Abstract

Jalan merupakan suatu infrastruktur perhubungan darat yang sangat berperan penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Dengan adanya jalan maka akses logistik dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain akan lebih cepat dan mudah, sehingga mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah tersebut. Salah satu ruas jalan di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir adalah Ruas Jalan Tanjung Lubuk – Sri Tanjung. Kondisi jalan yang ada beragam kerusakan seperti jalan berlubang akibat campuran lapisan permukaan yang buruk, selain itu juga terjadi pelepasan butiran dan pengelupasan lapisan permukaan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir telah merencanakan pembangunan jalan aspal (perkerasan lentur) untuk jalan ruas tanjung lubuk – sri tanjung. Dalam merencanakan dan mendapatkan desain struktur perkerasan jalan lentur yaitu dengan menggunakan Metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017. Dengan menggunakan metode manual perkerasan jalan 2017 jenis data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer yaitu pengukuran, survey lapangan, dokumentasi, data lalu lintas , data CBR yang didapat dan data sekunder yaitu peta lokasi dan status jalan. Hasil pengamatan dan survey didapat nilai lalu lintas harian rata – rata (LHR) sebesar 234 kendaraan perhari yang terbagi dalam beberapa jenis golongan kendaraan. Nilai CBR rata - rata tanah dasar yakni 11,12% diatas nilai minimum CBR yang dipersyaratkan sebesar 6%. Beban lalu lintas CESA5 untuk umur rencana 20 tahun sebesar 1.029.646,195 / (1,E+06). Maka hasil dari penelitian Analisis Tebal Perkerasan Lentur Menggunakan Metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan (MDP) 2017 Pada Ruas Jalan Tanjung Lubuk – Sri Tanjung Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir diperoleh Perkerasan Tebal AC WC = 40 mm, AC BC = 60 mm dan LPA Kelas A = 260 mm.

Abstract

This study aims to determine service centers along the East Coast Corridor of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency using two analytical approaches: facility service index analysis and rank-size rule analysis. Perroux's growth center theory (1950) is applied to understand how districts with higher facilities and populations can stimulate surrounding economic growth. The facility service index analysis identifies the availability and distribution of public facilities in each district, while the rank-size rule maps population distribution to pinpoint potential service centers. The results show that Air Sugihan District holds potential as the primary service center due to its facilities, while Tulung Selapan District is designated as a settlement center given its largest population. With a balanced development strategy, it is expected that this can create equitable service access, foster economic growth, and strengthen the socioeconomic resilience of communities in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.

Abstract

Simalungun Regency in North Sumatra is one that is currently actively exploiting its tourism potential. One of the districts that surrounds the shores of Lake Toba is Simalungun District. Simalungun's goal is to increase the appearance and events of arts, culture and tourism; increasing community involvement in tourism development; promote tourism more broadly; and build more tourist attractions. SWOT analysis is an analysis that compares internal factors, namely Strengths and Weaknesses, with external factors, namely Opportunities and Threats. Strength Factors: The Tigaras Beach tourist attraction has strengths, namely having the characteristic of prawn cypress, having a large tourist attraction area, and affordable entrance ticket prices. Weaknesses: The Tigaras Beach tourist attraction has weaknesses including: easy accessibility but takes a long time, pollution from rubbish and shrimp pond waste, no provision of home stays, lack of cleanliness in bathroom facilities. Opportunities: The Tigaras Beach tourist attraction has opportunities, namely: The existence of this tourist attraction provides new employment opportunities for the local community, it can be used as a research site, and is included in the government's list of development tourist attractions. Threats: Tigaras Beach has threats, namely: a decrease in the number of tourists due to pollution from B3 waste from floating net cages around tourist attractions, resulting in the water at Tigaras Beach being polluted and having an unpleasant odor.
