Abstract

KTT ASEAN menjadi forum penting dimana para pemimpin negara anggota berkumpul untuk membahas isu strategis, seperti kerja sama regional, dan pserkembangan ekonomi yang berada di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Tidak hanya itu, Indonesia juga melakukan diplomasi publik pada kegiatan tersebut. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data berdasarkan hasil wawancara. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk mendapatkan gagasan dari sudut pandang mengenai keuntungan Indonesia sebagai tuan rumah penyelenggara kegiatan KTT ASEAN Ke-43. Melalui KTT ASEAN tersebut Indonesia juga dapat di yakini oleh negara luar dalam melakukan investasi dan memperluas akses pasar sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakakat melalui lapangan kerja yang baru.

Abstract

Medan City Regional Regulation Number 3 Year 2024 on the Protection and Development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a concrete step in providing convenience, protection, and empowerment for cooperatives and micro, small, and medium enterprises. Therefore, this research aims to find out the obstacles and challenges in the implementation of Local Regulation No. 3 Year 2024 related to the protection of MSMEs in Medan City. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results show that Local Regulation Number 3 Year 2004 related to the protection of MSMEs in Medan City has not gone well. This can be seen from the obstacles and challenges faced by MSME actors in Pos Bloc Medan City. Namely, assistance services and legal assistance to MSME actors who are still weak, recovery for micro and small businesses that are not optimal and very difficult for MSME actors. And on protection and security in maintaining the competitiveness of micro and small business products has not gone well, there are many obstacles faced by MSME actors at Pos Bloc Medan City and one of them is related to the issue of tax relief.
