Abstract

How to design an Office Park that is able to accommodate all comfortable office activities taking into account the need for office support facilities. Purpose The design object as an office is specifically intended to accommodate activities related to the implementation of administrative, management, commerce, and economic work. However, design objects include activities related to support facilities within them. The first step in writing this article was to collect factual data as a background for choosing a topic, then obtain field data such as location, situation, and users. Two methods were used to collect this data, namely: Primary Data and Secondary Data. In designing this building applying the concept of contemporary architecture because this concept of contemporary architecture is very suitable and in accordance with the office park area because contemporary architecture is not limited by a certain era so the facade that is created will be more flexible. Office Park is an area consisting of several rental offices which will be the preference of corporate actors to rent offices for work.

Abstract

Wisma merupakan salah satu jenis akomodasi yang sangat dikenal oleh masyarakat, disamping akomodasi komersil lainnya. Usaha perhotelan sekarang ini sudah merupakan suatu industri penginapan yang memerlukan sumber dana dan sumber daya manusia dalam jumlah besar, dengan resiko kerugian atau keuntungan yang besar pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pajak wisma terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui dokumen-dokumen dan laporan yang sudah dipublikasikan sebelumnya. Pengolahan data berupa runtun waktu (Time Series) 7 tahun teraktir sejak tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2022, yang menghitung angka kontribusi pajak wisma dan Pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana dengan alat uji parsial (uji t) dan uji korelasi pajak wisma terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Mamuju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pajak wisma berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Mamuju, dengan angka signifikan 0,282 > 0,05 dan angka thitung 1,307 < angka ttabel 2,91999 dengan demikian hipotesis ditolak secara parsial. Pajak wisma berkorelasi kuat terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Mamuju dengan angka korelasi 0,602 yang menunjukkan bahwa korelasi variabel pajak wisma terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Mamuju. Sedangkan angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,150 atau 15,0% menunjukkan variabel independen mampu menerangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini, sehingga masih terdapat variabel yang lain memiliki potensi berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah selain variabel pajak wisma di Kabupaten Mamuju

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: Human computer interaction in everyday is an interesting thing, so it is necessary to explore the implementation of Human Computer Interaction in education. Purpose: Sytematic Literature Review and Bibliometric Analysis research has not examined Human Computer Interaction in education. Novelty: In addition, Bibliometric mapping based on Co-Authorship is obtained which provides an overview of interconnected authors and authors who have the most citations on the topic Research Methods: This Sytematic Literature Review research uses Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) and Bibliometric Analysis using Biblioshiny and VOSviewer. Results: Bibliometric mapping based on Co-Occurrence obtained an overview of the most frequently used keywords, namely Human Computer Interaction Research Contributions: The study provides actionable insights for educators, instructional designers, developers, and policymakers
