Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategy for developing halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency, and how halal tourism is mapped. Where the method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Using data collection methods, namely interview, observation and documentation methods. The analysis used is SWOT analysis, namely by looking for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency. Based on the SWOT results that have been carried out, the highest value is obtained from the SO value, namely 3.014. Therefore, the SO strategy must be developed and implemented to the maximum extent possible in order to develop tourism in North Padang Lawas. halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency. The strategy for developing halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency has many strengths for developing halal tourism, where tourism development must be carried out in a focused and serious manner. The strengths that tourism in North Padang Lawas has to develop are the availability of food, places of worship for Muslims, how to dress for people who have covered their private parts, support from the government, as well as promoting halal tourism which will make it easier for people to know about tourism in Padang Regency. Abstract

Di tengah era globalisasi saat ini, tingkat perkembangan teknologi telah memberikan berbagai kemudahan bagi pengguna media sosial di berbagai bidang. Tidak hanya digunakan sebagai tempat untuk berkomunikasi dan bertukar kabar, tetapi pengguna media sosial dapat menggunakannya untuk bisnis dan jual beli. Dalam riset ini peneliti melakukan penelitian guna mendapatkan hasil tenntang hal ang ingin diteliti terkait dengan penggunaan digital marketing dalam meningkatkan pendapatan para pelaku UMKM, dimana peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana teknik yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penararikan kesimpulan. Dimana dampak positif dari Media sosial itu sendiri yang bisa memudahkan manusia untuk menyebarkan berita dengan mudah dan cepat, memperluas pergaulan, memudahkna dalam melakukan bisnis dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The enactment of Indonesian law No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is the main driving factor in determining the success of a governance that focuses on employee performance that creates effective work productivity. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Smart ASN program on improving employee competence in the Sibolga Sambas District Government. The main focus of this research includes three variables, namely human resource management (HRM), Smart ASN employees, and socialization of the Smart ASN program. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques through the SmartPLS application. The test results show that HR management has a significant influence on the formation of Smart ASN employees. Smart ASN employees have a positive impact on increasing employee competence and the success of the socialization of the Smart ASN program. In addition, Smart ASN employees act as mediators that strengthen the relationship between HR management with increased competence and the effectiveness of the socialization of the implementation of the Smart ASN program. This finding shows that effective HR management strategies can form ASNs that are adaptive to change and technology. The active role of employees in supporting the implementation of the Smart ASN program is an important factor in creating an innovative work environment. Therefore, competency development through the Smart ASN approach can be the basis for sustainable bureaucratic reform and improving the quality of public services.
