Abstract

The problem in this study is that learning is only one-way and less attractive to students resulting in low activity, problem-solving skills and student learning outcomes that do not meet the specified Minimum Completeness Category (KKM) standard of 75. The purpose of this study is to describe teacher activities and analyze student activity problem solving skills and learning outcomes using the PINTAR model. The approach used is a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in 3 meetings. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SDN Alalak Selatan 2 for the academic year 2022/2023, with a total of 22 students. The results showed: (1) teacher activity scored 34 very good categories, (2) student activity reached the very active category of 96%, (3) problem solving skills 86% and (4) classical mastery of student learning outcomes in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor (skills) by 100%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that activity, problem solving skills and student learning outcomes in mathematics content in the material of presenting data with bar charts using a combination of the PINTAR model in Class IV elementary schools have increased.

Abstract

Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya kepuasan pelanggan sebagai indikator utama kualitas pendidikan dalam konteks Total Quality Management (TQM). Dengan memahami kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan, lembaga pendidikan dapat mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan dan mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Dengan berfokus pada kepuasan pelanggan, lembaga pendidikan dapat memastikan bahwa kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan selalu terjaga dan ditingkatkan dari waktu ke waktu. Metode dalam artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan memahami dan mempelajari teori-teori dari berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dalam pendidikan penting untuk diperhatikan, sebenarnya mutu pendidikan harus mencakup aspek yang lebih luas. Dengan meminta masukan dari pemangku kepentingan dan menerapkan perubahan berdasarkan saran mereka, lembaga pendidikan dapat memastikan bahwa mereka telah memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pemangku kepentingan. Begitu pula RATER dalam kepuasan pelanggan menyoroti bahwa pelayanan prima memegang peranan besar dibandingkan kualitas produk dan harga. Dalam konteks pendidikan, analisis ini dapat dikaitkan dengan bagaimana layanan pendidikan mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan (siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat).

Abstract

This study aims to describe matters related to motivation, innovative teacher behavior, community support in schools, as well as obstacles and strategies to support teachers in innovating that are running at Abirau Elementary School, Banjar Regency. The techniques used in this study are using indirect interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The subjects of this study were the Principal of Abirau Elementary School. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study indicate that motivation, innovative teacher behavior, and community support in Kombel Basamaan can be started by joining Kombel Basamaan which is the willingness of all parties in the school to improve skills and knowledge to have the opportunity to learn from fellow teachers who may have different experiences or approaches in teaching. This Kombel activity aims to create a more inclusive and effective learning environment innovation which is expected to be able to produce learning innovations and build strong collaboration between teachers. One of the strengthening strategies in Kombel in dealing with educational problems is the leadership role of the principal which is needed as well as being an active facilitator in the innovation process, providing encouragement and recognition for teacher efforts, so that teachers do not feel burdened and continue to feel accompanied.
