Abstract

Tourism villages have emerged as increasingly popular destinations among travelers. The tourism products offered are crucial in attracting tourists' intentions to revisit. This study aims to analyze the impact of tourism products—specifically culinary offerings, natural scenery, local friendliness, and tourist activities—on tourists' intentions to revisit the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village. Employing a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design, data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, with validity and reliability tests conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. The findings indicate that culinary offerings (X1) and natural scenery (X2) do not have a significant effect on the intention to revisit. In contrast, local friendliness (X3) and tourist activities (X4) have a significant impact. Based on these results, it is recommended that the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village enhance the quality of its culinary offerings and manage natural tourist attractions to align with tourists' needs and expectations, thereby positively influencing their intention to return

Abstract

The Sedau Tourism Village in West Lombok has great tourism potential, however, it is still focused on the natural attractions of Gunung Jae as the main attraction. This study aims to analyze the potential of tourism products in this village using the 5A approach, which includes attractions, accessibility, amenity, accommodation, and tourism activities. This study used a qualitative approach through a field study, with data collection through observation and interviews with 8 informants including the management of the Pokdarwis, homestay owners, UMKM actors, art actors, and operators of tourist attractions. The results found that Sedau Tourism Village offers a variety of natural, cultural and man-made attractions, but accessibility and supporting facilities are still a challenge, while accommodation limited to homestays needs to be developed. Diversification of tourism activities is also urgently needed to increase the attractiveness of this village. This research recommends improving road infrastructure, providing eco-friendly transportation, and developing supporting facilities and community-based accommodation. In addition, the utilization of digital technology, such as virtual tour applications, is also suggested to improve the introduction and experience of tourism in Sedau Tourism Village.

Abstract

This study examines the motivations and challenges faced by tourists in the special interest trekking tourism on Mount Rinjani. Through tourist interviews, it was found that their primary motivations include natural beauty, physical challenge, relaxation, and opportunities for socializing. Tourists are attracted by stunning views such as sunrise and sunset, as well as unique flora and fauna present in Rinjani. However, they face various challenges, including extreme weather, physical and mental preparedness, lack of basic facilities such as toilets and water sources, and limited information and guidance for trekking. To enhance the trekking experience on Mount Rinjani, it is recommended that managers improve and add basic facilities, provide more comprehensive information, and better train local guides. Additionally, better environmental management is necessary, including more effective waste management efforts and limiting the number of daily trekkers. With these measures, it is hoped that Mount Rinjani can become a more comfortable, safe, and sustainable trekking destination, while remaining attractive to tourists from various backgrounds

Abstract

Core Natives is one of the team-building facilitators in Lombok. To determine customer satisfaction, Core Natives uses conventional methods and is not yet representative. So it is necessary to carry out scientific studies regarding customer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of group guests towards team building facilitators at Core Natives. There are five dimensions of service quality from the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) theory, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Physical Evidence. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method is used to determine the level of customer satisfaction which refers to service dimensions. The quantitative method is a descriptive approach using questionnaires to collect data. From a total of 180 participants, a sample of 119 people was determined for an error rate of 5%. In this research, a Likert scale of 1-5 was used. Then the data was processed using IBM SPSS statistics with version 29 to test the validity and reliability of the data, and Microsoft Excel to calculate the mean and CSI values. With a CSI value of 94.15%, the level of group guest satisfaction with the team-building facilitator at Core Natives is in the very satisfied category. It was concluded that statement P10 which is an attribute of Physical Evidence (Tangibel) received the highest mean value of 4.7983 with the contents of the facilitator's statement using team building tools that were well maintained
