Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the process and mechanism for resolving motor vehicle insurance claims at PT Asuransi Askrida Syariah Medan branch. The writing method used by the author is a literature review. The literature review method is a method used to describe a finding or theory as material for further research that is obtained and used as a reference material or basis for an activity in the preparation of a framework of thought. PT. Askrida Syariah Insurance Medan City Marketing Office has collaborated with the workshop which is the insurance partner's approval if the participant suffers damage caused by an event in the form of damage and or loss. The claim process also has a short filing time, which is about 5 (five) days after the event experienced by the participant so that claims can be processed immediately. The insured vehicle also has a minimum age of 5 (five) years from the date of issue of the vehicle. This is in accordance with company policy, if the claim document is not fulfilled immediately, the company has the right to postpone or reject the claim. Keywords: Claims, Insurance, Motor Vehicles

Abstract

The quantity of halal insurance product studies has not been able to keep up with the growth of the sharia insurance market. This shows that there are still many sharia insurance products that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings. The use of sharia insurance policies must really be considered so that the halalness of the product is maintained. The mechanism for implementing Prudential's sharia insurance products will be discussed in this article (Pru Cinta). Carefully describes the application of pru love, which will then be compared with Islamic teachings. Prucinta's caution is not fully compliant with sharia standards, according to the study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that traumatize people from insurance products in the city of Binjai. This research method uses an approach, namely a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that in creating people's interest in PT. Asuransi Prudential Syariah, there are triggering things that indoctrinate people's desire for Islamic insurance goods at the start of goods sold to users or the people. Then the invitation made by the agency from PT Asuransi Prudential Syariah to people who already know and use insurance services or who don't understand what insurance is, after that the people's income has no doctrine when the people become prudential sharia customers because the premium payment nominal can be adjusted to the nominal entry of prospective customers/customers. Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of Leverage, Profitability, and Liquidity on the Earning Response Coefficient (ERC) in Islamic banking companies. Data collection techniques using documentation and data analysis techniques using purposive sampling. Earning Response Coefficient (ERC) is a type of dependent variable that can be useful in research. However, the variables that are independent in this research are Leverage, Profitability, and Liquidity. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a tool that is IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software program. The results of this study can be interpreted that simultaneously there is a positive and significant direct effect, namely Leverage, Profitability, and Liquidity on the Earning Response Coefficient. While partially Leverage has a significant negative effect on the Earning Response Coefficient, profitability has a significant positive effect on the Earning Response Coefficient, liquidity has no significant effect on the Earning Response Coefficient. Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategy for developing halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency, and how halal tourism is mapped. Where the method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Using data collection methods, namely interview, observation and documentation methods. The analysis used is SWOT analysis, namely by looking for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency. Based on the SWOT results that have been carried out, the highest value is obtained from the SO value, namely 3.014. Therefore, the SO strategy must be developed and implemented to the maximum extent possible in order to develop tourism in North Padang Lawas. halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency. The strategy for developing halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency has many strengths for developing halal tourism, where tourism development must be carried out in a focused and serious manner. The strengths that tourism in North Padang Lawas has to develop are the availability of food, places of worship for Muslims, how to dress for people who have covered their private parts, support from the government, as well as promoting halal tourism which will make it easier for people to know about tourism in Padang Regency.
