Abstract

Tujuan – The purpose of this study is to examine the infaq sedekah routine (ISRUN) at Lembaga Dakwah IslamIndonesia (LDII) organisation in the perspective of the fatwa of the Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah. Metode – This research uses library research method with descriptive research type. The data sources in this research are data from documents, books, internet journals and references related to ISRUN of LDII mass organisation.. Hasil Penelitian The result of this research is that in giving infaq, both LDII and the fatwa of Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah view infaq as an integral part of Islamic religious practice. the difference lies in the approach and implementation and regulation of the practice of infaq. LDII requires isrun as part of religious practices that must be followed, while the Majelis Tarjih emphasises the principle of freedom and voluntarism in giving without binding a certain amount or percentage. Keterbatasan – This research has shortcomings in the lack of sources from previous research that discusses LDII's gratuity infaq so that the sources taken from previous research are not much found. This research combines the fatwas of Islamic mass organisations in Indonesia which have differences in terms of views on worship, especially infaq and alms. Implikasi Praktis – As a practical implication, the results of this study can be used as a reference by community organisations in Indonesia to determine the laws and policies of infaq, of course, differences are a natural thing so that it can be used as knowledge for readers to find

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the distribution of productive zakat funds carried out by BAZNAS Surabaya city through capital assistance and business carts can be utilized and have a positive impact on its recipients, so that indirectly this can contribute to overcoming poverty and unemployment in Indonesia, especially the city of Surabaya. The methodology used in this study uses a qualitative method with primary data sources obtained through observation and interviews with one of the implementing staff in the field of distribution of BAZNAS Surabaya city, as well as SME X and SME Y as recipients of BAZNAS cart assistance, while secondary data from literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the utilization of productive zakat fund allocations has a significant impact on SME X and SME Y in the city of Surabaya, so it can be seen that the distribution of productive zakat funds through the business cart assistance program for SMEs is very helpful in efforts to empower SMEs in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

Article History: Received: Revised: Accepted: Abstract: This research aims to analyze modern philanthropy trends related to innovation and the impact of digital-based shadaqah philanthropy on the Kitabisa.com crowdfunding platform so as to provide in-depth insight into the role and impact of digital-based shadaqah philanthropy on the Kitabisa.com crowdfunding platform in the context of modern philanthropy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The type of data collected is secondary data obtained by summarizing findings from previous research that are relevant to the topic discussed. The results of this research discussion show that sadaqah philanthropy in the digital era can be a positive force and improve the quality of life of society more broadly through the use of crowdfunding platforms. This research also identifies the challenges and opportunities faced in optimizing the use of digital technology in the context of philanthropy. Regarding this, it can be concluded that the role and impact of digital shadaqah through the kitabisa.com crowdfunding platform has a significant positive impact on the benefit of the people. And also, it has a significant positive impact on the challenges and opportunities of digital technology in optimizing its use. By continuing to explore innovations to strengthen digital-based shadaqah philanthropy, it can be a sustainable solution to improve social conditions in the future. Abstract

This research aims to analyze how professional zakah is distributed in the UINSA Zakah Management Unit (UPZ) program as an effort to empower the economics of UINSA students. This research uses a qualitative approach method using descriptive analysis by directing researchers to the conditions to be studied and reviewing related literature. The data used in this research were obtained through observation and interviews and the data were analyzed using the triangulation method. The research results show the mechanism for distributing professional zakah in the UINSA Zakah Management Unit (UPZ) program as an effort to empower the economics of UINSA students and also explains data on zakah that has been distributed over the last 3 years. There are also obstacles found in the distribution of professional zakah funds. Such as the lack of interest of lecturers to participate in providing professional zakah funds to UPZ UINSA, mechanisms that must involve contributions from several parties, to the lack of precise distribution of funds according to the schedule set by UPZ UINSA, and obstacles in equalizing the amount of funds given to students. To deal with these obstacles, several solutions have been put forward, such as attracting the interest of lecturers or employees at UPZ UINSA, an understanding approach is needed for them which must be carried out by UPZ UINSA, providing appropriate learning or direction to students who wish to register for UKT assistance so that they do not Several errors have caused problems in the performance of UPZ UINSA, and more explanation or understanding is needed for professors who have channeled their professional funds to UPZ UINSA for changes in student targets and more appropriate amounts of aid funds so that they feel more useful.

Abstract

Salah satu budaya yang paling populer saat ini adalah budaya Korea. dari masakan hingga musik. Restoranbertema Korea telah dibuka oleh banyak pebisnis. Gaya hidup masyarakat telah berubah akibat globalisasi, terutamadi kalangan anak muda. Cara hidup yang lebih condong ke cara makan orang Korea merupakan salah satu dampakdari globalisasi. Penelitian ini bermaksud mencari tau apakah kepuasan pelanggan pada restoran Korean Kimchi-godi Surabaya dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan. Dalam pengolahan data jurnal ini menggunakan non probabilitysampling yang kita uji dengan aplikasi SPSS. Contoh cara peneliti menyebarkan data yang mereka kumpulkan adalahmelalui penyebaran kuesioner online di berbagai platform media sosial. seperti halnya line, Instagram, whatsapp danlain sebagainya. Untuk data yang diperoleh kami hanyalah diambil dari data kuisioner saja dan masih memilikiketerbatasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan olehkualitas pelayanan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa selain erat kaitannya dengan menghasilkan keuntungan bagi bisnis,kualitas layanan yang tinggi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pelanggan lebihpuas dengan perusahaan jika kualitas layanan lebih tinggi.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen, new normal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the extent of the regulation of the Sharia Supervisory Board on securities crowdfunding products based on the DSN MUI fatwa No. 140 of 2021. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method which is focused on problems based on facts carried out by observation. This research focuses on analyzing data on the Shafiq.id website on the offering of Islamic securities in the form of sukuk through crowdfunding services reviewed through the provisions contained in the DSN MUI fatwa NO. 140 of 2021 concerning Islamic securities offerings through information technology-based crowdfunding services based on sharia principles. The results of this study indicate that the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) is tasked with ensuring that all activities in sharia fintech always comply with sharia principles, including in sharia crowdfunding activities. Islamic crowdfunding activities must be based on the spirit of helping in goodness (ta'awun) and must be based on Islamic rules and guided by the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. DPS oversees the information technology-based financing service model to ensure that the form of crowdfunding implementation does not conflict with sharia principles. In addition, DPS adjusts the contract according to the form of sharia crowdfunding that will be used by the parties. DPS is also tasked with providing advice to the parties and, in the event of a dispute, resolving it by consensus or through a sharia dispute resolution institution in accordance with the Fatwa of DSN-MUI.
