Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of green marketing, product quality, brand image on purchase decision This study focused on the city of Denpasar by using the purchase decisions on products Starbucks Coffee as research objects. The study involved 100 respondents using purposive sampling as a method of data collection. Data was collected through questionnaires which contain a statement - a statement which is derived from indicators - indicators in the study. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that green marketing, product quality, and brand image had a positive effect on purchase decision. The results of this study can be a reference for the company to implement a policy relating to the sales strategy of products or services provided

Abstract

Minat beli merupakan salah satu aspek psiokologis yang memiliki pengaruh cukup besar terhadap sikap perilaku. Minat beli seseorang dipengaruhi oleh prespsi harga dan inovasi produk yang dimiliki. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh presepsi harga dan inovasi produk terhadap minat pembelian relief ukiran batu padas pada Ncasa Stone Curving Gianyar. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh presepsi harga dan inovasi prosuk terhadap minat beli pada produk ukiran relief batu padas di Ncasa Stone Curving Gianyar. Populasi yang digunakan alam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah berkunjung dan pernah melihat produk ukiran Ncasa Stone Curving yang jumlah populasinya tidak diketahui pasti. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dimana tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Sehingga teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kriteria atau pertimbangan tertentu. Hasil dari penelitian ini Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada NCasa Stone Curving Gianyar. Hal ini berarti semakin baik persepsi harga konsumen terhadap NCasa Stone Curving Gianyar akan meningkatkan minat beli produk. Inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada NCasa Stone Curving Gianyar. Hal ini berarti semakin baik inovasi produk yang dimiliki oleh NCasa Stone Curving Gianyar akan meningkatkan minat beli produk.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu fungsi organisasi harus memiliki kinerja yang baik. Fenomena yang terjadi Kantor Camat Abang Kabupaten Karangasem dari aspek sumber daya manusia adalah kinerja pegawai yang kurang maksimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil menurunnya kinerja berupa lambatnya pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan loyalist kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Abang Kabupaten Karangasem. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan metode dokumentasi. Teknis analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial (uji instrumen penelitian, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, Uji F (F-test), analisis dan uji t). Hasil penelitian dengan uji F (F-Test) nilai F hitung sebesar 16,415 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Karena signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan loyalitas kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Abang Kabupaten Karangasem. Analisis uji t diperoleh nilai koefisien variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 0,541 yang menunjukkan arah positif dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Abang Kabupaten Karangasem. Nilai koefisien variabel loyalitas kerja sebesar 0,674 yang menunjukkan arah positif dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Abang Kabupaten Karangasem.

Abstract

Fostering buying interest and ultimately evoking the intention to repurchase service products is not easy. There are several factors that can influence it, two of which are service quality and price. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price perception and service quality on repurchase interest at Kusumashoescare Karangasem. The population in this study are all Kusumashoescare customers who live in Karangasem aged 18 years and over who have made purchases of service products more than twice. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price perception has a significant negative effect on repurchase interest at Kusumashoescare Karangasem and service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest at Kusumashoescare Karangasem.

Abstract

The state of the pharmaceutical industry in Denpasar City is currently growing rapidly. Pharmacies with low competitiveness face tough challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. This is because the number of pharmacies that are established and close together makes conditions increasingly unfavorable for business development. With the rapid growth of the pharmaceutical industry, the owners and managers of these pharmaceutical businesses must rack their brains to increase competitiveness in order to survive. In improving business development, it is important for pharmacies to provide good pharmaceutical services for customers. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality and product diversity on customer satisfaction at Apotek Indra Denpasar. The research population is customers who visit the Indra Denpasar Pharmacy. The sample in this study was 160 respondents who were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality and product diversity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Apotek Indra Denpasar.

Abstract

Repurchase interest is purchase interest based on past purchase experiences. The purposes of this study are 1. To determine the effect of product innovation on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. 2.To determine the effect of service quality on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. The object of this research is the effect of product innovation and service quality on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. The number of samples used were 155 respondents taken from the people of Gianyar City who had bought Chatime beverage products. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that it was valid and reliable and there was no deviation from the classical assumptions. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Chatime beverage products in Gianyar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work supervision, work discipline, and work stress on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Gianyar Regency. This research was conducted at the Office of the Gianyar Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency which is located at JL. Ciung Wanara No. 16, Gianyar. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Gianyar Regency. Sampling in this study using the saturated sample method, obtained 98 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work supervision had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress had no positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance.

Abstract

The development of communication in the marketing strategy has an important role for business actors in influencing a consumer purchasing decision. The increasing public interest in doing yoga, of course, influences the decision to purchase a yoga mat at Unique Yoga Shop Bali as one of the distributors of yoga products in Bali. So that there is an increase in sales of its main product, namely yoga mat, which is believed to be influenced by Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Social Media Marketing factors on the decision to buy yoga mat at Unique Yoga Shop Bali. The population of this study are other people who have bought yoga mats at Unique Yoga Shop Bali, the exact number of which is unknown. The sample in this study was determined based on the purposive sampling method using the Hair formula as many as 126 respondents.The results of the study show that Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Social Media Marketing have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase yoga mat at Unique Yoga Shop Bali. Suggestions for further research can develop this research by adding other variables.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian adalah tahap evaluasi, konsumen membentuk preferensi di antara merek-merek dalam setiap pilihan dan juga dapat membentuk suatu niat untuk membeli merek yang paling disukai. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian antara lain lifestyle, kualitas produk, dan brand image. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh lifestyle, kualitas produk, dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor yamaha nmax di kota denpasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh penulis di kota Denpasar. Objek Penelitian variabel independen adalah life style (X1), kualitas produk (X2), brand image (X3). Terhadap variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian (Y) pada konsumen Yamaha NMax. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli kendaraan bermotor Yamaha NMax di Dempasar yang tidak ketahui secara pasti jumlahnya., dalam menentukan data yang akan diteliti, metode pengambilan sampel yang akan digunakan adalan non probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Life style, kualitas produk, dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kendaraan bermotor Yamaha NMax di Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of corporate image, promotion strategy, and service quality on the decision to become a customer at the LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman. The population in this study were all LPD customers in Kesiman, totaling 14,127 customers. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula, namely as many as 100 respondents taken from the number of customers. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that corporate image, promotion strategy, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The promotion strategy variable has the highest beta coefficient value of 0.840. This shows that in this study the promotion strategy has a dominant influence on the increase or decrease in the decision to become a customer at the LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman.
