Abstract

Seorang atlet tim prestasi dalam suatu persiapan pertandingan merupakan situasi yang membangkitkan kecenderungan kompetitif, tetapi di lain pihak juga membangkitkan motif untuk menghindari kegagalan menghadapi pertandingan. Beberapa penelitian mengungkapkan factor mental, terutama kecemasan yang bersifat situasional pada atlet pada masa persiapan menghadapi pertandingan adalah suatu hal yang banyak terjadi dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari para pelatih. Pelatihan yang dipandang efektif adalah menumbuhkan keyakinan dan kesanggupan (self efficacy) diri pada atlet. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan pengaruh pelatihan self efficacy terhadap kebutuhan berprestasi (N-Ach) pada atlet dalam persiapan pertandingan prestasi.Penelitian true eksperimental ini menggunakan model one design pre test – post test, dengan mengambil sampling 28 atlit silat di unit kegiatan mahasiswa sebagai kelompok yang mendapatkan perlakuan (pelatihan). Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket, model skala likert. Hasil analisis uji beda menunjukkan sebelum diberikan dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 3%. Hasil analisis Anava menunjukkan nilai F=5,036 dan p=0,029 (p<0,05) yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre test dan post test. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh pelatihan self efficacy terhadap efikasi diri atlit di unit kegiatan mahasiswa silat dapat diterima. Hasil analisis uji regresi diketahui nilai nilai F= 6,223 dan p= 0,019 (p<0,05) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan self efficacy terhadap N-Ach, hal tersebut didukung dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang menjelasakan bahwa self efficacy memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap N-Ach sebesar 19,3%.   Kata Kunci: pelatihan, self effucacy, n-Achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Untuk mengetahui bagainama Balai Latihan Kerja dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dan penangulangan pengangguran. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana ekonomi islam terhadap balai latihan kerja. Latar bealakang penelitian ini adalah Perkembangan ekonomi dan perdagangan, telah memacu perubahan struktur ekonomi dan industri yang tentunya akan mempengaruhi jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja sebagai sumber daya manusianya. Standart dan kualitas tenaga kerja pun perlu dipertimbangkan, baik dari jenis maupun kualifikasinya yang cenderung pada kompetensi yang semakin tinggi agar mampu bersaing di pasar nasional, regional, maupun internasional. Kota Surabaya saat ini menghadapi banyak masalah ketenagakerjaan yang sangat kompleks. Jumlah pengangguran secara akumulatif terus meningkat secara tajam, sejalan dengan meningkatnya jumlah lulusan pendidikan sekolah. Hal ini harus segera ditanggulangi agar tidak terus menambah jumlah pengangguran yang ada di Kota Surabaya dan meningkatkan angka kemiskinan penduduknya.Keywords: Sumber Daya Manusia, BLK, Penanggulangan Pengangguran.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has entered the era of global competition, where there are no restrictions for each individual to develop a business, both small, medium and large. With the development of global competition that cannot be stopped, it results in small businesses being unable to compete with middle and upper class businesses in the business world.Competition between shops or kiosks in conventional markets and online shops cannot be avoided. The flood of online shops in cities cannot be stopped. The thing that can be done is to be ready to face it and to anticipate it so that the existence of a shop or kiosk in conventional markets is not eroded by the existence of an online shop.Keywords: Global Competition; Online Business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, location and promotion on purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method. This study uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Data collection instrument using a questionnaire. The dependent variable is the purchase decision variable and the independent variable is price, product quality, location and promotion, namely price, product quality, location and promotion on the purchasing decision of Serabi Bandung "Pelangi" in Mojokerto. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. All statements are valid, reliable and normal. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) of the independent variable on the dependent variable is R2 = 0.821 or 82.1%. The independent variable can explain the dependent variable. From the research, it shows that price has a significant effect on the purchasing decision of "Rainbow" Bandung Pancakes in Mojokerto. This is proven by tcount being greater than ttable (2.523 > 2.014). And product quality has a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Serabi Bandung "Rainbow" in Mojokerto. This is evidenced by tcount being greater than ttable (5.120 > 2.014). Meanwhile, location does not significantly influence the purchasing decision of Serabi Bandung "Rainbow" in Mojokerto. This is evidenced by tcount which is smaller than ttable (-1.035 <2.014). And so does the promotion does not significantly influence the purchase decision "Rainbow" Serabi Bandung in Mojokerto. This is evidenced by tcount which is smaller than ttable (0.389 <2.014). While the results of the simultaneous test of price, product quality, location and promotion variables have a significant effect of fcount 51.639 > ftable 2.58 on purchasing decisions. This shows that, the better the price, product quality, location and promotion given, it will increase the buying decision of Serabi Bandung "Pelangi" in Mojokerto. Abstract

The growing number of restaurants has resulted in intense competition to attract restaurants. Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya is one of the big restaurants in Surabaya. It is located on The Road Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno Kel. Kedung Baruk Kec. Rungkut Surabaya. Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya has many visitors in addition to having a large building area, this restaurant also has complete facilities. Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya is surrounded by other magnificent buildings such as fast food restaurants, star hotels, companies, large malls, apartments and elite housing. The location affects consumers who come to Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya. Consumers are dominated by the upper middle class with a sufficient economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of service positively on customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; to positively analyze the effect of quality of service on customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; to positively analyze the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; and to analyze the effect of quality of service positively on loyalty through customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya. The type of research used in this research uses quantitative methods and Path Analysis Techniques. The sample population is 105 customers at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya. The analytical technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that the quality of service positively affects customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; The quality of service positively affects customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; Satisfaction positively affects customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; and Quality of service positively affects loyalty through customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya but customer satisfaction is not an intervening variable.
