Abstract

Community Service Program,”3-Dimensional Drawing and Operating 3D Printer in 5 Days for Intermediate Level”, arranged by Community Server is a part of responsibility to appreciate and to uphold the developing science and technology in 3-Dimensional drawing, both theoretically and practically that to be required for people. In addition to response of scholarship, it to be run for information sharing and combining some experiences with objects imagination by products. It had been packaged into two types of training model: Long Distance Training and Face-to-face Training. However, program was held by Long Distance Training refers to Corona Viruses. In this training, participants were required as partners consists of student, scholar and public that understanding about engineering science and capable in computer operating very well. This program had been running for 5 days. Theory learning through streaming video that used available platforms. Then, practical learning had been done by online and offline. Partners need to be developed their competency field by critical thinking with full of ideas, creative and collaborative in drawing of 3D object. Find many effective ways in 3D drawing of this program are important thing. So, every partner has to operate a 3D printer, in order to make 3D object become clearly visible into the real world.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of internal conflict and communication quality on the performance efficiency of production team members in the EDT Division. With a qualitative and quantitative analysis approach, this study explores how internal conflict and good or bad communication affect the productivity and performance of production teams. The findings from this research provide valuable insights for management to understand production team dynamics and formulate effective strategies to increase efficiency.

Abstract

dalam konteks teknologi modern, penggunaan Augmented Reality (AR) telah menjadi perhatian utama dalam pengembangan aplikasi edukatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah aplikasi AR yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pemadam kebakaran. Proses pembuatan aplikasi dimulai dengan pemilihan berbagai perangkat lunak yang diperlukan. Sistem operasi Windows 10 digunakan sebagai landasan utama untuk pengembangan, dengan Vuforia sebagai alat kunci dalam pembuatan marker AR. Penggunaan smartphone dengan sistem operasi Android menjadi platform yang relevan, dengan dukungan mulai dari Marshmallow 6.0 hingga Red Velvet Cake 11. SketchUp digunakan dalam pembuatan desain 3D, sementara Unity digunakan sebagai platform pengembangan utama untuk pemrograman dan pembuatan fitur aplikasi. Aplikasi AR yang dihasilkan disajikan dalam format .apk untuk digunakan pada perangkat Android. Proses pembuatan objek 3D dimulai dengan pengambilan referensi langsung dari gambar APAR di Gedung ALC. Model 3D dibuat menggunakan aplikasi SketchUp Pro, dan kemudian disesuaikan ke dalam format .fbx untuk integrasi dengan aplikasi Unity. Selanjutnya, prosedur penggunaan aplikasi dibuat dengan tujuan memberikan panduan yang jelas dan sistematis kepada pengguna. Tahapan ini meliputi mulai dari persiapan penggunaan aplikasi hingga tahapan penggunaan aplikasi secara penuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi besar dari pemanfaatan teknologi AR dalam konteks pendidikan pemadam kebakaran. Dengan menyajikan informasi melalui pengalaman yang imersif dan interaktif, aplikasi ini dapat memperkaya pembelajaran dan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pemadam kebakaran dengan cara yang lebih menyenangkan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan aplikasi AR yang relevan dalam bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan.

Abstract

Organic fertiliser is fertiliser derived from dead plants, animal manure or animal parts and organic waste that has gone through an engineering process, in the form of solid or liquid, rich in mineral and microbial materials, useful for increasing soil nutrient content and improving physical, chemical and biological properties of soil. Increase soil nutrient content and improve soil physical, chemical, biological properties. Organic fertilisers undergo a phase of decomposition by soil microorganisms so that the nutrients are absorbed by plants and the rest becomes humus. Its use provides long-term benefits, including forming ions and nutrients that are easily absorbed by plant roots, releasing soil nutrients slowly and sustainably so as to help prevent nutrient supply explosions that cause plant poisoning, helping to maintain soil moisture, reducing soil structure pressure on plant roots, increasing the stability of soil particle composition so as to facilitate the movement of water and air particles in the soil, facilitating the activity of good microorganisms, and increasing root and seed growth. This community service programme in Pandankrajan Village has demonstrated strategies to increase the selling value of agricultural production, which will benefit farmers by increasing their income.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang cukup signifikan setiap tahunnya berpengaruh kepada peningkatan arus lalu lintas khususnya di Kabupaten Wonosobo, kemacetan menjadi konflik lalu lintas di daerah perkotaan karena volume lalu lintas yang cukup padat terutama pada daerah pusat perekonomian dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja ruas jalan perkotaan pada Jalan Kyai Muntang Segmen 2 di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data langsung di lapangan, serta pengolahan data dianalisa dengan acuan berdasarkan MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil survey serta analisa data pada kondisi eksisting didapatkan hasil dengan nilai derajad kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,47 dan 0,31 pada titik 1 dan 2, nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kategori indeks C. Serta kemudian dibandingkan dengan kondisi 10 tahun yang akan datang didapatkan hasil nilai derajad kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,57 dengan nilai tersebut masih termasuk dalam kategori indeks C yang berarti arus lalu lintas masih bisa dikatakan stabil dengan volume sesuai untuk jalan perkotaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to investigate the implementation of IFRS convergence on financial reporting. The author employs a literature review method to collect various sources of literature data, including journals, documents, and books related to the researched topic. The research findings, based on analyzing several articles regarding the implementation of IFRS convergence on financial reporting, show that convergence to IFRS may increase complexity in the concepts of fair value and cash value in measuring assets and liabilities. However, the opportunity and risk can be minimized effectively. Consequently, users of financial reports can make accurate and informed decisions.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are an important part of supporting the creation of a safe, comfortable learning environment, and supporting an optimal learning process. Therefore, the security of physical assets in schools needs to be managed in a planned and sustainable manner. This study examines the definition, legal basis, theoretical steps, as well as the results of observations and real obstacles in the field. Through preventive and repressive approaches, security is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The observation results showed that although the school had implemented several preventive measures such as the installation of CCTV and the locking of spaces, there were no permanent security officers available, and supervision was limited to operating hours. The lack of a physical security system is a major challenge. Therefore, improving security infrastructure and the involvement of all school residents is key in creating a safe and sustainable learning environment. This study is expected to be a reflection and inspiration in managing educational assets strategically and responsibly.

Abstract

This research was carried out because it was motivated by the fact that as someone who is social and social, he should behave in accordance with the applicable rules and norms. However, the fact is that there are still many people in the Temanggung area whose behavior deviates from the applicable rules and norms. This means that someone who commits a deviant act must be punished and sanctioned in detention. Therefore, at the Detention Center, moral education is also provided as an effort to raise awareness for prisoners using various methods. This research aims to determine the methods of moral education for prisoners, the challenges in providing moral education to prisoners, and solutions to the challenges in providing moral education for prisoners at Temanggung Detention Center. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, then presenting the results regarding moral education methods for prisoners at the Temanggung Detention Center. In implementing moral education in detention centers, the methods used are the exemplary method, khitobah method, da'wah method, muhasabah an-nasf method, habituation method, and punishment method. In providing moral education to prisoners there are several challenges, namely the diversity of prisoners' backgrounds and experiences, resistance and skepticism, the context of the prison environment, the presence of new prisoners, and repatriation to society. Solutions to face these challenges include developing relevant moral education programs, building a supportive prison environment, evaluation and adjustment, and using a restorative approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on work productivity at PDAM Giri Tirta Gresik. The population in this study were all employees at PDAM Giri Tirta Gresik totaling 318 employees. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability with accidental sampling. The sample was obtained using the slovin formula. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, literature studies and interviews. The data analysis method used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work.
