Abstract

Kesadaran berkonstitusi sangat ditentukan oleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang isi konstitusi. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pentingnya menjalankan konstitusi dalam bermasyarakat, serta membangun kesadaran masyarakat menjalankan konstitusi melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka yaitu mengumpulkan data atau suatu karya tulis ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian masih terdapat masyarakat yang belum menjalankan konstitusi secara sadar dan bijaksana. Sehingga terdapat beberapa permasalahan hukum yang belum memberikan kepuasan bagi para pencari keadilan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bagaimana kesadaran masyarakat dalam membangun dan menjalankan konstitusi. Oleh karenanya penguatan kesadaran berkonstitusi diterapkan agar perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak tiap-tiap warga negara harus terlaksanakan dengan sungguh-sungguh di setiap sendi kehidupan masyarakat dan negara. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan Konstitusi, Kesadaran Berkonstitusi, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan

Abstract

Character education and moral crises are familiar to educators. Likewise society in general, especially in this increasingly global era. Therefore, character education is very much needed to restore the character of society in general and Muslims in particular through character education for the better character of Muslim generations in the future. This paper aims to analyze character education in Islam. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the type of research used is library research, which collects data or scientific papers related to the research object or library data collection. Based on this research, it was found that (1) character education has an important role in improving and shaping the personality of students who are imbued with faith and piety to God Almighty; and (2) supporting components in character education are parental assistance and support, community participation, and policies in the world of education. In the application and development of character education can be explored from religion and developed through the stages of knowledge, implementation, and habits.

Abstract

Community knowledge about the Rights of Children with Special Needs (ABK) and public awareness to help ABK parents in meeting the needs of their children, ABK parents have a great challenge in caring for and meeting the needs of their children. Ideally, this parental responsibility needs help and support from the community to create a comfortable atmosphere and help so that ABK can develop optimally. However, often ABK receives violence and exclusion from the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to describe knowledge about ABK Rights and public awareness about ABK. The results showed that people do not know much about how to behave and treat ABK and their parents. In addition, there are still ABK parents who have not been able to take advantage of access to health services and education provided by the government because they feel embarrassed to bring their children to mix with other communities. Socialization and counseling on the handling of ABK have been carried out by the government, but the community thinks that this activity is only important to be attended by ABK parents. The implementation of socialization and counseling needs to be carried out from the smallest government unit at the village level, namely RT so that public knowledge and awareness can increase.

Abstract

The use of technology in learning Arabic has become the main focus in efforts to increase the effectiveness and attractiveness of learning. This research discusses various approaches and technological applications that can be used to enrich the Arabic language learning experience. Online-based learning methods, use of mobile applications and interactive multimedia platforms are the main aspects explored. Evaluation of learning outcomes shows that technology integration can improve students' understanding of grammar, vocabulary and speaking competence in Arabic. The application of technology in Arabic language learning is expected to make a significant contribution to the progress of language education by utilizing the potential of modern technology. This research aims to determine the use of digital technology in Arabic language learning in class V of MIS Ikhlasiyah Tuamang. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The sample in this study was all class V students of MIS Ikhlasiyah Tuamang. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses theories from Milex and Huberman, namely reducing data, presenting data, and concluding data. The results of this research show that there is minimal use of digital technology in Arabic language learning in class V of MIS Ikhlasiyah Tuamang. This is shown from the results of interviews and observations that have been carried out, that in class V MIS Ikhlasiyah Tuamang, Arabic language learning very rarely uses digital technology, teachers more often use Arabic textbooks as a learning medium.
