Abstract

Communication as an important means in educational management activities. Communication has a major influence on the continuation of human life, in the Islamic view communication is moral al karimah or ethical, which means communication based on the Quran and Hadith (Sunnah of the Prophet). The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the communication process, the role of communication in education management and factors that affect fluency in communication sourced from verses of the Quran. The method used in this paper is qualitative, the author explores in-depth information about Islamic education communication management. The approach used is a literature study, the author gets information sourced from books and journals. The role of communication in education management includes; as a source of educational information, as a controller and coordination, as planning and achieving goals and as an increase in motivation. Abstract

Quality management in Islamic education is inseparable from integrated quality management or Total Quality Management (TQM) which is a process and basic philosophy that will be successful if implemented simultaneously at all levels in the organization. Commitment or awareness is needed to carry out cultural changes that are oriented towards improving quality and improving the entire process continuously, comprehensively and continuously. This study aims to find out how the Quality Management of Islamic Education is in the perspective of the verses of the Qur'an. The writing method in this study uses qualitative research methods, by conducting literature searches, searching relevant sources and searching data via the internet, electronic media, and some relevant literature. Quality education will produce intelligent and competitive human resources. Quality national education is contained in Government Regulation Number 9 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards which contains eight national education standards, so that it can be said that Islamic education institutions are quality if they implement eight national education standards

Abstract

Setiap organisasi membutuhkan sumber daya untuk mengembangkan organisasinya, yang utama diperlukan sebagai penggerak organisasi salah satunya adalah sumber daya manusia. Metode yang digunakan pada artikel ini adalah kualitatif, sedangkan jenis pendektannya yaitu Library Research. Penulis menjadikan literatur sebagai sumber data utama, Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pentingnya konsep dasar manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam Pendidikan yaitu pengertian manajemen sumber daya manusia, tujuan dan fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam Pendidikan. Peranan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan tentu sangat berkontribusi dalam membantu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, karena pendidikan yang bermutu berasal dari orang-orang yang mengelola pendidikan itu sendiri yaitu sumber daya manusia yang bermutu, maju tidaknya suatu lembaga pendidikan maupun lembaga pendidikan Islam tergantung pada pengelolaan yang baik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reading interest of grade 5 students at SDIT Widya Cendekia before and after using assemblr media, and to determine the influence of Assemblr media on reading interest of grade 5th students at SDIT Widya Cendekia. This type of research is quantitative using experimental research methods with the form of pre-experimental research type one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were 16 bilingual 5th-grade students at SDIT Widya Cendekia AY 2022/2023. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling because the population is relatively small, namely less than 30. The number of samples used is the entire population, namely 16 students. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, questionnaires, and literature. Based on the results of the analysis, The average of each indicator and the pre-test and post-test results show that students' learning interest has increased. Additionally, in tests, it explains why the t-distribution table's pre-test stage and post-test stage t-values are 2.81 and 2.131, respectively, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. According to the decision-making foundation in the sample t-pairs, it can be deduced from the -table > t-value that Ha was accepted and Ho was denied, indicating that there was a connection between the usage of augmented reality media and students' interest in reading at SDIT Widya Cendekia
