Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to maximize the use of the Liveworkssheets platform. In carrying out service, the method used is Asset Based Community-driven Development. The training and mentoring process begins with the first stage being pre-implementation, the second stage is the implementation of research, and the third stage is research evaluation which is divided into five stages (Define, Discovery, Dream, Design, and Deliver or Destiny). This activity was attended by 15 mathematics teachers who are members of the MGMP Mathematics MTs/SMP Rayon 2 Jambi City community. The results of the activities include: 1) Increased understanding from MGMP Mathematics MTs/SMP Rayon 2 Jambi City teachers about the importance of digital literacy. 2)Increased technical knowledge of participants from initially not knowing to knowing after getting training using the Liveworksheets platform. 3)Teachers are interested in using the liveworksheets platform when compiling questions for the purposes of midterm tests or end-of-semester tests because of the ease of compiling and checking students' answers.

Abstract

The development of science and technology can change the learning process, one of which is related to learning media. Existing learning media can be modified and developed according to science and technology developments. The development of science and technology in learning media, for example the GeoGebra application and live worksheets which can be used in learning mathematics. However, the use of this application is still minimal among teachers. Community service activities are a mandate for educators in tertiary institutions as a manifestation of higher education tridharma. This service is a collaboration of the Tadris Mathematics Study Program which consists of a team of lecturers, students, and the management of the Mathematics Tadris Study Program. The community service activities that have been carried out are geogebra application workshops and liveworksheets for math teachers at State MTs in the city of Jambi. As for the partners or participants in this service, representatives of two mathematics teachers from each state madrasah tsanawiyah in Jambi City. In its implementation, it can be concluded that this service activity was well organized and accompanied by extraordinary enthusiasm from the service participants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Rute Eksplorasi Matematika Sekolah berbasis aplikasi MathCityMap untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya capaian siswa Indonesia dalam asesmen internasional seperti PISA, yang menunjukkan kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual dan berpikir kritis. Sebagian besar pembelajaran matematika masih bersifat konvensional dan belum dikaitkan secara langsung dengan kehidupan nyata siswa. Inovasi dalam penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan pembelajaran berbasis eksplorasi lingkungan (outdoor learning) dengan dukungan teknologi digital berbasis lokasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap: Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, angket, dan tes, dengan instrumen berupa lembar validasi ahli (materi, bahasa, media) serta angket kepraktisan dari guru dan siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa produk sangat valid (materi 97%, bahasa 97%, media 86%), sangat praktis (guru 90%, siswa 86%), dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis (peningkatan 90%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa rute eksplorasi matematika berbantuan MathCityMap layak untuk diterapkan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif dalam matematika berbasis konteks nyata.
