Abstract

Character education is a substantial part of the Islamic education system. Observing a number of recent viral incidents with the fact that the moral decline of the nation's children is caused by one of them many Indonesian schools which only make schools a place for the transfer of knowledge in general or ethics but have not fulfilled the stage of forming ethics and morals. TMI Al-Amien Prenduan is an integrated learning system Islamic boarding school in Sumenep where the process of forming the character of students at TMI Al-Amien is basically directly applied in real life through daily activities. This study aims to determine the efforts and supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of the character of students through habituation of discipline in Islamic boarding school activities at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan Sumenep. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Collecting data with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis performs data condensation, presents data, draws conclusions. The results of the study show that: Efforts in the formation of the character of students through habituation of the discipline of Islamic boarding school activities at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan Sumenep are through the stages: planning, implementation, controlling, evaluating. Supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of the character of students, namely: Supporting Factors: Internal Factors, namely: Motivation and awareness of the students themselves and the background of the students, External Factors, namely: Ustadz Ustadzah, Active Management, Adequate facilities, and Conducive Environment. Abstract

Supervision is carried out as a form of business sign to find out that all activities are running according to their duties and functions as well as anticipating if there are problems that need to be fixed. In an educational institution, especially one based on Islam, supervision is carried out as a form of supervision for the school principal in monitoring an activity whether the activity is running as it has been predetermined. Based on this, research was carried out at SDIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Pamekasan regarding the implementation of educational supervision in implementing the triple curriculum consisting of three research focuses, namely: 1) How is the implementation of educational supervision in implementing the triple curriculum at SDIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Pamekasan; 2) What factors support and hinder the implementation of educational supervision in implementing the triple curriculum at SDIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Pamekasan; 3) What is the impact of educational supervision on the implementation of the triple curriculum at SDIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Pamekasan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the change management of the Tahfidz Khairunnas Sreseh Sampang Islamic Boarding School which includes planning, implementation and control systems. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informants include the Islamic boarding school manager, dormitory head/caretaker, and mudabbir. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out through condensation, presentation and conclusions. The results of this research show that the planning for changes to the Tahfidz Khairunnas Islamic boarding school includes planning for takhassus and non-takhassus programs, student targets that are clearly arranged in the Sikhair application system, financing with two types, namely regular and scholarships, sophisticated teaching and learning facilities such as tablets and projectors, a clear vision and mission. created from the center, as well as gel system planning. The implementation of changes in Islamic boarding schools includes the implementation of the vision and mission carried out with collaboration (internal and external), the use of the tasmi', ziyadah and murojaah curriculum, and the application of the cultures found in Islamic boarding schools. Meanwhile, controlling changes in Islamic boarding schools is by implementing the Trello application as a performance control system, implementing the Sikhair application, and holding regular ten-minute meetings every day.

Abstract

Tahfidz Al-Qur'an education in Indonesia is rapidly growing, yet it often overlooks the internalization of values in favor of memorization quantity. This study aims to analyze the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an curriculum development model at Ma’had Al-Ulya from an axiological perspective to uncover its fundamental underlying values. Using a descriptive-exploratory qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the applied curriculum model is an action research model, initiated as a solution to the decline in student interest. Axiological analysis identifies dominant values such as pragmatism, competition, balance, and adaptability. A significant tension was found between the extrinsic motivation driven by competition and the low intrinsic motivation (love for the Qur'an) which acts as an inhibiting factor. This study concludes that while effective, the model can be enhanced by strengthening intrinsic values like mahabbah (love) and ta'awun (mutual help) to create a more holistic Tahfidz education
