Abstract

Rain or bad weather until recently a major problem for people who have a clothesline. Typically the clothes are dried often left to travel, so do not have time to pick up a clothesline at the time of going to rain atupun was night. to address the problems raised clothesline when it rains and it was night then the need for automated control systems by making automatic clothes line actuator. By designing all the tools from the sensor light dependent resistor (LDR) as a detector of sunlight, water sensor as a detector of rain, the DC motor as a driver, and Arduino Uno as the brain of the maker of the command of the tool, it can be made a clothesline automatically to help work in lifting clothes when it rains.            From the test results the tool that has been designed. The tool works every time the sensor will read the weather around, such as when the sensor does not detect the light that the circumstances surrounding the Arduino will translate as cloudiness / dark, so that the DC motor will draw a clothesline into the house. When the sensor detects sunlight LDR then Arduino will translate around the hot weather, it will come out ortomatis clothesline. Meanwhile, when the water sensor detects raindrops then be translated by Arduino as rainy weather and then the DC motor will draw a clothesline into. From these test results mover based automatic clothes drying apparatus arduino Uno ATmega328 has worked as expected and a solution lifter or a clothesline when rain was night. Keywords: Automatic clothesline, LDR Sensor, Water Sensor, Motor DC

Abstract

The goal of this research is on understanding the influence of corrosive environment on base metal and its corrosion rate at various metals using case example at Kanonang Hill as the locus. An experimental approach is taken to obtain a causal relationship to the rate of corrosion.  The result of the experiment showed that the influence of environment of Kanonang Hill is remarkable. The study also indicating various corrosion rate for various metals used in the experiments. The score of corrosion rate for Light Steel bolt material is at 10,22 mpy, Carbon Chanell 8.52, Mild Steel 22,87 mpy, Plain Iron Concrete 33.20 mpy, Plain Iron Concrete 33.20 mpy, plain iron concerete 33.20 mpy, cast iron castings 39.33 mpy and the last, the metal tiles reaching 2.51 mpy.Keywords: Corrosive Environment, Building Material, Corrosion Level, Corrosion Rate.

Abstract

This research is to modify the TERCO MT3017 type tensile test equipment which is still manual by using supporting components of the Stepper Motor, Pressure Sensor and Distance Sensor, so that the tensile testing instrument is developed into a test tool that becomes more efficient in terms of object testing.The purpose of this research is to design and build automation Tensile Test Equipment based on a microcontroller, using a drive component and a pressure reader so that it can get more efficient data.The results obtained from the TERCO MT3017 type tensile testing tool are getting a composite test specimen diagram in general where the tensile force increases in accordance with the extension of the test specimen. Keywords: Tensile Test Equipment, Microcontroller, Stepper Motor

Abstract

The motorcycle chain is one of the most important parts of the motor which has a function to transmit power from the engine to the wheels. In this study, an analysis of the mechanical properties and chemical composition of the plates and pins of the Yamaha MX 135 type 428 motorcycle chain and other motorcycle chain products was carried out. The methodology used is hardness testing, microstructure testing and chemical composition testing on the two motor chain products and comparing them with the standard.The results obtained show that the chain plate hardness value for Yamaha products is 44.35HRC and other products of 44.4 HRC have exceeded the SAE 1050 hardness standard of 30 HRC. The hardness value of the Yamaha motorcycle chain pin is 427 HB and the motorcycle chain pin of other products is 428 HB which has met the AISI 15B25 standard of 131 HB. Thus, the value of the tensile strength of both plate and chain pins for Yamaha motorcycles and other products obtained from the conversion of hardness values also exceeds the set standards. The results of microstructure testing for plates and pins of motorcycle chains for Yamaha products and other products contain ferrite and pearlite phases with uneven distribution. The results of the chemical composition test show that the Yamaha motorcycle chain plate has met the SAE 1050 standard while the other product motorcycle chain has a C element content of 1.44% exceeding the standard which is 0.48-0.55%. In the motorcycle chain pin, Yamaha products have a C content of 0.4% and in other products it has a C content of 0.43%, which is greater than the AISI 15B25 standard of 0.22-0.3% C.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam perekonomian nasional, namun banyak yang menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan keuangan yang kurang sistematis. Usaha "Aneka Gorengan Ayu" sejak tahun 2017 masih menggunakan pencatatan sederhana sehingga rentan terhadap kekeliruan. Program pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi pengolah data seperti Microsoft Excel dan Google Spreadsheet diterapkan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pencatatan keuangan. Metode pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melibatkan pemilik usaha dalam penerapan aplikasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan pemahaman pentingnya pencatatan keuangan yang rapi. Kata Kunci : Pencatatan Keuangan, Aplikasi Pengolah Data, UMKM, Pendampingan
