Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi dan pengetahuan tentang APE dan berupaya untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas guru TK Sejahtera dalam pembuatan APE atau alat permainan edukatif yang mana untuk bahan dapat diambil dari barang yang ada disekitar dan bahan bekas yang masih bisa dimanfaatkan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) sebuah penelitian dengan prosedur penelitian yang menggali data dari lapangan untuk kemudian dicermati dan disimpulkan. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas guru TK Sejahtera dalam membuat APE (Alat Permainan Edukatif).

Abstract

Students are an "elitist" component at the forefront of a nation in achieving progress in various fields of development. It cannot be denied that the history of nations in the world has never emphasized the role of students in building and maintaining human civilization (Mustika Cahyaning Pertiwi, et al, 2014: 229). As successors and holders of the baton of national leadership in the future and future managers of national development, students must prepare themselves as early as possible to carry out two large and heavy tasks at once, namely as pioneers of social change (agents of social change) and pioneers of community supervision (agents). of social control) by achieving the highest academic and non-academic achievements. Actively participating in student organizations on campus is an important and strategic alternative way for students to train and develop their full potential in scientific ways. This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research is research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, activities, social, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups.

Abstract

This study aims to review and describe data on the marketing mix strategy carried out by SMK Dharma Agung in increasing the interest of new students. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The data collection in this study is interviews, observations and document studies. The data analysis techniques used are by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that SMK Dharma Agung has implemented a fairly good educational marketing strategy, several programs and services offered can attract people's tastes and interests, promotional activities carried out by the school are running quite well and are managed centrally by the foundation and assisted by the principal. There are two types of promotional activities carried out, namely during PPDB and when outside PPDB. The promotion carried out during PPDB was by installing banners, pamphlets, and distributing brochures. In addition, SMK Dharma Agung also carried out promotions by visiting SMP/MTS and the community. Then for promotions that are carried out outside PPDB, namely by carrying out activities such as participating in competitions, parades when welcoming Islamic holidays by providing information about school activities and strengthening relationships with the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Pesantren Miftahul Huda Karangsalam Parigi and its efforts to preserve the traditions of salafiyah Islamic boarding schools in the digital era. The focus is on how management functions are implemented and how classical educational traditions are maintained amid technological developments. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while the data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The findings reveal that pesantren management is carried out in a participatory manner, emphasizing collective deliberation, role modeling, and moral-based supervision. Salafiyah traditions such as the teaching of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning), and learning methods including sorogan, bandongan, and halaqah are preserved, although limited adaptation to digital technology has been introduced. This indicates that the pesantren successfully maintains a balance between traditional values and modern needs. The originality of this study lies in its depiction of a contextual management model for salafiyah pesantren in the digital era. The results are expected to enrich the literature on Islamic education management and serve as a practical reference for other pesantren in sustaining traditions while responding to modernization.
