Abstract

Begitu pentingnya air bersih bagi kehidupan manusia, sehingga memungkinkan penyediaan menjadi terbatas apabila pemanfaatannya tidak diatur dengan baik, sehingga harus dibuat suatu jaringan perpipaan yang tertata baik untuk mendistribusikan air bersih secara merata agar dapat optimal pemanfaatannya. Pengembangan dan pengelolan sistem irigasi, yang merupakan salah satu komponen pendukung keberhasilan pengembangan sistem pengairan yang mempunyai peran sangat penting dan strategis. Berkaitan dengan pengembangan kebun alam regeneratif sekolah alam Ar ridho sebagai media belajar tentang pertanian, perkebunan dan peternakan yang sangat membutuhkan air bersih untuk pengairan, penyiraman tanaman dan penyediaan air minum ternak.Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh masyarakat yaitu tingginya kadar kekeruahan, kegiatan peningkatan kualitas air bersih meliputi pengamanan dan penetapan kualitas fisik air (bebas dari warna, bau, kekeruhan dan rasa), bebas dari bahan kimia berbahaya, bebas dari sinar radioaktif maupun bakteriologis (mikroorganisme patogen). Sistem transmisi merupakan sistem pengangkutan air dari bangunan pengambilan air baku ke area yang dituju sehingga menjadi penghubungan antara sistem pengumpulan dengan sistem distribusi EPANET yang secara luas melakukan periode simulasi dari hidrolika dan kualitas air dalam jaringan pipa bertekanan. EPANET juga dapat mensimulasikan konsentrasi zat kimia yang ditambahkan pada suatu jaringan, umur air dan pola outflow dari sumber air.

Abstract

The East Semarang watershed is an area with diverse land conditions and the majority of the upstream and downstream areas are converted into settlements. This results in an increase in the rate of erosion which erodes the land and causes sedimentation in the downstream watershed. The higher the erosion rate, the higher the sedimentation, therefore the prediction of the erosion value is important as an indicator to recommend natural resource conservation activities. The purpose of this study is to predict erosion and sedimentation rates, and to recommend good conservation methods in an effort to reduce soil erosion. Land erosion analysis was obtained from the overlay of erosion parameter layers with the help of the ArcGIS program using the USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) method. Not all of the eroded soil surface in the watershed will be transported to the river, but some will settle on the watershed surface due to the interaction between the flow and the watershed surface. Sediments carried by measured river flows at the outlet were analyzed using the SDR (Sediment Delivery Ratio) method. Then it can be known the amount of sediment per year in the East Semarang watershed or by the term SY (Sediment Yield). Based on the calculation of land erosion in the East Semarang watershed, as big as 816,910.81 tons/year, which resulted in a total sedimentation of 4,641.39 tons/year. Erosion hazard classifications vary from very light to very severe, with the majority of the class being very severe in the upstream region with an area of ​​7,003.55 Ha. The recommendation proposed to overcome or reduce erosion is technical conservation, namely terracing and check dam techniques.

Abstract

In building infrastructure or building construction, cost calculations are required which are prepared in the form of a Cost Budget Plan (RAB) according to the standards set by the government. RAB provides an overview of the costs of work required to build infrastructure or building construction. Apart from that, from the RAB calculation you can also find out the need for materials or building materials, the number of workers needed and the duration of implementation time to complete the work. The aim of this Community Service activity is to provide insight and knowledge to the management of the Ar Ridho Nature School Semarang about how to calculate the Budget Plan (RAB) in infrastructure development. The implementation method begins with interviews regarding understanding of the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), socialization of the benefits of calculating the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), training and practice in calculating the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), monitoring and evaluation. It is hoped that from this Community Service activity, managers will gain knowledge on how to calculate RAB by better understanding how to calculate work volumes, determine material prices / work unit prices, so that during construction implementation there will be no cost overruns

Abstract

This community service activity aims to educate students of SMK Purnama 01 Semarang about safe transportation options, focusing on reducing the risk of traffic accidents involving students. The main issue is the high number of accidents involving students using private vehicles and their limited understanding of traffic safety. The objective of this activity is to raise students' awareness of the importance of choosing safe transportation modes and applying the principles of "safety riding." The methodology employed includes field surveys, discussions with activity partners, and training on driving safety. This training covers the use of personal protective equipment and understanding traffic regulations. As a result, the activity led to an increase in students' knowledge of traffic safety, particularly regarding the use of helmets and seat belts, as well as the application of safe driving principles. Additionally, the activity raised students' awareness of accident risks and how to respond to them. The enthusiasm of the students in participating in the training and discussions indicates that this educational approach is effective in enhancing their understanding. In conclusion, this service has positively impacted the transportation safety of SMK Purnama 01 Semarang students and highlights the importance of integrating transportation safety education into the school curriculum to ensure safer travel for students on the road.
