Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang dikehendaki sesuai Kurikulum 2013 adalah pola pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Salah satu cara membuat siswa lebih aktif selama proses pembelajaran pada materi Sistem Pencernaan adalah menggunakan metode bermain peran. Untuk membantu siswa belajar melalui kegiatan bermain peran diperlukan LKS. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan LKS bermain peran pada materi Sistem Pencernaan yang valid. Penelitian yang dilakukan mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D, namun penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop. Validitas LKS ditentukan berdasarkan hasil validasi LKS yang memperoleh skor sebesar ≥3,97 yang termasuk kategori sangat valid. Dengan demikian, LKS yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak berdasarkan validitasnya. Kata kunci: Validitas, LKS, bermain peran, dan Sistem Pencernaan.

Abstract

The development of tourist villages is a crucial strategy for boosting local economies while preserving culture and the environment. An example is the Kuta Mandalika Tourism Village in Central Lombok Regency, which has joined the Jadesta platform. To optimize the potential of this tourist village, Karang Taruna Pujut needs skill enhancement, particularly in tour package development, barista training, and entrepreneurship. This study aims to enhance the capacities of Karang Taruna Pujut members through a Technical Assistance program conducted by the Center for Research and Community Service (P3M) at Politeknik Pariwisata Lombok. The implementation method involves three stages: training, field visits, and action plan presentations. Over four days, participants were divided into three groups and received training and field visits in Bali. The results indicate an improvement in participants' skills and knowledge, with innovative action plans designed for the development of the tourist village. Abstract

The Sedau Tourism Village in West Lombok has great tourism potential, however, it is still focused on the natural attractions of Gunung Jae as the main attraction. This study aims to analyze the potential of tourism products in this village using the 5A approach, which includes attractions, accessibility, amenity, accommodation, and tourism activities. This study used a qualitative approach through a field study, with data collection through observation and interviews with 8 informants including the management of the Pokdarwis, homestay owners, UMKM actors, art actors, and operators of tourist attractions. The results found that Sedau Tourism Village offers a variety of natural, cultural and man-made attractions, but accessibility and supporting facilities are still a challenge, while accommodation limited to homestays needs to be developed. Diversification of tourism activities is also urgently needed to increase the attractiveness of this village. This research recommends improving road infrastructure, providing eco-friendly transportation, and developing supporting facilities and community-based accommodation. In addition, the utilization of digital technology, such as virtual tour applications, is also suggested to improve the introduction and experience of tourism in Sedau Tourism Village.

Abstract

This Community Service program aims to analyze and implement digital marketing strategies for the Karya Bunda MSME, a fish and shrimp cracker producer in Pangkalan Batang Barat Village, Bengkalis Regency. The implementation of digital marketing is carried out as an effort to overcome limitations in conventional marketing and increase market reach. The methods used in this community service include SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, and STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning). The digital marketing strategies implemented include creating a Google My Business account, utilizing social media (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business), preparing a content calendar, and marketing through local marketplaces. The results of the implementation of digital marketing strategies show an increase in the visibility of the Karya Bunda MSME on digital platforms, growth in interaction with consumers, and increased sales during the community service period. Obstacles faced include limited digital literacy of business owners and limited internet network, but these can be overcome through mentoring and training. This research is expected to serve as a reference and motivation for other MSMEs in developing more effective and adaptive marketing strategies for the digital era.

Abstract

Desa Rembitan memiliki potensi budaya dan atraksi wisata yang tinggi namun belum didukung oleh kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang memadai dalam pengelolaan event dan pelayanan wisata. Desa Rembitan merupakan suatu desa yang berada di lingkar Mandalika, berada di jalan utama Bandara menuju ke Sirkuit Mandalika yang merupakan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus dan Destinasi Pariwisata Super Prioritas. Desa Rembitan memiliki 21 Dusun dimana salah satunya adalah Dusun Sade yang dikenal dengan Desa Adat Sade yang sudah sangat dikenal sebagai objek wisata unggulan di Pulau Lombok, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Dalam penjajagan diketahui bahwa secara umum Desa Rembitan memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penyelenggaraan event untuk menarik kunjungan wisatawan tidak hanya ke Dusun Sade. Melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dirancang pelatihan Event Organizer (EO) dengan potensi kuliner dan sumberdaya yang dimiliki bagi masyarakat yang tersebar di 21 dusun. Pelatihan ini diharapkan memperkuat kegiatan budaya lokal seperti Gawe Nensek sebagai event tahunan, mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat, serta mendukung kemandirian ekonomi desa dan pengelolaan sampah sebagai implementasi pariwisata berkelanjutan. Target luaran mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan, dan panduan penyelenggaraan event tahunan serta keberlanjutan Dusun Sade sebagai daya Tarik utama di Desa Rembitan

Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe the effect of the substitution of butter with avocado flesh on the organoleptic properties of the thousand layers roll. The second objective of this study was to describe the community's acceptance of the hedonic test on the substitution of butter with avocado flesh on a thousand layers roll. Based on the Duncan test, the entire treatment had significant differences in texture and taste. Whereas color and scent have differences in treatment F0 and F1 but have significant differences in treatment F2 and F3. This is because the texture and taste are largely determined by the level of maturity of the avocado, not all avocados can be precise and the weight ratio used between treatments. In addition, the fiber and fat in the avocado are stronger so that the more avocado content, the thicker it will be and dominate the rolled legit layer cake. In terms of quality of treatment F3 (60% butter, 40% avocado) has the highest value with color 5.68 (like category), texture (like category), scent 5.48 (somewhat like category) and taste 5.84 (like category). Of the four treatments, there was one treatment that was somewhat disliked by the panelists, namely F0 where the composition of 0% avocado butter with an inaccurate formula resulted in the finished product of rolled legit rolls, which differed greatly from the finished results of the other three treatments (F1, F2 and F3). This is because the avocado content cannot fully replace the function of butter in the thousand layers roll.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the need for fast, accurate, and responsive information systems is increasingly pressing, especially in the higher education sector where prospective students often face obstacles in directly obtaining relevant and reliable academic information. To address this challenge, this research focuses on the design and development of an academic service chatbot by implementing the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) method at Catur Insan Cendekia University. The RAG approach combines information retrieval capabilities from various documents (retrieval) with the generative intelligence of language models, thus being able to produce contextual, personalized, and data-driven answers. The chatbot system was developed using Python, LangChain, FAISS, and the GPT model as the core of natural language processing. Performance evaluation was conducted using the ROUGE metric, which showed quite good results with a ROUGE-1 value of 0.50 and a ROUGE-L of 0.48. These findings prove that the system is capable of providing relevant and high-quality responses in helping answer prospective students' academic questions. With these advantages, this chatbot is expected to be an innovative solution to improve the quality of academic information services at UCIC, as it can present data quickly, accurately, interactively, and automatically. Furthermore, the implementation of this artificial intelligence-based technology aligns with digital transformation efforts in higher education, supporting the efficiency of academic services and strengthening the institution's image as a modern campus that adapts to developments in information technology.
