Abstract

The purpose of this examine became to analyze hedonic shopping and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying in Gen Z and gender as a moderating variable on impulse buying. This observe uses a causal associative method. The population in this observe is all generation Z in Tangerang city who shop at e-commerce. This examine took a sample of 100 respondents. Respondents from 13 districts in the Tangerang city location were taken through simple random sampling method. data collection the use of the online questionnaire application on the Google form was evaluated using a 5-point Likert scale, starting from 1=strongly disagree to five=strongly agree. statistics were analyzed using multiple linear regression operated through the SPSS version 26 software. primarily based at the results of the evaluation based totally on the purpose of producing hedonic shopping, it has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying in generation Z, shopping lifestyle has a positive and significant impact on impulse buying. Hedonic shopping and buying lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Gender is a moderating variable between hedonic shopping and shopping lifestyle variables toward impulse buying. based totally at the effects of the regression equation with the gender dummy, women's impulsive buying is 0.18 factors higher than men's.Keywords: Hedonic Shopping, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulse Buying, Gender, Gen Z.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan desa merupakan bagian dari pemerintahan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah desa. Salah satu permasalahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa adalah dalam proses pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa. Keterlambatan pelaporan keuangan desa merupakan tanggung jawab Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kabupaten Minahasa Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, analisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta menganalisis upaya mengatasi faktor penghambat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, sumber data yang digunakan primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil Penelitian kinerja Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa di Kabupaten Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara, dalam pembinaan dan pengawasan keuangan desa menunjukkan kemajuan positif meskipun tantangan masih ada. Meskipun berhasil mencapai sejumlah indikator kinerja, Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa perlu terus memperkuat program dan anggaran, merekrut Sumber Daya Manusia spesifik, serta menyediakan fasilitas pendukung. pendukung internal seperti hukum dasar jelas, Sumber Daya Manusia mencukupi, dan keterlibatan tenaga ahli penting, sementara dukungan eksternal dari kerja sama dan masyarakat turut mendukung kinerja. Langkah-langkah seperti penambahan anggaran, koordinasi erat, dan partisipasi masyarakat membuktikan komitmen Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa mengatasi tantangan.

Abstract

Bidang pembangunan keuangan berkelanjutan merupakan ranah yang dinamis dan interdisipliner yang berada di antara keuangan, keberlanjutan, ekonomi, dan kebijakan. Studi ini melakukan analisis bibliometrik yang komprehensif untuk mengidentifikasi tren, konsep, dan pola kolaborasi utama dalam literatur akademis tentang pembangunan keuangan berkelanjutan. Dataset ini mencakup beragam publikasi, termasuk artikel jurnal, makalah konferensi, dan laporan, yang mencerminkan relevansi bidang ini yang terus berkembang. Analisis tersebut mengungkapkan beberapa temuan penting. Pertama, telah terjadi peningkatan yang stabil dalam publikasi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, yang menyoroti meningkatnya minat dan urgensi dalam pembangunan keuangan berkelanjutan. Kedua, jaringan kemunculan kata kunci menunjukkan sifat multifaset dari bidang ini, dengan tema-tema yang menonjol mencakup pembangunan keuangan, tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs), keuangan berkelanjutan, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan pendekatan-pendekatan strategis. Ketiga, jaringan kolaboratif di antara para penulis dan institusi menggarisbawahi sifat interdisipliner dari penelitian di bidang ini. Temuan-temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para peneliti, pembuat kebijakan, dan praktisi yang tertarik pada pembangunan keuangan berkelanjutan. Dengan mengidentifikasi tren-tren yang sedang berkembang dan para penulis yang berpengaruh, analisis ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai lanskap keuangan berkelanjutan yang terus berkembang. Pada akhirnya, wawasan ini dapat menginformasikan pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan kebijakan, memfasilitasi kemajuan menuju sistem keuangan global yang lebih berkelanjutan dan adil.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to know and analyse the strategy of the Padang City government through the Manpower and Industry Office in reducing unemployment, to know and analyse the supporting and inhibiting factors of local governance strategy in reducing unemployment, to know and analyse efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors of local government strategy in reducing unemployment in Padang City Province West Sumatra.Methodology – The method used in this study is qualitative, using a descriptive approach. This study analyses and explains the governance strategy of Padang City in reducing unemployment. Data collection techniques were used using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research instrument consists of interview guidelines, SWOT questionnaires, and documents. The analysis technique used is SWOT analysis.Findings – The Padang City Government has made reducing unemployment a key target by reconstructing the organizational structure of the Manpower and Industry Office to improve effectiveness and efficiency. There was an increase in budgets and training facilities for developing labour quality, which received an enthusiastic response from the workforce. However, several challenges still exist, such as inadequate cooperation with the private sector, management information systems that are not optimal, the availability of inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and difficulties in reaching large areas in Padang City.Originality/Novelty – This research focuses on the strategies implemented by local governments and the inhibiting factors in their implementation. It provides an in-depth understanding of the challenges and how to overcome them.Implications – Developing efficient management information systems, investment in technology, and local collaboration is critical in tracking labour force data and assessing programs—adequate facilities and infrastructure, larger budget allocations, and support skills training. Strategic partnerships with industry and increased information and support to job seekers ensure the suitability of training to market needs. In line with this, coordinated national policies and long-term strategies provide a consistent framework for local interventions.

Abstract

The background of this research focuses on the complexity of the relationship between central and local governments in the context of governance in Indonesia. One manifestation of this decentralization concept is the Local Government Implementation Report (LPPD), which is a key instrument in ensuring local government accountability. This research was motivated by problems such as lack of complete data, delays in collection, and budget limitations in the preparation of LPPD. The purpose of this study is to understand the extent of coordination of the local government of Ambon City in the practice of LPPD, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the process. The method used is qualitative, with primary data from interviews and secondary data from documentation. The results show that effective coordination is a key element in the preparation of LPPD Ambon City. Key factors in coordination include effective communication, awareness of the importance of coordination, commitment from relevant parties, participant competence, and coordination incentives. This study offers recommendations to improve the effectiveness of coordination in the preparation of LPPD to support local government development goals and community welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness and contribution of rural and urban land and building taxes to the original local government revenue in Purwakarta Regency during 2016-2019. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using secondary data sources in the form of reports on the realisation of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes and Original Local Government Revenue of Purwakarta Regency. Analysis techniques include measuring the effectiveness and contribution of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes to Original Local Government Revenue. The results showed fluctuations in the receipt of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes during the study period. 2019 recorded the lowest effectiveness, while 2017 showed significant improvement. The average efficacy of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes during the period was satisfactory. However, the contribution of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes to Original Local Government Revenue showed greater variation, with some years recording relatively low contributions. This indicates the need for increased consistency and efficiency in the tax collection system and improved services to taxpayers.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, this study was carried out to evaluate the implementation and utilization of WEBDESAKU in the context of the Sawahkulon Village government. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and literature studies. The results show that WEBDESAKU is essential in transforming village governance improving effectiveness, transparency, and accountability. However, there are obstacles related to community understanding and awareness and the capabilities of village equipment in operating this platform. However, concerning Purwakarta Regent Regulation Number 253 of 2019, this study highlights the potential of WEBDESAKU as a vital instrument in implementing technology-based governance in Sawahkulon Village.

Abstract

The use of digital literacy in governance has become one of the important factors in improving collaboration between the government and the community. This research aims to improve digital literacy among civil servants and the community in Pasir Gunung Selatan Urban Village, Cimanggis District, Depok City, with a focus on the four pillars of digital literacy: digital skills, digital security, digital culture, and digital ethics. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method through socialization, mentoring, and evaluation of increased understanding of digital literacy. The results showed an increase in understanding and awareness among State Civil Apparatus and the community regarding the importance of digital literacy in supporting collaborative governance. With the improvement of digital literacy, it is expected that there will be better synergy between the government and the community in terms of effective and transparent governance. Abstract

The implementation of E-Government policies in personnel administration aims to improve the efficiency and transparency of public services. This research analyzes the implementation of related policies, obstacles faced, and solutions taken. The method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach, where data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that although the implementation of E-Government is going well, there are still obstacles, such as the lack of experts and adequate infrastructure. Efforts made include recruitment of experts and updating technological infrastructure. In conclusion, improving the implementation of E-Government needs to be done by paying attention to the existing supporting factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Sungai Penuh, dengan fokus pada dimensi kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan teori Kotler, yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan di BKPSDM sudah cukup memadai dari segi sarana dan prasarana, lokasi yang strategis, serta kebersihan dan kenyamanan ruangan. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti kurangnya jumlah petugas, ketiadaan ruang pelayanan khusus, dan ketidakaktifan website. Upaya perbaikan termasuk penambahan jumlah pegawai, pengaktifan website, serta peningkatan kompetensi pegawai melalui diklat. Dengan mengatasi hambatan-hambatan ini, diharapkan BKPSDM dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian yang lebih efisien dan responsif.
