Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of podcasts in increasing the accessibility of religious information among Generation Z (Gen Z) in Indonesia. Gen Z, who were born in the digital era, have unique characteristics as "digital natives" who rely heavily on technology and interactive media to obtain information. With the increasing popularity of podcasts as a flexible and interesting media format, this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies and interviews. The research results show that podcasts not only facilitate the accessibility of religious information but also offer a new way of conveying da'wah messages that are relevant and attractive to the younger generation. Podcasts allow listeners to learn about Islamic values ​​in-depth, anytime and anywhere, without time and place restrictions. This study also found that despite challenges such as content quality and the risk of spreading misinformation, the potential of podcasts as a da'wah tool is enormous. This research concludes that the use of podcasts in da'wah can contribute to empowering individuals and communities, as well as creating a more inclusive space for dialogue among the younger generation. The implications of these findings indicate the need for an effective strategy in developing podcast content to ensure that the information conveyed is accurate and useful for the audience.

Abstract

Dalam muamalah (jual beli) terdapat sistem ketidakjelasan atau disebut dengan Gharar. Gharar dapat muncul dalam berbagai bentuk dan situasi, dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang beragam jenis gharar menjadi penting untuk mengidentifikasi, menghindari, atau mengurangi dampaknya dalam transaksi. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara memahami dan mempelajari teori-teori dari berbagai literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mencari dan merekonstruksi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, arsip, majalah, dokumen-dokumen, jurnal, dokumentasi, surat-surat kabar dan lain-lain yang berkaitan dengan pemikiran Gharar. Gharar dapat diartikan sebagai semua bentuk jual beli yang didalamnya mengandung unsur-unsur ketidakjelasan, pertaruhan atau perjudian. Dari semuanya mengakibatkan atas hasil yang tidak pasti terhadap hak dan kewajiban dalam suatu transaksi/jual beli. Dasar hukum gharar adalah haram. Dalam tulisan ini mencakup pengertian, hukum, dan macam-macam gharar. Diharapkan dapat menghindari transaksi yang mengandung gharar.

Abstract

This disruptive era has had the impact of major changes in various fields, including da'wah institutions. Da'wah institutions as religious organizations face the challenge of remaining relevant, effective, and harmonious in conveying moral and spiritual messages to society. In this context, the ethics of innovation and entrepreneurship are key to the adaptation of da'wah institutions, because they can influence people's perceptions of these institutions. This research aims to explore how da'wah institutions apply innovation ethically and how entrepreneurship can support its sustainability in a disruptive era. Using qualitative research methods, this research explores insights from various da'wah institutions through library research based on primary data sources and secondary data to examine the ethics of innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of da'wah institutions. Primary data are journals and books related to secondary data obtained from dictionaries, encyclopedias, and journal reviews. The research results show that ethical innovation and moral entrepreneurship are important factors in maintaining the relevance of da'wah institutions in a disruptive era and the role of ethics in innovation and entrepreneurship in da'wah institutions.
