Abstract

Based on the results of observations in Kalikebo Village, Trucuk District, residents generally have a fairly large yard. A large yard like this can be used as a living stall for daily needs while at the same time meeting the nutritional needs of family members, expectant mothers, pregnant women and for making complementary foods. Currently the yard is still not being utilized optimally by the residents because of the lack of knowledge of the residents, especially knowledge in the health sector. This situation is due to the relatively low education of mothers so that the ability to develop themselves to improve family health is still low. While the results of the preliminary study obtained data as much as 10-14% of toddlers in Kalikebo Village were stunted. The aim of this activity is to empower housewives in utilizing their yards by planting living stalls (vegetables and fruit) which contain lots of iron, folic acid and iodine which can prevent stunting from occurring. The target in this community service activity is representatives of housewives in 4 RTs in the Kalikebo Village area, namely 150 people. The method used in this community service activity is assistance, counseling and demonstrations in utilizing the yard. The results that have been achieved in this activity are that the women participating in the assistance have understood stunting and a living stall and a living stall has been formed in Mardirejo Hamlet, Kalikebo Village.

Abstract

Immunization is the most cost-effective effort in reducing morbidity and mortality from diseases that can be prevented by immunization. To find out the relationship between mother's attitude and midwife's role with the participation of infants and toddlers in the BIAN program in Selaawi Village, Sukaraja District, Sukabumi Regency in 2022. Correlative descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach. The research variables were the mother's attitude, the role of the midwife, and the participation of toddlers in the BIAN program. The research sample was 231 mothers of babies/toddlers in Selaawi Village in December 2022, using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire on mother's attitude, midwife's role, and BIAN participation data. Half of the babies/toddlers in Selaawi Village did not participate in the BIAN program (50.2%), most of the mothers had a negative attitude towards immunization (42.2%), and thought that midwives had little role in immunization (43.3%). There was no significant relationship between mother's attitude and infant/toddler participation in the BIAN program (p=0.210). There is a significant relationship between the role of the midwife and the participation of infants/toddlers in the BIAN program (p=0.029). There is no relationship between mother's attitude and the participation of babies and toddlers in the BIAN program in Selaawi Village, Sukabumi Regency in 2022. There is a relationship between the role of midwives and the participation of babies and toddlers in the BIAN program in Selaawi Village, Sukabumi Regency in 2022. It is recommended to study and conduct research in a wider scope so that the research results can be more generalized to a wider population.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kecemasan dapat dirasakan oleh setiap orang jika mengalami tekanan dan perasaan mendalam yang menyebabkan masalah psikiatrik dan dapat berkembang dalam jangka waktu lama. Di Indonesia, terdapat 107.000 (28,7%) ibu hamil yang mengalami kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan. Sedangkan di Provinsi Jawa Barat (27%) ibu hamil dan menyusui, menunjukkan tanda gangguan psikiatri berupa kecemasan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III dalam menghadapi persalinan berdasarkan paritas di Kelurahan Suka Asih tahun 2020. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh ibu hamil trimester III di Kelurahan Suka Asih pada bulan Juni sampai Juli tahun 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling berjumlah 30 orang dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu ibu yang melakukan ANC lebih dari 4 kali, ibu yang berpengetahuan baik tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan serta persalinan, dan ibu yang mendapat dukungan dari suami. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan crosstable. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil mengalami cemas ringan (53%) dan ibu hamil primipara sebagian besar mengalami cemas ringan (50%) sedangkan ibu hamil nullipara seluruhnya mengalami cemas sedang (100%). Simpulan: Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ibu hamil yang mengalami cemas ringan sebagian besar terjadi pada ibu hamil primipara dan ibu hamil yang mengalami cemas sedang terjadi pada ibu hamil nullipara.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of integrity and communication on employee performance at PT. Kamal Unggul Abadi (wings) West Jakarta. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained 70 respondents. Data analysis uses validity testing, reliability testing, class assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that integrity has a significant effect on employee performance by 50.7% and the hypothesis test is obtained tcount>ttable or ( 8,369 > 1,667). Communication has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 68.6% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount>ttable or (12,200> 1,667). Integrity and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 11.321 + 0.136 X1 + 0.607 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount>ftable or (75.918>3.134).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan kewirausahaan lokal di Kabupaten Barito Utara, Kalimantan Tengah, dengan fokus pada peluang, tantangan, dan strategi pemberdayaan UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM di Barito Utara memiliki potensi besar dalam menggerakkan ekonomi lokal, khususnya di sektor pertanian, kuliner, dan kerajinan tangan. Namun, masih terdapat sejumlah hambatan seperti keterbatasan modal, rendahnya literasi digital, dan akses pasar yang sempit. Strategi pemberdayaan yang dapat dilakukan antara lain melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, penguatan jaringan distribusi, dan kolaborasi dengan pihak swasta serta pemerintah. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan strategis bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam pengembangan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive and significant effects of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Prime Supply Solutions in Depok, both partially and simultaneously. The research focuses on understanding the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance within the company. A total of 63 samples were used, employing a saturated sampling technique from the entire population of employees at PT Prime Supply Solutions in Depok. This research utilized a quantitative method with a Likert scale. The analysis included descriptive analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on multiple regression calculations, the variables of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) produced the equation Y = 0.672 + 0.537 X1 + 0.416 X2. The t-test for Leadership Style yielded a t-value greater than the t-table (5.035 > 2.000) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of Ho and acceptance of H1, indicating that leadership style affects employee performance. The t-test for Work Environment also showed a t-value greater than the t-table (4.092 > 2.000) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, resulting in the rejection of Ho and acceptance of H2, meaning that work discipline influences employee performance. The F-test produced an F-value greater than the F-table (189.915 > 3.15) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of Ho and acceptance of H3, indicating that leadership style and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance. The company needs to conduct in-depth surveys to understand issues related to access to technology and resources, as well as a thorough evaluation of leadership style with a focus on enhancing employee engagement. This will ensure that the human resources within the company are more comfortable and improve communication with superiors in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of education level and work motivation on the performance of employees at the South Tangerang City Library and Archives Office, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The object of this study was employees of the South Tangerang City Library and Archives Service which amounted to 70 respondents. The data collection method used was observation and questionnaire. The data analysis used included validity tests, reliability tests, classical instrument tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. Education level (X1) and work motivation (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 2.223 + 0.561 (X1) + 0.377 (X2). The value of the correlation coefficient of influence between the free variable and the bound variable was obtained as 0.878, meaning that it can be concluded that it has a strong relationship. The value of the determination coefficient had a simultaneous effect of 0.765 or 76.5% while the remaining 23.5% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a Fcal > Ftable value of 113.189 > 3.13. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of education level (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Income inequality is still a problem in the Indonesian economy, especially in   Sumbawa Regency. In order to realize the welfare of the community evenly, the Sumbawa district government seeks to reduce the income inequality rate between sub-districts in Sumbawa district. Community financial institutions are expected to help the economy of the poor so that economic income equality will be realized so as to minimize inequality.
