Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine how individual innovation capability, job involvement, and knowledge sharing affect employee performance. Design/methodology/approach: A questionnaire with 65 employees of PT. Birowo Jaya as respondents provided the primary data for this investigation. Purposive sampling was the method of sampling employed in this investigation. Using route analysis, validate this research. Findings: The study's findings indicate that: (1) knowledge sharing positively impacts employee performance; (2) individual innovation capability positively impacts employee performance; (3) job involvement positively impacts employee performance; and (4) knowledge sharing, individual innovation capability, and job involvement positively impact employee performance simultaneously. Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini menjadi hal penting dalam dunia bisnis, karena aktivitas komunikasi dengan menggunakan jaringan internet menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat, sehingga suatu usaha dituntut untuk menjual produknya secara online, salah satunya adalah UMKM Udeng. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pelaku usaha yang masih belum memahami tentang penjualan online, padahal kemajuan teknologi saat ini menuntut pelaku usaha untuk dapat menjual produknya dengan menggunakan media online marketing, sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan penyuluhan online marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk Udeng. Metode yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari tiga fase antara lain fase persiapan, fase pelaksanaan, dan fase evaluasi. Adapun hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pada fase persiapan dilakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk menggali informasi tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM Udeng. Pada fase pelaksanaan dilakukan penyuluhan dan diskusi untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya online marketing dan cara mempromosikan produk melalui online marketing. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan peluang yang berpotensi dalam meningkatkan penjualan Udeng

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to strengthen entrepreneurship character education and training to develop business ideas for class XII students of SMA Frater Don Bosco Banjarmasin. This school has a mission to develop entrepreneurial interest and develop entrepreneurial character for students. The biggest problem in developing entrepreneurial character is a lack of motivation and lack of creativity and innovation of business ideas.  This activity used a training and tutorial approach to 65 participants. Participants were trained and motivated to have a high entrepreneurial spirit and trained in the use of Business Model Canvas (BMC) in mapping business ideas and validating these ideas to their developing business plan. After the post-test, the following conclusions were obtained: 1). Participants know and understand the importance of the role of an entrepreneur; 2.) Participants are motivated and able to explore business ideas creatively and test their feasibility; 3) Participants are able to use BMC as a tool to realize business ideas on paper (canvas) in detail and systematically; 4) Participants understand 9 important elements in running a business idea creatively and innovatively. Entrepreneurship training needs to be continued with other materials for the same purpose. Interested parties are expected to follow up on the results of the training so that the results become real.

Abstract

The importance of making good letters and regular administrative arrangements need to be carried out to support good management administration, so the aim of this Community Service is to provide assistance in making letters using computer technology and administrative arrangements at the Al Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this community service consists of three stages, namely, the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the final stage. The results of this community service include sending material for making letters, material for administrative arrangements, practice of making letters and administration, as well as handing over printers and stationery. The hope from the results of this activity is that the writing of letters and administrative arrangements will be implemented immediately to produce good quality administrative management

Abstract

This research is entitled Marketing Strategy Approach to Increase Repurchase Intentions for Iced Tea Products through Variables Between Customer Satisfaction: An Empirical Study of Gen Z Consumer Behavior in the Mojokerto Region. With several objectives including; to find out whether there is an influence between marketing strategy and customer satisfaction from Gen Z; to find out whether there is an influence between marketing strategy and repurchase interest; to find out whether there is an influence between marketing strategy and repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, ages between 19-24 years were taken. Data were collected using a random sampling method, and 100 appropriate data were selected. The results of this research include: There is an influence between price and customer satisfaction from Gen Z. There is an influence between price and repurchase intention. There is an influence between price and repurchase intention through customer satisfaction from Gen Z as an intervening variable. There is an influence between the product and repurchase interest. There is an influence between promotions and repurchase interest. Meanwhile, the relationship between other variables shows that there is no influence on the relationship between variables. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengambil judul Pendekatan Strategi Pemasaran untuk Meningkatkan Niat Beli Ulang Produk Es Teh melalui Variabel Antara Kepuasan Pelanggan: Studi Empiris tentang Perilaku Konsumen Gen Z Wilayah Mojokerto. Dengan beberapa tujuan diantaranya ; untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara strategi pemasaran dengan kepuasan pelanggan dari gen Z ; untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara strategi pemasaran dengan minat beli ulang ; untuk mengetahui  apakah terdapat pengaruh antara strategi pemasaran dengan minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Pada penelitian ini diambil usia antara 19-24 tahun. Penambilan data melalui metode random sampling, dan dipilih 100 data yang sesuai. Hasil dari penelitian ini ntara lain : Terdapat pengaruh antara harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan dari gen Z. Terdapat pengaruh antara harga dengan minat beli ulang. Terdapat pengaruh antara harga dengan minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan dari gen Z sebagai variabel intervening. Terdapat pengaruh antara produk dengan minat beli ulang. Terdapat pengaruh antara promosi dengan minat beli ulang. Sedangkan untuk hubungan variabel yang lain menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh hubungan antar variabel.

Abstract

Current technological developments require young people to get information easily through gadgets. The ease of internet access that is developing sometimes brings up advertisements that trigger online gambling. However, these activities can be diverted by doing positive activities, namely learning business, so the purpose of this community service is to socialize the operation of gadgets to prevent the impact of online gambling and improve the business of Beratkulon Village. The method used in this community service has three steps, namely, preparation steps, implementation steps, and final steps. The results of this community service are, socialization of the operation of gadgets to help prevent online gambling and utilize business so that positive activities occur among village youth, so that village youth increasingly understand to avoid online gambling activities turning into useful business activities. The hope from the results of this activity is to immediately implement the results of the socialization that is applied so that the quality of human resources in Beratkulon Village is getting better, especially village youth.

Abstract

Meatballs are one of the popular processed meat products, easy to find, and liked by the public. Meatballs can also be stored for a long time, so business actors do not need to worry about the quality of the meatballs being damaged, so the production and operational processes need to be carried out properly. The high demand for meatball orders occurs on certain days, the stock of meatballs tends to be less than satisfactory. The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding to UD. Hani Jatirejo so that they can control product stock, so that consumer demand for products can be met. The methods used in this training are the Preparation Stage, the Implementation Stage, and the Evaluation Stage. The results of this service are the implementation of visits and observations on the operation and production of meatball making, as well as the provision of product stock control counseling in meeting the number of customer requests UD. Abstract

The growing competition among higher education institutions in Mojokerto Raya compels universities to develop more adaptive and data-driven operational and marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of various factors—including internal, external, academic, non-academic, technological and informational, as well as socio-economic—on students' decisions in selecting a university. A quantitative approach was employed with 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS to examine the significance of each factor’s influence. The results show that internal factors, academic quality, and information technology have a significant impact on students' decisions, while external, non-academic, and socio-economic factors are not statistically significant. This research also applies a system dynamics approach to simulate the interactions among strategic variables, providing insights for policymakers in designing long-term strategies based on student preferences. These findings highlight the importance of understanding psychological and digital considerations in optimizing operational and marketing strategies for higher education institutions in today’s competitive landscape. ABSTRAKTingginya persaingan antar perguruan tinggi di wilayah Mojokerto Raya mendorong institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk menyusun strategi operasional dan pemasaran yang lebih adaptif dan berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh berbagai faktor—meliputi faktor internal, eksternal, akademik, non-akademik, teknologi dan informasi, serta sosial dan ekonomi—terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh masing-masing faktor. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal, akademik, serta teknologi dan informasi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa, sedangkan faktor eksternal, non-akademik, dan sosial ekonomi tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan pendekatan sistem dinamis untuk mensimulasikan interaksi antar variabel strategis, memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang strategi jangka panjang berbasis preferensi mahasiswa. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor psikologis dan digital dalam optimalisasi strategi operasional dan pemasaran perguruan tinggi di era kompetitif saat ini.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Sumbersari Hamlet, Mojojajar Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency, with the aim of increasing the community's knowledge and skills in cultivating grass jelly plants to boost their economy. Community service activities last for 3 months and use counseling and mentoring methods. Counseling is carried out by providing material about the cultivation of grass jelly plants, including planting, maintenance and harvesting techniques to converting them into economically valuable products such as grass jelly ice and organic fertilizer from grass jelly waste. Mentoring is carried out by helping the community apply the material that has been presented in the counseling. The results of community service show a significant increase in community knowledge and skills in cultivating grass jelly plants after participating in counseling and mentoring. This is proven by the increasing number of participants who succeeded in harvesting grass jelly and their harvests. This increase also has a positive impact on the economy of the people of Sumbersari Hamlet, as can be seen from the increase in their average monthly income. The success of this community service shows that grass jelly cultivation can be a promising business alternative to improve the economy of rural communities. This community service program can be replicated in other areas with similar conditions.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce telah meningkatkan persaingan bisnis online di marketplace. Pelaku usaha perlu menerapkan strategi yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan, terutama dalam mengelola stok produk, alokasi modal, dan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan penjualan berbagai jenis tas di marketplace dengan menggunakan metode Linear Programming. Model optimasi yang dikembangkan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor, termasuk biaya produksi, biaya komisi marketplace, biaya pengemasan, biaya iklan, dan biaya gudang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simplex untuk menyelesaikan model optimasi, dengan fungsi tujuan memaksimalkan keuntungan bersih setelah dikurangi semua biaya operasional. Kendala yang digunakan dalam model meliputi batasan modal, kapasitas penyimpanan maksimal, serta batasan permintaan maksimum untuk setiap jenis tas. Hasil optimasi menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi jumlah unit yang optimal adalah 300 unit tas ransel, 200 tas selempang, 120 tas pinggang, dan 80 tas jinjing. Dengan strategi ini, keuntungan maksimal yang dapat diperoleh adalah Rp40.926.000, mengalami peningkatan sebesar 31,99% dibandingkan strategi konvensional tanpa optimasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode Linear Programming dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam membantu pelaku usaha mengambil keputusan berbasis data untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memaksimalkan keuntungan di marketplace. Model ini dapat diterapkan pada berbagai jenis bisnis online yang memiliki kendala serupa dalam alokasi modal, manajemen stok, dan biaya operasional.
