Abstract

The party system is one aspect that cannot fail to be reformed. Indonesia has opened its political doors as widely as possible for the establishment of political parties, but the requirements for the establishment and regulation of party organizations are increasingly regulated in the Law (UU). One of the things regulated in party organization is related to efforts to minimize divisions and internal party conflicts, for example, avoiding the occurrence of factions within the body of the political party itself, regarding mechanisms for resolving dual management and mechanisms for organizing party disputes. The formation of factions in internal party conflicts arises due to differences in preferred viewpoints, this can influence Although efforts have been made to strengthen political party cohesion, the problem of internal party conflict has not been resolved rather than resolved, this problem has actually become increasingly common in the recent reform era. This.  This split could have a negative impact on existing parties in Indonesia. The author's aim is to find out what impacts occur within the Party. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research results show that factions leading up to legislative elections often occur resulting in cadres leaving the party and even forming new parties. This is because the general chairman tends to decide on policies that are not absorbed by the cadres below him so that factions emerge within the body of the political party.

Abstract

The Sedau Tourism Village in West Lombok has great tourism potential, however, it is still focused on the natural attractions of Gunung Jae as the main attraction. This study aims to analyze the potential of tourism products in this village using the 5A approach, which includes attractions, accessibility, amenity, accommodation, and tourism activities. This study used a qualitative approach through a field study, with data collection through observation and interviews with 8 informants including the management of the Pokdarwis, homestay owners, UMKM actors, art actors, and operators of tourist attractions. The results found that Sedau Tourism Village offers a variety of natural, cultural and man-made attractions, but accessibility and supporting facilities are still a challenge, while accommodation limited to homestays needs to be developed. Diversification of tourism activities is also urgently needed to increase the attractiveness of this village. This research recommends improving road infrastructure, providing eco-friendly transportation, and developing supporting facilities and community-based accommodation. In addition, the utilization of digital technology, such as virtual tour applications, is also suggested to improve the introduction and experience of tourism in Sedau Tourism Village.

Abstract

SDM Pariwisata di bidang housekeeping pada bisnis akomodasi sangat tinggi, namun tidak dibarengi dengan tingginya peminat yang ingin berkarir pada bidang tersebut, di mana kenyataannya bidang inilah yang menjadi tulang punggung di dalam industri akomodasi sampai saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab rendahnya minat masyarakat untuk berkarir/ bekerja di bidang housekeeping dan menyusun, serta mengembangkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang sesuai dalam meningkatkan awareness bidang housekeeping pada bisnis akomodasi di Lombok. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed method yang berfokus pada penyebab rendahnya minat masyarakat untuk berkarir/ bekerja di bidang housekeeping. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Net Emotional Value (yang kemudian disingkat NEV) dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Luaran dari penelitian ini menggambarkan minat masyarakat untuk berkarir/ bekerja di bidang housekeeping cukup beragam; ada yang berminat, ragu-ragu, dan tidak memilih bidang ini sama sekali sebagai pilihan karir ke depannya. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran dalam rangka meningkatkan awareness pada bidang ini yakni menampilkan citra positif, sosialisasi, menyediakan informasi yang jelas dan lengkap tentang jenjang dan peluang karir, mengadakan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, menampilkan fasilitas dan insentif yang menarik, mengadakan program Corporate Social Responsibility
