Abstract

Vegetables are a potential commodity. Pakcoy is one of the commodities have high deman. Because of high demand, quality assurance, insufficient supply and delivery that is not on time are the causes of the inefficient performance of Pakcoy's supply chain. Therefore, this study aims to identify and study the organic pakcoy management chain in the Brenjonk Organic Community. Respondents in this study were organic pakcoy farmers in the Trawas and Pacet areas, Brenjonk Organic Community, PT Y, and supermarkets. This research was conducted by using descriptive analysis method of Food Supply Chain Networking (FSCN) framework, trading system analysis, and descriptive analysis using attribute suitability. Discussion on organic pakcoy supply chain management at the Brenjonk Organic Community using the FSCN framework for chain analysis, business chain processes and supply chain performance analysis. Chain goals include market targets, development goals, and partnership development. Based on the results of this analysis, the management of the organic supply chain has not been going well because the supply chain is still too long.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze roles, actors and alternative scenarios to form an efficient supply chain management of shallots in the Medan Main Market. The sample in this study were five respondents with judgment sampling method. The data taken in this research is primary data which is distributed directly to respondents. The results of baking data were analyzed using expert choice 11 software to identify and analyze roles, actors and alternative scenarios in forming efficient onion supply chain management in Medan City Main Market. The results of the analysis show that the product availability factor is the most determining factor in establishing efficient supply chain management of shallots. The actors who are considered to have the most role on the distributor side in the availability of products and achieving the goals of the producers' business sustainability are collectors. In achieving the objective of producing business sustainability, the alternative scenario chosen is government policy.

Abstract

The application of fertilization sourced from inorganic fertilizers is still not much done. Moreover, to determine the efficiency (profitable) and effectiveness (effectiveness) of the use of these fertilizers on vegetable crops, including kale. For this reason, it is necessary to study further the use of inorganic fertilizers. The aim of the study was to determine the application of Urea fertilizer on the growth and yield of water spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir). This research method used a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of seven (7) doses of urea fertilizer with three (3) replicates and two (2) sample plants. The placement of the urea fertilizer dose treatment in the experimental plots was carried out randomly. The results of the research on the treatment of giving a dose of 150 kg/ha of urea fertilizer resulted in maximum growth and yield of land spinach plants.

Abstract

Reducing the amount of chemical pesticides that can be used without causing adverse effects is the goal of this bioinsecticide. plant protection products that specifically describe pesticides used in agriculture to differentiate them from other products. Pests are a problem for local residents associated with agriculture. Plant pests that often appear are detrimental to farmers' crops, especially rice. At the village hall and in the rice fields, residents, instructors and students enthusiastically listened to explanations or materials as well as direct practice. The aim is to provide information and educate the public through counseling and training in making environmentally friendly bioinsecticide pesticides in Tinggar Buntut Village by lecturers at the agriculture faculty, Mayjen Sungkono University. by applying collaborative cooperation methods. The Faculty of Agriculture can designate Tinggarbuntut Village as a target village. using an experimental quantitative approach method with pre test post-test one group design to see the increase in knowledge after counseling and training

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini menjadi hal penting dalam dunia bisnis, karena aktivitas komunikasi dengan menggunakan jaringan internet menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat, sehingga suatu usaha dituntut untuk menjual produknya secara online, salah satunya adalah UMKM Udeng. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pelaku usaha yang masih belum memahami tentang penjualan online, padahal kemajuan teknologi saat ini menuntut pelaku usaha untuk dapat menjual produknya dengan menggunakan media online marketing, sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan penyuluhan online marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk Udeng. Metode yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari tiga fase antara lain fase persiapan, fase pelaksanaan, dan fase evaluasi. Adapun hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pada fase persiapan dilakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk menggali informasi tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM Udeng. Pada fase pelaksanaan dilakukan penyuluhan dan diskusi untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya online marketing dan cara mempromosikan produk melalui online marketing. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan peluang yang berpotensi dalam meningkatkan penjualan Udeng

Abstract

Counseling in Musi Lor Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency, regarding the use of drones in agriculture has shown significant results in increasing the efficiency of agricultural processes. Using drones in fertilizing and exterminating pests replaces conventional methods, providing benefits in time efficiency, reduced labor, technological education, and spraying accuracy. Time efficiency can be seen with the drone's ability to spray ten minutes per hectare, reaching four hectares per hour, far exceeding manual methods. Reducing the workforce also contributes to lower operational costs. In addition, technology education and adaptation to the latest innovations are significant added values. However, there are several disadvantages, such as high initial costs and the effect of wind on spraying accuracy. The survey of training participants' satisfaction results showed that 75% agreed with the effectiveness of drones as the main tool in agriculture. Meanwhile, 60% believe that using drones can reduce labor costs. A positive response was also given to using village funds to procure agricultural drones, considering the adequacy of funds in Musi Lor Village. Despite obstacles such as high initial costs and environmental factors, such as wind, agricultural drones offer a long-term solution with efficiency and accuracy benefits. The reliability, durability and adaptability of drone technology were the main factors when considering the adoption of this technology in the agricultural sector Penyuluhan di Desa Musi Lor, Kecamatan Rejoso, Kabupaten Nganjuk, mengenai penggunaan drone dalam pertanian telah menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses pertanian. Penggunaan drone dalam pemupukan dan pembasmian hama menggantikan metode konvensional, memberikan keuntungan berupa efisiensi waktu, pengurangan tenaga kerja, edukasi teknologi, dan akurasi penyemprotan. Efisiensi waktu terlihat dengan kemampuan drone menyemprot sepuluh menit per hektar, mencapai empat hektar per jam, jauh melebihi metode manual. Pengurangan tenaga kerja juga berkontribusi pada penurunan biaya operasional. Selain itu, pendidikan teknologi dan adaptasi terhadap inovasi terbaru menjadi nilai tambah signifikan. Namun, terdapat beberapa kekurangan, seperti biaya awal yang tinggi dan pengaruh angin terhadap akurasi penyemprotan. Hasil survei kepuasan peserta pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 75% setuju dengan efektivitas drone sebagai alat utama dalam pertanian. Sementara itu, 60% percaya bahwa penggunaan drone dapat mengurangi biaya tenaga kerja. Tanggapan positif juga diberikan terhadap penggunaan dana desa untuk pengadaan drone pertanian, mengingat kecukupan dana Desa Musi Lor. Meskipun terdapat hambatan seperti biaya awal yang tinggi dan faktor lingkungan, seperti angin, drone pertanian menawarkan solusi jangka panjang dengan manfaat efisiensi dan akurasi. Keandalan, durabilitas, dan kemampuan adaptasi teknologi drone menjadi faktor utama dalam pertimbangan adopsi teknologi ini di sektor pertanian
