Abstract

Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan bagi UMKM di Desa Karangpakis, Kecamatan Nusawungu, Kabupaten Cilacap bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan para pelaku usaha. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode partisipatif yang melibatkan penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang pengelolaan keuangan, penerapan praktis dalam usaha, dan pengelolaan arus kas. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta merasa bahwa pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi usaha mereka. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk pemberdayaan UMKM di daerah lain.

Abstract

Pelatihan analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS telah dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam pengolahan data statistik. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari berbagai fakultas di UNUGHA Cilacap. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali peserta dengan keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan SPSS untuk analisis data kuantitatif yang meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, serta uji F dan uji t. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, evaluasi, serta dokumentasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mahasiswa, dengan rata-rata skor pre-test sebesar 65,2 yang meningkat menjadi 85,4 pada post-test. Selain itu, 90% peserta berhasil mengoperasikan SPSS untuk analisis statistik deskriptif dan 75% mampu melakukan analisis inferensial sederhana. Survei kepuasan menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta merasa materi pelatihan relevan dan 80% menyatakan bahwa metode yang diterapkan sangat membantu dalam pemahaman mereka. Namun, beberapa kendala diidentifikasi, seperti keterbatasan akses perangkat lunak dan kesulitan dalam memahami konsep statistik inferensial. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan analisis data mahasiswa, yang diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada kualitas penelitian akademik mereka di masa mendatang.

Abstract

A husband, in his position as head of the household, is obliged to provide the best possible living for his wife and children and provide for them according to his ability. On the other hand, a wife, in her position as a housewife, is obliged to manage the internal affairs of the household, starting from raising and caring for children, and providing food, to maintaining family assets. The wife is not responsible for the family economy, but she can play a role in earning a living for the family with her husband's permission. This research aims to examine the provisions of Islamic law and positive law towards prisoners who cannot carry out their duties to provide support for their families. This type of research includes normative juridical research using data collection techniques in the form of literature studies. The research found that prisoners generally cannot provide a living for their families. Therefore, they are forced to entrust their wife and children to their families or to transfer previous business to the wives, allow their wives to earn a living, and even allow them to divorce and remarry. To overcome this problem, it is hoped that the Government can develop the function of Penitentiary Institutions by creating independent employment opportunities for prisoners so that they can earn income to help ease the burden on their families.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia, berkontribusi pada penyerapan tenaga kerja dan pemerataan kesejahteraan. Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM yang menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan, pemasaran, dan akses terhadap teknologi digital yang memadai. Artikel ini mengangkat pemberdayaan UMKM melalui pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran, penyusunan proposal bisnis, serta pengelolaan keuangan berbasis aplikasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan usaha. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada KUB Wanita Tama di Desa Bojong, Kabupaten Cilacap, yang sebelumnya bergantung pada metode pemasaran tradisional dan pencatatan keuangan manual. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mengadopsi pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), yang melibatkan mitra dalam setiap tahap program, mulai dari persiapan, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari program ini meliputi pemberian mesin Continuous Band Sealer DBF-1000 G, aplikasi Excel untuk pembukuan keuangan, dan peningkatan keterampilan dalam pemasaran digital melalui platform media sosial seperti Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, dan Instagram. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas usaha sebesar 10% berkat penggunaan mesin sealer yang mempercepat proses pengemasan. Selain itu, penggunaan aplikasi Excel untuk laporan keuangan dari bulan Agustus hingga September 2025 telah memberikan keteraturan dan efisiensi dalam pencatatan keuangan. Aspek pemasaran digital pun mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan keterlibatan media sosial yang meningkat sebesar 20%, yang berdampak pada peningkatan jangkauan pasar dan pengenalan produk. Program ini telah berhasil meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan bisnis KUB Wanita Tama, memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar secara digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating on Consumer Trust among Shopee users, particularly students of the Faculty of Economics, Nahdlatul Ulama Al Ghazali University, Cilacap. The increasing trend of online shopping among students demands a deeper understanding of the factors that shape consumer trust in e-commerce platforms. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach, and the data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis along with several classical assumption tests, including the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results indicate that Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Trust, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.514 shows that 51.4% of the variation in Consumer Trust can be explained by the two variables, while the remaining 48.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus, the better the reviews and the higher the ratings given by consumers, the greater their trust in the Shopee platform

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership and Motivation on the Performance of Board Members at the Branch Executive Board of Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa in Cilacap. Leadership and motivation are important factors in improving organizational effectiveness and productivity, particularly in political organizations that rely on the commitment and active participation of their board members. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to board members of the Branch Executive Board of PKB Cilacap. The data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that partially, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Board Members’ Performance, and Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on Board Members’ Performance. The coefficient of determination indicates that Leadership and Motivation explain 50.7% of the variation in Board Members’ Performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.The study concludes that the better the quality of leadership and the higher the motivation of board members, the better their performance will be at the Branch Executive Board of PKB Cilacap. Therefore, improving leadership capacity and strengthening board members’ motivation should be prioritized to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of networking strategy and business motivation on the increase in sales turnover of halal products among partners of Business Center HNI Cilacap. Networking strategy refers to the partners’ ability to build and utilize business networks to expand market reach, while business motivation represents internal drives that encourage partners to run and develop their businesses. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consisted of partners of Business Center HNI Cilacap, with the sampling technique determined through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that networking strategy and business motivation have a positive and significant effect on the increase in sales turnover of halal products, with a coefficient of determination of 79.4%. These findings suggest that strengthening effective business networks and enhancing business motivation can significantly improve partners’ sales performance. This study is expected to serve as a reference for HNI Business Center partners in formulating business development strategies to sustainably increase halal product sales turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Jihan Shop Store in Cilacap, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all customers of Jihan Shop Store Cilacap, with a total sample of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires, and the data analysis techniques included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an R² value of 61.7% at Jihan Shop Store Cilacap. This finding shows that the better the service quality and the more appropriate the pricing strategy implemented, the higher the level of customer satisfaction. This study concludes that service quality and price are important factors in improving customer satisfaction. Therefore, Jihan Shop Store Cilacap should maintain and enhance service quality while implementing competitive pricing strategies in order to create customer satisfaction and loyalty.
