approach involving qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys, this study uncovers the driving factors behind 'Pesantrenpreneurship,' the types of businesses emerging, the impact on personal development and the community, and the intersection of religious values and entrepreneurship. The findings contribute to our understanding of the evolving role of religious institutions in promoting entrepreneurship and fostering socially responsible business practices.

Abstract

Blockchain technology's disruptive potential in the digital economy has spurred a surge in scholarly interest, leading to a complex landscape of research endeavors. This study employs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to illuminate the multifaceted dimensions of blockchain's impact. Through analysis techniques and visualization tools, including VOSviewer, we uncover publication trends, influential authors, research themes, collaboration networks, and the interdisciplinary nature of blockchain research. The results reveal a steady increase in publications over the past decade, indicating growing recognition of blockchain's significance. Influential authors emerge as key contributors, shaping the research discourse and driving innovation. Diverse research themes, ranging from fintech and digital transformation to cryptocurrencies and smart contracts, underscore blockchain's applications across various sectors. Collaborative networks highlight the emergence of focused communities, fostering interdisciplinary insights. The integration of VOSviewer facilitates an exploration of these insights, offering a nuanced perspective on blockchain's disruptive potential. Our analysis contributes to a deeper understanding of the evolving landscape, informing researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders navigating the complexities of blockchain technology in the digital economy.

Abstract

Munculnya teknologi 5G telah mengantarkan era konektivitas dan kemampuan komunikasi yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya, menawarkan potensi untuk membentuk kembali transformasi bisnis dan praktik manajemen. Makalah ini menyajikan investigasi komprehensif mengenai dampak teknologi 5G terhadap lanskap bisnis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis bibliometrik, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi literatur yang ada untuk mengungkap tren yang berpengaruh, tema yang muncul, dan kesenjangan penelitian utama. Analisis ini mengungkapkan klaster tematik yang berbeda yang merangkum berbagai dimensi pengaruh 5G terhadap bisnis. Dari "Transformasi Digital" hingga "Big Data", "Integrasi IoT", dan "Evolusi Kendaraan", klaster-klaster ini menggarisbawahi beragam jalur yang dilalui oleh teknologi 5G dalam mengkatalisasi perubahan organisasi. Selain itu, analisis kata kunci menyoroti tema-tema utama seperti "Internet," "Dampak," dan "Keamanan," yang menjelaskan arus yang mendasari wacana tersebut. Temuan ini menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi bisnis yang ingin memanfaatkan potensi transformatif 5G. Mereka menekankan pentingnya strategi transformasi digital yang holistik, peran komputasi edge dan IoT, serta pentingnya mengatasi masalah keamanan. Bagi para peneliti, studi ini mengidentifikasi karya-karya penting, arah penelitian yang sedang berkembang, dan bidang-bidang yang memerlukan eksplorasi lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan analisis komprehensif terhadap literatur mengenai praktik bisnis berkelanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) melalui kombinasi analisis bibliometrik dan eksplorasi kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dampak, tren, dan strategi implementasi di lapangan. Analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan penulis yang berpengaruh, karya yang sering dikutip, kelompok tematik, dan distribusi kata kunci. Selain itu, investigasi kualitatif menggali strategi implementasi dunia nyata yang digunakan oleh organisasi untuk praktik bisnis berkelanjutan dan inisiatif CSR. Temuan-temuan tersebut mengungkapkan kelompok-kelompok tematik yang berbeda, termasuk analisis CSR, praktik keberlanjutan perusahaan, implikasi CSR, efek inovasi, tantangan, dan kekuatan pendorong. Penulis berpengaruh dan karya-karya penting yang telah membentuk wacana juga diidentifikasi. Selain itu, strategi implementasi yang umum digunakan juga diungkap, dengan menampilkan pendekatan-pendekatan seperti optimalisasi rantai pasokan, pelibatan pemangku kepentingan, dan efisiensi sumber daya. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi dan hasil yang dilaporkan dari strategi yang berhasil memberikan wawasan praktis bagi bisnis yang bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan keberlanjutan dan CSR ke dalam operasi mereka.

Abstract

Lanskap bisnis telah mengalami revolusi besar di era digital, dengan kemajuan berbasis teknologi yang mengubah paradigma operasional, dinamika persaingan, dan lintasan pertumbuhan. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggali strategi dan dampak transformasi proses berbasis teknologi terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan pertumbuhan organisasi start-up di Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi inovatif yang digunakan perusahaan rintisan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan, analisis data, dan komputasi awan. Melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan para pendiri, eksekutif, dan pengambil keputusan, penelitian ini mengungkap cara-cara di mana teknologi meningkatkan posisi kompetitif, merampingkan operasi, dan mengkatalisasi pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti sifat kolaboratif dari ekosistem start-up di Jawa Barat dan perannya dalam memfasilitasi transformasi berbasis teknologi. Temuan ini berkontribusi dalam memahami bagaimana perusahaan rintisan menavigasi lanskap digital untuk mendapatkan keunggulan di pasar yang kompetitif, menawarkan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi para praktisi, pembuat kebijakan, dan akademisi yang tertarik untuk mendorong inovasi dan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan.
