Abstract

In early childhood education (PAUD), teachers are required to carry out the learning process in a clear, interesting, fun, and educational manner. This can be done by using interesting and representative instructional media. This research focuses on the development of instructional media in order to introduce numbers and letters for pupils of Group B at RAM NU 251 Al-Fattah Gresik through the development of media "Peta Harta Karun". This research uses the five-step model of ADDIE, namely 1) analysis, 2) Design 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. Based on validation carried out by media material experts, media of peta harta karun has revealed that this instructional media has very good validity criteria and very feasible eligibility criteria, namely 82%. The results of the media expert's assessment received a score of 92% and are declared very valid and the assessment of treasure map media learning practitioners received a score of 93 (93%), so this media is considered very valid and very feasible.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the effect of Animated Drawings with Meta media on improving the creativity of children aged 5–6 years at TK Mekarsari Tikung Lamongan. The study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants consisted of 15 children from Group B selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected through creativity tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The findings revealed that the mean creativity score increased from 5.73 in the pretest to 10.40 in the posttest. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed a Z value of -3.407 with a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant effect of the use of Animated Drawings with Meta media on children's creativity improvement. These findings suggest that interactive digital learning media can serve as an effective alternative for stimulating creativity in early childhood education.

Abstract

Mainstream literature on student discipline management often relies on behaviorist paradigms (punishment and surveillance) and overlooks the effectiveness of nurturing women's leadership roles in educational institutions. This study aims to fill this gap by analyzing a model of visionary women's leadership grounded in pesantren (Islamic boarding school) values to enhance student discipline. Employing a qualitative case study approach at MI Al-Urwatul Wutsqo in Jombang, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate that the women's leadership model in this madrasah represents an integrative synthesis of visionary-managerial, maternal-nurturing, and uswah spiritual (spiritual exemplar) roles. Through the internalization of pesantren values particularly uswah hasanah (good role modeling) and a dialogic maternal approach, the leadership successfully transformed rule compliance from a mechanical level into an internalized awareness. Theoretically, this study offers an alternative perspective to classical Behaviorism (Operant Conditioning) and Foucault's Panopticon surveillance concept by introducing the notion of Spiritual Covenant Discipline. In contrast to conventional discipline driven by the fear of physical sanctions, Spiritual Covenant Discipline is motivated by the values of ta'dzim (reverence) and the pursuit of barakah (divine blessing), proving to be more persistent, autonomous, and sustainable. The research concludes that spiritual values and a maternal approach can serve as an epistemological foundation for robust and humanistic student behavior management.
