Abstract

In class learning, the discussion method and the experimental method are needed so that students do not feel bored in carrying out learning activities. The success of the teaching and learning process can be seen from the achievement of KKM scores. In Class X Physics learning, only 64% of students achieved the KKM. Because of that, a class action research (PTK) was conducted, which included two cycles, and each cycle consisted of the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This research was conducted at class X MAN 4 Pandeglang Pandeglang in August - September 2022, with the aim of increasing student learning outcomes and student activity in the material Heat. Cycle I used discussion and experiment methods. In cycle II, classroom management techniques were added, organizing student study groups heterogeneously based on gender and student knowledge level. The results showed that the achievement of KKM for theory and practice increased, from 64% and 44.44% in pre-cycle, to 88% and 83.33% in cycle I, and 97% and 94.44 in cycle II. Research conclusions: The discussion method can improve student learning outcomes and the experimental method can increase student activity on heat material in class X

Abstract

The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in madrasas aims to improve the quality of education as a whole. TQM provides the concept that quality is the responsibility of all parties involved in the educational process. This study aims to determine the implementation of TQM in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of TQM in MA has been going well and has affected the improvement of the quality of education. Factors influencing the implementation of TQM include support from school principals, active participation of all relevant parties, effective measurement and evaluation systems, and implementation of staff training and development. This study recommends the need for increased awareness and active participation of all parties involved in the implementation of TQM and the need for continuous development and training for madrasah staff.

Abstract

In the process of observing to satisfy human curiosity, it is carried out in certain ways, certain methods, by the process of scientific activities, especially in Islamic education management. Method as a way to observe a process of scientific activity. The method as a way to observe something, the process of scientific activity, must also be in certain ways, which can be justified as a scientific activity. The scientific method is a procedure in obtaining knowledge which is called science. scientific knowledge born of the scientific method in order to become scientific truth. Scientific truth is a clear and definite knowledge of the truth according to scientific norms. Epistemology is a philosophy of science that is reasoning or thought, the scientific method and scientific truth are part of the scope of the philosophy of science in the new theory of Islamic education management

Abstract

Kepemimpinan pendidikan merupakan kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi, mengkoordinir, dan menggerakkan orang-orang lain yang ada hubungannya dengan pelaksanaan dan pengembangan pendidikan agar dapat dicapai tujuan pendidikan atau sekolah secara efektif dan efisien. Agar tujuan sekolah dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien dibutuhkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif. Ada tujuh karekateristik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah efektif: (1) memiliki visi yang jelas, (2) memiliki harapan tinggi terhadap prestasi ; (3) memprogramkan dan memberikan umpan balik yang positif dan konstruktif , (4) mendorong pemanfaatan waktu secara efisien, (5) mendayagunakan berbagai sumber belajar, (6), memantau kemajuan peserta didik baik secara individual maupun kelompok, (7), melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Kebijakan pendidikan nasional di Indonesia telah menetapkan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan memperluas akses ke pendidikan menengah dan kejuruan. Namun, implementasi kebijakan tersebut menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan kurangnya dukungan dari pihak terkait. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pendidikan menengah dan kejuruan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pendidikan menengah dan kejuruan di Indonesia masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, termasuk kurangnya fasilitas dan infrastruktur, kurangnya dukungan keuangan, dan kurangnya kesesuaian antara kurikulum dan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Selain itu, diperlukan penguatan peran pemerintah dan kerjasama yang erat antara pemerintah, industri, dan institusi pendidikan untuk memperbaiki implementasi kebijakan pendidikan menengah dan kejuruan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Communication as an important means in educational management activities. Communication has a major influence on the continuation of human life, in the Islamic view communication is moral al karimah or ethical, which means communication based on the Quran and Hadith (Sunnah of the Prophet). The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the communication process, the role of communication in education management and factors that affect fluency in communication sourced from verses of the Quran. The method used in this paper is qualitative, the author explores in-depth information about Islamic education communication management. The approach used is a literature study, the author gets information sourced from books and journals. The role of communication in education management includes; as a source of educational information, as a controller and coordination, as planning and achieving goals and as an increase in motivation. Abstract

In an educational institution, of course, requires the management of the education system in order to achieve the educational goals that have been set. As for what will become a problem in the management of education, namely unclear and ineffective planning, lack of transparency and accountability in education management, the availability of facilities and infrastructure that is less supportive and the absence of developing educational programs that are in accordance with community needs. This type of article writing method is qualitative, while the approach used is library research or library research.
