Abstract

AbstrakPenilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Pengkolan Desa Cikidang Kecamtan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat membuat suatu produk bersifat nilai jual, dan pengaruh pegembangan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Pengkolan Desa Cikidang Kecamtan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat membuat suatu produk bersifat nilai jual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dimana instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara dan kuesioner, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Uji validitas data menggunakan korelasi Pearson, uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach alpha, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian dengan uji parsial (t) menunjukan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Pengkolan Desa Cikidang Kecamtan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat, pengembangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Pengkolan Desa Cikidang Kecamtan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dan secara simultan (f) pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Pengkolan Desa Cikidang Kecamtan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat membuat suatu produk bersifat nilai jual. Keywords: Pelatihan, Pengembangan, Kreativitas Masyarakat AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of training in increasing the creativity of the people of Pengkolan Village, Cikidang Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, making a product with a selling value, and the effect of development in increasing the creativity of the Pengkolan community, Cikidang Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, making a product with a selling value. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The type of research used is a survey method where the research instruments are interviews and questionnaires sampling using saturated sample techniques. Test the validity of the data using Pearson correlation, reliability test using Cronbach alpha, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the partial test (t) show that the training has a significant influence on the creativity of the people of Pengkolan Village, Cikidang Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, development has a significant influence on the creativity of the Pengkolan Community of Cikidang Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, and simultaneously ( f) training and development of human resources simultaneously affect the creativity of the community of Kp. Abstract

Based on multiple regression analysis obtained by linear regression equation Y = 13,531 + 0,321X1 + 0,420X2 + e. Stating that the effect of increasing the value of the leadership unit by 0.321 then the value of employee performance will increase by 32.1%. If work motivation has an additional value of 0.420, the employee's performance value will also increase by 42,0%. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained Adjusted (R square) value of 0.446 or 44.6% and the remaining 55.4% is influenced by variables not examined. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, the value is 0.681, the coefficient is at an interval of 0.60 - 0.799, included in the level of "strong" relationship, which means leadership and work motivation have a strong correlation on employee performance. This research is also supported by t-test hypothesis testing, leadership significance value 3,448 2,091 and work motivation 4,336 2,091 resulting in H0 rejected and H1 accepted, which means that leadership and work motivation significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of brand image on the decision to purchase isotonic products in Sukabumi city and regency of Sukabumi. The sample used was 400 respondents, calculated based on Slovin's formula. The method of sampling respondents used in this study is through purposive sampling. Data collection method using survey method, with research instrument is questionnaire. The data analysis method uses statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. Analysis tools using SPSS version 23 applications.  The results of this study showed that partially lifestyle variables had a positive and significant effect on the variable decision of purchasing isotonic beverages. While the variable brand image has a positive effect, but not significantly to the variable decision of purchasing isotonic beverage products
