Abstract

Employee performance is one of the factors that determine the success of achieving organizational goals. The success of achieving these goals is determined by various factors, including individual characteristics and rewards. Individual characteristics and rewards are one of the factors that can affect employee performance so that they need to be consistently improved. The population in this study were 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample so that the entire population in this study is used as a sample of 35 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 application. The results showed that individual characteristics and rewards had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indo Raya Management System Certification in Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

The state of the pharmaceutical industry in Denpasar City is currently growing rapidly. Pharmacies with low competitiveness face tough challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. This is because the number of pharmacies that are established and close together makes conditions increasingly unfavorable for business development. With the rapid growth of the pharmaceutical industry, the owners and managers of these pharmaceutical businesses must rack their brains to increase competitiveness in order to survive. In improving business development, it is important for pharmacies to provide good pharmaceutical services for customers. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality and product diversity on customer satisfaction at Apotek Indra Denpasar. The research population is customers who visit the Indra Denpasar Pharmacy. The sample in this study was 160 respondents who were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality and product diversity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Apotek Indra Denpasar.

Abstract

Repurchase interest is purchase interest based on past purchase experiences. The purposes of this study are 1. To determine the effect of product innovation on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. 2.To determine the effect of service quality on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. The object of this research is the effect of product innovation and service quality on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. The number of samples used were 155 respondents taken from the people of Gianyar City who had bought Chatime beverage products. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that it was valid and reliable and there was no deviation from the classical assumptions. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City.

Abstract

Purchase intention is something related to the consumer's plan to buy the product or service needed in a certainperiod. Factors that can influence purchase intention include product variety, electronic service quality and wordof mouth. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product variation, electronic service quality andword of mouth on buying interest at Jamu Juice Dalung Shop. The research location was at Dewi Deva Devi No.4,Pengilian Hamlet, Dalung Village, Badung Regency, Bali. Jamu Juice Shop, with the object of this research is tomeasure the effect of product variation, electronic service quality, and word of mouth on buying interest at Dalung Jamu Juice Shop. The population in this study were consumers of Jamu Juice Stores whose number is not knownwith certainty, with a total sample of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiplelinear regression analysis. The results showed that product variation, electronic service quality and word ofmouth have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Dalung Jamu Juice Shop.
