Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the growth and production of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L) when given media in the form of compost incubation of soil from vegetable and fruit residue. The research was conducted in Menang Sari Hamlet, Sukadame Village, Silangkitang District, Labuhan Batu Selatan District. This research was conducted in early December 2022 to April 2023, the study used a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 repetitions, namely P0 = 1 kg of Ultisol soil, P1 = 1 kg of Ultisol soil + 500 grams of compost , and P2 = 1 kg of soil Ultisol + 1 kg of compost. The results showed that the application of incubation soil for compost of vegetable and fruit residues had no significant effect on the parameters of plant height and number of leaves of mustard greens, but on the parameters of plant weight, fresh weight of plant roots, and dry the weight of plant roots had a significant effect on the application of compost incubation soil. leftover vegetables and leftover fruit. Keywords: Mustard greens (Brassica juncea L), growing media, Incubation INTISARIPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi hijau (Brassica juncea L) ketika di beri media berupa tanah inkubasi kompos sisa sayur dan sisa buah. Penelitian dilakukan di Dusun Menang Sari, Desa Sukadame, Kecamatan Silangkitang, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada awal bulan Desember 2022 s/d bulan April 2023, penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 3 ulangan yaitu P0 = 1kg tanah Ultisol, P1 = 1kg tanah Ultisol + 500 gram kompos, dan P2 = 1kg tanah Ultisol+1kg kompos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tanah inkubasi kompos sisa sayur dan sisa buah berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun tanaman sawi hijau, namun pada parameter berat tanaman, berat basah akar tanaman, dan berat kering akar tanaman berpengaruh nyata terhadap pemberian tanah inkubasi kompos sisa sayur dan sisa buah.Kata Kunci: Sawi hijau (Brassica juncea L), media tanam, Inkubasi.

Abstract

The author has conducted research on tourist objects in the city Sungai penuh with the aim of finding the location of tourist objects in the city of the river that is accessed via the web. Thus this geographical information system will display all the locations of attractions in the Sungai penuh city, it is expected that the results of the geographical information system for the location of attractions in the full river can be accessed via the internet using the web. From the results of the data collected, the author uses the Research Laboratory method, which is processing the results of research in a computer laboratory. From the results of this study the geographic information system designed for tourist attractions in the Sungai penuh based web area. It is hoped that this information system can be useful for people outside the full River city when they want to travel and also when the holidays arrive.
