Abstract

Demonstrations are a forum for the Indonesian people to express their aspirations in public, none other than this is aimed at achieving something that will bring change in the future, of course this effort is carried out by the police so as not to cause unwanted things, during demonstration activities in Siak Regency of course there are some that don't go smoothly where demonstrations are accompanied by road blockades, vandalism and uncooperative actions as well as other actions that can harm other people from the demonstration participants resulting in demonstrations categorized as anarchist, of course this violates the norms - existing norms and rules and of course can refer to crime, the police, especially the Siak resort police as the party that carries out security for individuals who cause unconducive situations in which the perpetrator takes persuasive actions so that he can influence other people to make efforts to destroy, The types of criminal acts that stand out are sedition and vandalism.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas' educational thoughts on the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach to the type of library research. Data collection was carried out by reviewing documents, namely books and research journals on the educational thoughts of Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas and the Merdeka Curriculum, while the data analysis technique used content analysis. The results of the study show that Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas's educational thinking refers to the term ta'dib which is rooted in the word adab which means coaching that is specific to humans that is oriented not just to physical and material activities but to the participation of psychic and immaterial activities. Forms of educational thought of Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas namely the purpose of education to create good human beings, the distribution of fardu 'ain and fardu kifayah curriculum, and Islamic education methods, namely the method of monotheism as well as metaphors and stories. Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas's thoughts are relevant to the objectives of the Free Learning Curriculum in Character Formation through the P5 learning system to form students with Pancasila character. As for the first Pancasila, the YME Godhead underlies the other precepts so that it has the goal of forming good human beings.

Abstract

Background: The growing emphasis on character development in education necessitates a closer examination of spiritual education's role in shaping students' personalities. Purpose: This study investigates its impact within the context of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Lubuk Linggau. This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of spiritual education on the personality of students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Lubuk Linggau Indonesia. Method: The research method used is a quantitative type method. This type of method was chosen because it is in accordance with the purpose of the study, which is to test two variables against affect. The variable to be tested is variable x the application of spiritual education and variable y is the character of students. The population was 200 students and a sample size of 2.5 percent was obtained as many as 50 students. Meanwhile, the research data produced through the questionnaire was tested using the SPSS-assisted moment product correlation formula. Result: The results of the data analysis carried out showed that the calculation was 0.58 > the table was 0.1966 with an error level of 0.05 and the amount of N = 100. The results of the interpretation of the level of relationship to the price of the correlation coefficient of the two variables show a rather low level of relationship. Conclusion: The results indicated a significant influence and showed that the more intensive the application of spiritual education used in the learning process, the higher the personality of students. The results are also a reference for teachers to improve Islamic learning by applying a spiritual education approach to students so that they can achieve a better personality.

Abstract

Abstrak Masyarakat modern yang serba komplek, sebagai produk kemajuan teknologi, mekanisasi, industrialisasi dan urbanisasi memunculkan banyak masalah sosial . Maka  usaha adaptasi atau penyesuaian diri terhadap masyarakat modern yang sangat komplek itu tidak mudah. Kesulitan mengadakan adaptasi menyebabkan banyak kebimbangan, kebingungan, kecemasan dan konflik, baik konflik eksternal yang terbuka maupun internal dalam bathin sendiri yang tersembunyi dan tertutup sifatnya. Sebagai dampaknya anak lalu mengembangkanpola tingkah laku menyimpang dari norma-norma umum dengan jalan berbuat semau sendiri demi keuntungan sendiri dan kepentingan pribadi, kemudian mengganggu dan merugikan pihak lain, maka sengaja atau tidak sengaja menjadikan anak melakukan tindakan yang merugikan diri sendiri dan masyarakat sekelilingnya, hal ini juga terjadi wilayah hukum Polsek Tampan. Polsek Tampan  yang berada di wilayah kecamatan Tampan kota Pekanbaru mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat serta jumlah penduduk yang padat terdiri atas  berbagai macam suku, agama dan budaya yang berbeda, maka angka kejahatan yang di lakukan oleh anak juga sangat memprihatinkan,khususnya tahun 2021.terutama jenis tindak pidana yang sangat menonjol adalah pencurian, perampasan sePeda motor yang di lakukan oleh kaum remaja, kejahatan tersebut sangat meresahkan masyarakat maka perlu dicari penyelesaiannya secara konfrehensif. Abstract Modern society which is copletely complex, as a product of technological progress mechanization, industrialization , urbanization raises many social problems. So the effort to adapt or adjust to a very complex modern society is not easy . Difficulty adapting causes a lot of indecision, confusion, anxiety and conflict. As a result, children develop patterns of behavior and then deviate from general norms by doing whatever they want for ther own benefit and personal interests, then disturbing and harming other parties , then intentionally or unintentionally make children do actions that are detrimental to themselves and the community around them. Especially in the jurisdiction of the Tampan Police, number of crime committed by children is very concerning, especially in 2021 , the most prominent types of crime are theft , the seizur of motorbikes by teenagers, these crime are very disturbing to the community , so it is necessary to find a comprehensive solution comprehensive

Abstract

Reintegrasi sosial merupakan suatu upaya yang di lakukan oleh Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) untuk mengembalikan narapidana ke tengah-tengah masyarakat melalui pembinaan. LAPAS Kelas II A Pekanbaru telah melaksanakan beberapa program reintegrasi sosial ini diantaranya yakni Pembebasan Bersyarat (PB), Cuti Menjelang Bebas (CMB), Cuti Bersyarat (CB) dan Asimilasi. Pemberian reintegrasi sosial ini ditujukan agar tercapainya tujuan pemasyarakatan sesuai dengan yang tertuang dalam UU No.12 Tahun 1995 tentang Pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program perintegrasi sosial di LAPAS Kelas II A Pekanbaru serta apa saja yang menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanannya.

Abstract

SMAN 2 Bengkulu Selatan terdapat beranekaragam agama dan budaya. Dengan memperkuat moderasi beragama di kalangan siswa, maka guru PAI di SMAN 2 Bengkulu Selatan melakukan Manajemen pembinaan moderasi beragama kepada siswa melalui berbagai strategi, dan metode pembinaan tertentu untuk membangun nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Manajemen guru PAI dalam pembinaan moderasi beragama; 2) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembinaan moderasi beragama. Sedangkan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Tempat penelitian ini adalah SMAN 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Untuk subjek penelitian ini adalah 2 (dua) guru PAI, dan beberapa informan pendukung yaitu; Kepala Sekolah, 37 orang siswa yang beragama kristen, dan 40 siswa yg muslim. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan, dan menarik kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Manajemen yang dilakukan guru PAI dalam pembinaan moderasi beragama dengan melakukan pembinaan di dalam maupun di luar kelas menggunakan strategi dan metode. Strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi langsung dengan memberikan arahan, teladan, baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas dan strategi tidak langsung dengan memberikan larangan dan pencegahan, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode: a) Keteladanan dengan memberikan teladan yang baik bagi siswa; b) Pemberian nasihat dengan memberikan nasihat sebelum dan menjelang berakhirnya pembelajaran; c) Kedisiplinann dengan memberikan peraturan; d) Pembiasaan dengan membiasakan siswa untuk mengikuti pengajian dan apel; e) Pemberian perhatian khusus dengan memperhatikan perkembangan sikap siswa yang mencerminkan moderasi beragama; f) Pemberian hukuman dengan memberikan sanksi berupa pengurangan nilai agama bagi siswa yang melanggar aturan. 2) Faktor pendukungnya adalah: a) Kekompakkan antar guru mata pelajaran; b) Aturan Kepala Sekolah yang mewajibkan semua guru untuk mengisi apel, c) Penerimaan dari orang tua siswa. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah: a) Sarana yang kurang memadai seperti tempat ibadah yang kurang luas; b) Kurangnya minat siswa, c) Siswa yang sulit diatur, dan d) Siswa yang kurang memperhatikan.

Abstract

Kinship is important in the organization of social life and every language has its own kinship terminology. And this study deals with the kinship terms used in Lahat Language. The objective of the study were: (1) to find out the kinship terms in Lahat language used by the students of SMP Negeri 1 Merapi Timur as the younger speakers, and (2) to find out the differences between the kinship terms used by the students as the younger speakers of Lahat language and the kinship terms used by the old speakers of Lahat language. The sample was students of SMP Negeri 1 Merapi Timur and 150 other informant of the old speakers of Lahat language. A descriptive method was used in this study. The data were obtained by means of interview and questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative method and using feature analysis. Interpretation of the result of the study describes kinship terms in Lahat language which are divided into: (1) Kinship terms in family, and (2) Kinship terms in society. Kinship terms in family are divided into: (1) Kinship terms in family based on blood relation, (2) kinship terms in family based on marriage relation, and (3) Kinship terms in family in special condition. Kinship terms in society are divided into: (1) Kinship terms in formal situation, and (2) Kinship terms in informal situation. There are many different terms used by young speakers and by old speakers which have been found in this study, such as terms for father, mother, parents-in-law, etc. for instance, to refer to father, younger speakers use baq or bapang and old speakers use bapaq, to refer to mother, younger speakers use umaq or maq and old speakers use endong, and to refer to parents-in-law, younger speakers use mentue and old speakers use pengiran. Hopefully this study will enlarge the knowledge about sociolinguistic and the study can be used by the younger speakers of lahat language to know the kinship terms in their mother tongue.

Abstract

Disclosure of narcotics crimes is not easy because drug abuse crimes are carried out in a systematic, organized, and hidden manner. Narcotics transactions are generally conducted at times and places that are difficult for the public to ascertain. Perpetrators always try to evade law enforcement in their drug abuse activities. From its nature, this study falls into observational research conducted through a survey method, which involves direct research at the study location using interview data collection tools. To avoid law enforcement reach, transactions are usually carried out with individuals who are already known due to the rapidity of illegal narcotics circulation. Often, those apprehended by law enforcement are only small-scale perpetrators as dealers, while narcotics traffickers are difficult to trace. Therefore, one strategy employed to uncover such crimes is the use of undercover purchases (Undercoverbuy).
