Repurchase intention is a post-purchase action caused by the satisfaction received by the customer for the product consumed previously. If the product meets customer expectations, the customer will buy or reuse the product. The better the quality of service, the customer will be satisfied, but the quality of service for customers is expected, the customer will be dissatisfied and reluctant to reuse the service.The sample in this study was 157 customers of Honda Workshop, PT. Asaparis (Kita Motor) AHASS 0718 who have used services at this workshop. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire method which was then processed using AMOS 16 software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique.The analysis shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction influences the significance of successful repurchase intention, and the quality of service has a significant importance on repurchase intention. Managerial implications that can be applied Honda Workshop, PT. Asaparis (Kita Motor) AHASS 0718 always guarantees and improves the quality of its services, in order to retain its customers, and encourage supporters who continue to improve to face competition.

Consumer emotional feelings when shopping often lead to impulsive purchases. Impulse buying also occurs when consumers experience an emotional urge to buy a product, without wise consideration of why and for what reasons to buy a product. The behavior of consumers who sometimes shop unplanned must be seen as an opportunity that must be responded to with a serious strategy. Some marketing strategies that can be used, especially retail marketing strategies, are store atmosphere, promotion, and merchandising. This research was conducted on customers of Buluh Indah branch clandys located in the city of Denpasar. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method using 114 respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the deep hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis with analysis tools using the SPSS version 22 For Windows program. The results showed that store atmosphere, promotion, and merchandising had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying

Environmental conditions are influenced by the behavior of the community itself. In this transparent era public awareness as a consumer is very important. Green awareness is needed as a consideration for making purchasing decisions. Consumers must be careful in choosing products to consume. Production of green products requires efforts that make product prices higher than green products on the other hand high prices usually make it difficult for consumers to make purchasing decisions on that product. Companies must inform people of product specifications about the products they produce are green products. This research was conducted in well known tourist city in Indonesia, Denpasar, Bali by taking the subject of teenagers in Denpasar. using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 108 respondents. The results showed that environmental awareness has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green product awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. price awareness has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and brand image awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Upaya pemasaran untuk menarik purchase intention adalah dengan memperhatikan lifestyle di masyarakat disertai dengan adanya social media influencer. Dengan semakin meningkatnya purchase intention terutama yang ditujukan pada generasi Z yang berusia 17-25 tahun, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan lifestyle dan social media influencer terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini melibatkan 110 responden di Bali. Ada dua hipotesis yang dikemukakan untuk dianalisis secara mendalam. Terdapat perbedaan pada studi sebelumnya, hasil menyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan antara lifestyle dan social media influencer terhadap purchase intention. Dalam penelitian ini memberikan sejumlah implikasi, batasan dan arahan untuk penelitian selanjutnya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pemberitaan media online mengenai peran generasi milenial terkait promosi pariwisata selama pandemi covid-19. Genarasi milenial merupakan generasi yang sangat potensial karena kemampuanya dalam mengadopsi teknologi yang diharapkan dapat membantu memulihkan kondisi industri pariwisata yang tengah terpuruk akibat wabah covid-19 melalui promosi pariwisata yang berbasis teknologi atau digital marketing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis framing Robert N. Entman dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Empat tahap Framing Entmant mencakup: define problem, diagnose cause, make moral judgment dan treatment recommendation. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan beberapa hal penting diantaranya adalah define problem yaitu belum optimalnya peran generasi milenial sebagai ujung tombak dalam promosi pariwisata di Indonesia. Diagnose cause yaitu belum optimalnya peran generasi milenial akan menyebabkan industri pariwisata kian lesu dan tidak dapat bangkit dari keterpurukaan keadaan saat pandemi covid-19. Make moral judgment dimana pihak pemerintah berusaha memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan serta penguatan guna mempertegas peran dan fungsi generasi milenial sebagai ujung tombak di dalam promosi pariwisata di Indonesia. Treatment recommendations yaitu penting bagi semua pihak untuk mendukung penuh generasi milenial dalam mempromosikan pariwisata, kemampuan dari karakteristik generasi milenial yang sangat mudah mengadopsi teknologi baru, diharapakan dapat mempermudah generasi milenial dalam memaksimalkan setiap peluang guna mempromosikan wisata Indonesia ke seluruh pelosok dunia di era new normal. Melalui temuan penelitian ini diharapkan media online mampu membantu pemerintah menyampaikan pesan dan pemberitaan positif sehingga mampu tetap menumbuhkan optimisme di tengah masyarkat.

The purpose of this study was to determine impact of product quality, price, and promotion on purchase decision of Dinda Fashion Products in Denpasar. The sample in this study used 80 people who were the respondents of Dinda Fashion consumers in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (a)there was a significant and positive effect between product quality and purchase decision with a coefficient value of 4.484 and a significance value of 0.000, (b)there was a significant and positive effect between price and purchase decision with a coefficient value of 3.958 and a significance value of 0.001, and (c)there was a significant and positive effect between promotion and purchase decision with a coefficient value of 4.721 and a significance value of 0.000.

Achieving the goals of an organization or company will be very important for companies to have quality and professional human resources. In general, human resources create, manage and manage all the existing development factors. Employee loyalty is determined by factors of compensation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty GO-JEK drivers in Bali. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a Slovin formula of 99 respondents. The results showed that compensation, organizational culture and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty GO-JEK drivers in Bali

The COVID-19 virus that has plagued Indonesia since the beginning of 2020 has had a negative impact on the economy, especially activities in the capital market. In essence, investors are interested in investing by buying company shares because of dividends and capital gains. The dividend policy is taken by the company based on the company's financial information. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of investment opportunity set, liquidity, and profitability on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the COVID-19 pandemic period year of 2020-2021. The population of this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2021. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling mcethod. The number of samples in this study were 49 manufacturing companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the investment opportunity set has no effect on dividend policy, while liquidity and profitability have a significant negative effects on dividend policy.

Human resources (HR) is a key factor for achieving company competitive advantage, but research on the competitive advantage of HR is still little to do. As is known, the superiority of HR can be seen from the role of HR as an employee champion. This study aims to analyze the effect of the HR function on employee champions from the perspective of learning and growth as a mediating variable. The research sample consisted of 627 employees form 14 the small medium industries. The sample obtained was 82 employees. This research was conducted using questionnaires and interviews. In making the questionnaire used a scaling technique Likert to measure attitudes, income, and perceptions of people or groups of people about social phenomena that occur. The analytical tool used was SEM-PLS. The findings of the research result found that the HR function does not directly influence employee champions, but after incorporating the perspective of learning and growth as a mediating variable. It appears that the effect of the HR function on employee champions.

Customer loyalty is a strong commitment to subscribe to a particular product or service in the future even though there are situations and competitors that cause changes in consumer behavior. Loyalty is important in the continuity of a company's life, so this study aims to identify the factors to create loyal customers at The Ulin Villas and Spa. Service Quality, Perceived value and Image are factors that influence customer loyalty. The population in this study were customers who had stayed at The Ulin Villas and Spa. The sample in this study used a non-probability sampling technique by means of purposive sampling with a total of 119 respondents. The data was collected through a questionnaire using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, Perceived Value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at The Ulin Villas and Spa.
