Abstract

The educational process basically aims to improve the overall quality of human life. It can also be interpreted as a means of passing on culture through the transmission of certain information, utilizing mental processes and rationality to gain experience and develop abilities and a sense of dignity through the acquisition of knowledge and skills. The Freedom of Learning initiative was introduced by Nadiem Makarim Anwar, Minister of Education and Culture. This policy was implemented in response to the recognition that education in Indonesia has not paid enough attention to quality aspects. The research conducted for this initiative uses a quantitative approach rooted in the positivistic paradigm. A quantitative approach is a research methodology rooted in positivism, which is used to investigate a specific population or sample. Data collection in this approach involves the use of research instruments, whereas data analysis is mostly quantitative and statistical in nature, with the main objective of testing pre-established hypotheses. In the context of the Integrated Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Purwakarta Regency, it is known that the Principal's Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation together have a significant influence on teacher performance, accounting for 87.00% of the total impact. The remaining 13.00% was associated with other variables that were not studied in this study but were known to affect teacher performance.

Abstract

Managerial supervision has an important role in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Target managerial supervision includes two kinds of the principal as manager education, and the 8 national education standards in school. By functionit known that the role of a superintendent as managerial supervisor is as a consultant, managing, fostering, and accompanies in dealing with common problems on managerial governance in school. The research was conducted at MTsN 3 Sumedang. The method usedin this research is using a qualitative approach. Data collection procedures were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation program of managerial supervision in MTsN 3Sumedang by the principal aligns with the stages of planning, implementation, assessment, reporting, and follow-up. 2) The managerial supervision of the principal of MTsN 3 Sumedang has adhered to the 8 national education standards. 3) Managerial supervision in 3 Sumedang serves as the foundation for maintaining the quality of education in MTsN 3 Sumedang and its development plan.

Abstract

Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) yang mana pengumpulan datanya diambil dari berbagai literature seperti dokumentasi, jurnal, buku, website internet dan surat kabar. Penelitian pustaka atau riset pustaka adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan koleksi perpustakaan saja tanpa memerlukan riset lapangan. Adapun pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menurut Sugiyono (2018, hlm. 15) adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan filsafat postpositivisme yang biasa digunakan untuk meneliti kondisi objek yang alamiah, di mana peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen kunci dan melakukan melukiskan suatu keadaan secara objektif atau berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak (Sugiyono, 2018). Adapun ayat-ayat tujuan pendidikan tersebut adalah: 1). QS. AlBaqarah: 201 yang berkaitan kebaikan dunia dan akhirat, 2). QS. Ali Imran: 102 yang berkaitan dengan taqwa, 3). QS. Al-Dzariyat: 56 yang berkaitan dengan beribadah, 4). QS. Al-Baqarah: 30 berkaitan dengan manusia sebagai khalifah dimuka bumi. Kebaikan (hasanah) dalam bentuk apapun tanpa didasari ilmu, niscaya tidak akan terwujud. Baik berupa kebaikan duniawi yang berupa kesejahteraan, ketenteraman, kemakmuran dan lain sebagainya. Apalagi kebaikan di akhirat tidak akan tercapai tanpa adanya pengetahuan yang memadai. Karena segala bentuk keinginan dan cita-cita tidak akan terwujud tanpa adanya usaha dan pengetahuan untuk mencapai keinginan dan cita-cita itu sendiri. Ketakwaan seseorang terhadap Allah swt. Dapat digambarkan bahwa sesungguhnya ayat ini bukan hanya membahas tenteng takwa semata, tapi juga ada nilai-nilai pendidikan yang dapat kita analisa lebih jauh dalam ayat ini.
