Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengabdi dan membantu permasalahan tempat mitra pengabdian. Permasalahan stunting menjadi perhatian masyarakat dan kader di Dusun Sembung. Stunting merupakan kegagalan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak yang ditandai dengan z-score <-2 SD. Beberapa program kerja sebagai upaya penanganan stunting yaitu: (1) Edukasi stunting (2) Inovasi produk abon lele sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting (3) Budidaya lele dan penanaman benih sayur. Metode pelaksanaan program kerja dibagi menjadi beberapa yaitu: (1) Menjelaskan materi (2) Tanya jawab (3) Praktek. Berdasarkan program kerja KKN ini mendapatkan feed back atau timbal balik yang baik dari masyarakat. Adanya program kerja tersebut dapat mengoptimalkan program pencegahan stunting yang ada di Dusun Smebung, serta fasilitas yang ditinggalkan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Harapannya setiap program akan berjalan secara kontinyu dan tetap dipertahankan sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting dan Dusun Sembung menuju ke zero-stunting.

Abstract

The view of character education is indeed the main focus in building a quality generation. This study seems very relevant in the context of education in Indonesia, especially in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) environment which has an important role in shaping children's character from an early age. The concept of character education according to Ki Hadjar Dewantara, as you explained, emphasizes the instillation of moral values ​​and noble character. The "Among System" used in its implementation shows the importance of the role of interaction between teachers and students, and in the context of learning Akidah Akhlak, this is certainly very relevant. In learning Akidah Akhlak in MI, the moral and character concepts taught can be sourced from Islamic teachings and universal values ​​taught by Ki Hadjar Dewantara. Thus, this learning does not only cover academic aspects, but also the morals and character of students. The relevance of the concept of character education according to Ki Hadjar Dewantara for learning Akidah Akhlak in MI can be seen from the efforts to shape the character of students so that they become good and responsible human beings, and have respect for others and the surrounding environment. Thus, this research provides a significant contribution in efforts to improve the quality of character education in MI and strengthen moral values ​​in Islamic religious learning.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology today has caused new crimes to emerge, for example the crime of insulting body shaming committed through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and so on, where body shaming has a very bad impact on victims. The formulation of the problem is to find out how the regulation of body shaming insults through social media according to the New Criminal Code and the ITE Law and to find out how law enforcement against victims of body shaming insults on social media. Using normative juridical research methods. The results of the research explain that the regulation of body shaming insults is regulated in Article 436 referring to Law Number 1 of 2023, the Criminal Code only reaches offline insult offenses and Article 27A of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE only reaches insults in the cyber world. The government should make a law by containing one article that specifically regulates the criminal offense of insulting body shaming so that the handling can be more efficient and does not cause multiple interpretations.
